ਰਾਗੜਦੰਗ ਰਾਮ ਸੈਨਾ ਸੁ ਕ੍ਰੁਧ ॥
raagarradang raam sainaa su krudh |The angry warriors of Rama's army
ਜਾਗੜਦੰਗ ਜ੍ਵਾਨ ਜੁਝੰਤ ਜੁਧ ॥
jaagarradang jvaan jujhant judh |On this side, the warriors in the army of Ram, started fighting in great rage
ਨਾਗੜਦੰਗ ਨਿਸਾਣ ਨਵ ਸੈਨ ਸਾਜ ॥
naagarradang nisaan nav sain saaj |The army sounded new slogans of 'Makarach' (name).
ਮਾਗੜਦੰਗ ਮੂੜ ਮਕਰਾਛ ਗਾਜ ॥੪੮੫॥
maagarradang moorr makaraachh gaaj |485|The foolish Makrachh thundered, carrying his new banner.485.
ਆਗੜਦੰਗ ਏਕ ਅਤਕਾਇ ਵੀਰ ॥
aagarradang ek atakaae veer |A warrior (of the name)

ਆਗੜਦੰਗ ਅਰਬ ਟੀਡੀ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਨ ॥
aagarradang arab tteeddee pramaan |(Infantry) like grasshoppers without chariots
ਚਾਗੜਦੰਗ ਚਾਰ ਚੀਟੀ ਸਮਾਨ ॥੪੮੭॥
chaagarradang chaar cheettee samaan |487|The army looked like locusts and array of ants.487.
ਬਾਗੜਦੰਗ ਬੀਰ ਬਾਹੁੜੇ ਨੇਖ ॥
baagarradang beer baahurre nekh |Many heroes have come close
ਜਾਗੜਦੰਗ ਜੁਧ ਅਤਕਾਇ ਦੇਖ ॥
jaagarradang judh atakaae dekh |The warriors reached near Atkaaye in order to see him fighting.
ਦਾਗੜਦੰਗ ਦੇਵ ਜੈ ਜੈ ਕਹੰਤ ॥

kaagarradang kahak kaalee karaal |Kali Prachanda is laughing hysterically.
ਜਾਗੜਦੰਗ ਜੂਹ ਜੁਗਣ ਬਿਸਾਲ ॥
jaagarradang jooh jugan bisaal |The terrible goddess Kali began to shout and great number of Yoginis roamed in the battlefield.

ਸਾਗੜਦੰਗ ਸ੍ਰੋਣ ਪਾਣੰ ਕਰੰਤ ॥੪੮੯॥
saagarradang sron paanan karant |489|Innumerable Bhairvas and ghosts began to drink blood.489.
ਡਾਗੜਦੰਗ ਡਉਰ ਡਾਕਣ ਡਹਕ ॥
ddaagarradang ddaur ddaakan ddahak |Postmen used to play doug-dug doru.
ਕਾਗੜਦੰਗ ਕ੍ਰੂਰ ਕਾਕੰ ਕਹਕ ॥
kaagarradang kraoor kaakan kahak |The tabors of vampires sounded and the inauspicious crows began to caw
ਚਾਗੜਦੰਗ ਚਤ੍ਰ ਚਾਵਡੀ ਚਿਕਾਰ ॥
chaagarradang chatr chaavaddee chikaar |The witches were screaming on all four sides
ਭਾਗੜਦੰਗ ਭੂਤ ਡਾਰਤ ਧਮਾਰ ॥੪੯੦॥
bhaagarradang bhoot ddaarat dhamaar |490|On all the four sides there were heard and seen shrieks of vultures and leapings and hopping of ghosts and fiends.490.

ਟੁਟੇ ਪਰੇ ॥
ttutte pare |(Warriors) fell broken
ਨਵੇ ਮੁਰੇ ॥
nave mure |But did not turn back.
ਅਸੰ ਧਰੇ ॥
asan dhare |(They) were holding swords
ਰਿਸੰ ਭਰੇ ॥੪੯੧॥
risan bhare |491|The warriors felt weakness and then regained strength and in rage caught hold of their swords.491.
ਛੁਟੇ ਸਰੰ ॥
chhutte saran |(Warriors) shoot arrows,
ਚਕਿਯੋ ਹਰੰ ॥
chakiyo haran |Shiva is surprised to see them.
ਰੁਕੀ ਦਿਸੰ ॥
rukee disan |All directions have stopped.
ਚਪੇ ਕਿਸੰ ॥੪੯੨॥
chape kisan |492|Seeing the discharge of arrows the clouds wondered because of the arrows all the sides were hindered.492.

chhuttan saran |Full of anger
ਰਿਸੰ ਭਰੰ ॥
risan bharan |Shoot arrows
ਗਿਰੈ ਭਟੰ ॥
girai bhattan |And like Atari
ਜਿਮੰ ਅਟੰ ॥੪੯੩॥
jiman attan |493|The arrows are being discharged in fury and the warriors are falling on the earth like the earth like the effacement of the through ones.493.
ਘੁਮੇ ਘਯੰ ॥

bhattan bhale |494|The frightened warriors, while wandering, are being wounded and great heroes are flying fast.494.

risan jaran |Shiva speaks.
ਰੁਪੈ ਰਣੰ ॥
rupai ranan |Wounded soldiers wandered around
ਘੁਮੇ ਬ੍ਰਣੰ ॥੪੯੫॥
ghume branan |495|They are reciting the name of Shiva in order to kill the enemies with jealousy in their mind and they are tighting in the field wandering with fear.495.
ਗਿਰੈਂ ਧਰੰ ॥
girain dharan |Heroes fall to earth,
ਹੁਲੈਂ ਨਰੰ ॥
hulain naran |The people are getting delighted with the falling of demons on the earth
ਸਰੰ ਤਛੇ ॥
saran tachhe |are followed by arrows.
