ਤ੍ਰਿਯ ਕੋ ਨਾਮ ਜਬੈ ਸੁਨਿ ਪਾਯੋ ॥
triy ko naam jabai sun paayo |When heard the name of the woman
ਘੂਮਤ ਘਾਯਲ ਬਚਨ ਸੁਨਾਯੋ ॥
ghoomat ghaayal bachan sunaayo |When he heard her pronouncement, he thanked his luck,
ਧੰਨ੍ਯ ਧੰਨ੍ਯ ਕਰਿ ਕਰੀ ਬਡਾਈ ॥
dhanay dhanay kar karee baddaaee |Praised and glorified him
ਕਿਹ ਨਿਮਿਤ ਇਹ ਠਾ ਤੂ ਆਈ ॥੧੦੧॥
kih nimit ih tthaa too aaee |101|And thanking her earnestly, he asked, ‘Why have you come here?’(101)
ਦੋਹਰਾ ॥

ਸੁਨੁ ਰਾਜਾ ਮੈ ਲਾਜ ਤਜਿ ਯਾ ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੀ ਆਇ ॥
sun raajaa mai laaj taj yaa te pahunchee aae |‘Listen my Raja, I have abandoned all modesty to come to you,
ਜਿਯ ਤੇ ਨਿਰਖਿ ਲਿਆਇ ਹੌ ਮਰੇ ਬਰੌਗੀ ਜਾਇ ॥੧੦੨॥
jiy te nirakh liaae hau mare barauagee jaae |102|‘I thought if I live, I will bring you back, and if dead, I will die with you own you.’(102)
ਨ੍ਰਿਪ ਘਾਯਲ ਘੂਮਤ ਦ੍ਰਿਗਨ ਮੂੰਦਿ ਬਚਨ ਇਮਿ ਕੀਨ ॥
nrip ghaayal ghoomat drigan moond bachan im keen |The Raja moved his eyes and said to her,
ਮਨ ਬਾਛਤ ਬਰੁ ਮਾਗਿਯੈ ਮੈ ਤ੍ਰਿਯ ਤੁਮ ਬਰ ਦੀਨ ॥੧੦੩॥
man baachhat bar maagiyai mai triy tum bar deen |103|‘Come on ask for what do you want, 1 will grant you the boon.’(103)

ਜਬ ਮੈ ਤੁਹਿ ਜੀਵਤ ਲਿਖ ਲਯੋ ॥
jab mai tuhi jeevat likh layo |When I saw you alive, (I understood that)
ਜਨੁ ਬਿਧਿ ਨਯੋ ਜਨਮ ਤੁਹਿ ਦਯੋ ॥
jan bidh nayo janam tuhi dayo |‘When I found you alive, I thought God has granted you a new life.
ਤਾ ਤੇ ਹ੍ਰਿਦੈ ਸੰਕ ਨਹਿ ਧਰਿਯੈ ॥
taa te hridai sank neh dhariyai |So don't have doubts in your mind
ਬਹੁਰਿ ਬ੍ਯਾਹ ਮੋ ਸੌ ਅਬ ਕਰਿਯੈ ॥੧੦੪॥
bahur bayaah mo sau ab kariyai |104|‘Now, eliminating all your doubts, you marry me once again.’(104)
ਜੋ ਤ੍ਰਿਯ ਕਹਾ ਵਹੈ ਪਤਿ ਮਾਨ੍ਯੋ ॥
jo triy kahaa vahai pat maanayo |What the woman said, the husband accepted
ਭੇਦ ਅਭੇਦ ਕਛੁ ਦੁਖਿਤ ਨ ਜਾਨ੍ਯੋ ॥
bhed abhed kachh dukhit na jaanayo |Whatever she asked for, the husband agreed to, as being afflicted could not distinguish between the reality and the illusion.
ਚਕਮਕ ਝਾਰਿ ਆਗਿ ਤਹ ਜਾਰੀ ॥
chakamak jhaar aag tah jaaree |A fire was lit by rubbing flint stones there
ਚਾਰਿ ਭਵਾਰੈ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਯਾਰੀ ॥੧੦੫॥
chaar bhavaarai lee payaaree |105|The woman, by rubbing stones created fire and had fo circumambulations (to solemnise marriage).(105)
ਪੁਨਿ ਬਚਿਤ੍ਰ ਦੇ ਐਸ ਉਚਾਰੌ ॥
pun bachitr de aais uchaarau |Then Bachitra Dei spoke thus,
ਸੁਨੋ ਨਾਥ ਤੁਮ ਬਚਨ ਹਮਾਰੌ ॥
suno naath tum bachan hamaarau |Then she said, ‘Listen my Master, listen to my affliction,
ਤ੍ਰਿਪਰਾਤਕ ਅਰਿ ਅਤਿ ਮੁਹਿ ਭਯੋ ॥
triparaatak ar at muhi bhayo |Kam Dev ('Tripurantaka Ari') has (impressed) me a lot
ਤੁਮ ਬਿਨੁ ਮੋਹਿ ਅਧਿਕ ਦੁਖ ਦਯੋ ॥੧੦੬॥
tum bin mohi adhik dukh dayo |106|‘I am very much irritated by the sexuality. Without you I have been tormented by it.’(106)
ਤੁਰਤੁ ਨਾਥ ਹਮ ਸੋ ਉਠਿ ਰਮੋ ॥
turat naath ham so utth ramo |O Nath! (You) get up immediately and have fun with me
ਸਭ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਹਮਾਰੋ ਛਮੋ ॥
sabh aparaadh hamaaro chhamo |‘Now you get up quick and have sex with me and forgive my failings’
ਤਬ ਰਾਜਾ ਤਿਹ ਸਾਥ ਬਿਹਾਰਿਯੋ ॥
tab raajaa tih saath bihaariyo |Then the king agreed with him
ਤ੍ਰਿਯ ਕੋ ਤਾਪ ਦੂਰਿ ਕਰਿ ਡਾਰਿਯੋ ॥੧੦੭॥
triy ko taap door kar ddaariyo |107|Then the Raja made love with her and eliminated all her anxiety,(107)

ਲਪਟਿ ਲਪਟਿ ਰਾਜਾ ਰਮ੍ਯੋ ਚਿਮਟਿ ਚਿਮਟਿ ਗਈ ਤ੍ਰੀਯ ॥
lapatt lapatt raajaa ramayo chimatt chimatt gee treey |The Raja performed sex clinging to her and she hugged him again and again
ਬਿਕਟ ਸੁ ਦੁਖ ਝਟਪਟ ਕਟੇ ਅਧਿਕ ਬਢਾ ਸੁਖ ਜੀਯ ॥੧੦੮॥
bikatt su dukh jhattapatt katte adhik badtaa sukh jeey |108|All their agonies were eradicated and then exhilaration was enhanced.(108)
ਚੌਪਈ ॥

ਪਤਿ ਰਤਿ ਕਰਿ ਰਥ ਲਯੋ ਚੜਾਈ ॥
pat rat kar rath layo charraaee |The husband made Rati-Kel and took (Raj Kumari) on the chariot
ਬਰਿਯੋ ਪ੍ਰਾਤ ਦੁੰਦਭੀ ਬਜਾਈ ॥
bariyo praat dundabhee bajaaee |And got married in the early morning.
ਸਭ ਰਾਜਨ ਕੋ ਦਲ ਬਲ ਹਰਾ ॥
sabh raajan ko dal bal haraa |(Raj Kumari) gave Midha to all the kings
ਆਪਨ ਸੁਭਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਪਤਿ ਕਰਾ ॥੧੦੯॥
aapan subhatt singh pat karaa |109|And made Subhat Singh her husband. 109.
ਦੋਹਰਾ ॥

ਤੁਮਲ ਜੁਧੁ ਤਿਹ ਤ੍ਰਿਯ ਕਰਾ ਸਭ ਰਾਜਨ ਕੋ ਘਾਇ ॥
tumal judh tih triy karaa sabh raajan ko ghaae |By conducting a forceful war, the woman annihilated all the princes
ਸੁਭਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੋ ਪਤਿ ਕਰਾ ਜੈ ਦੁੰਦਭੀ ਬਜਾਇ ॥੧੧੦॥
subhatt singh ko pat karaa jai dundabhee bajaae |110|And, with the beats of the drum, effected Subhat Singh as her husband (110).
ਹੈ ਗੈ ਰਥ ਬਾਜੀ ਹਨੇ ਛੀਨ ਨ੍ਰਿਪਨ ਬਲ ਕੀਨ ॥
hai gai rath baajee hane chheen nripan bal keen |She killed great many elephants and snatched the rights of many Rajas.
ਸਮਰ ਸੁਯੰਬਰ ਜੀਤਿ ਕਰਿ ਸੁਭਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਪਤਿ ਲੀਨ ॥੧੧੧॥
samar suyanbar jeet kar subhatt singh pat leen |111|By staging pious swayamber, took Subhat Smgh as her husband.(111)

ਦਾਨਵਿੰਦ੍ਰ ਪ੍ਰਿਥਵੀਸ ਸੰਘਾਰੇ ॥
daanavindr prithavees sanghaare |Killed the kings of the giants and the kings of the earth
ਹੈ ਗੈ ਰਥ ਪੈਦਲ ਦਲਿ ਡਾਰੇ ॥
hai gai rath paidal dal ddaare |She killed numerousous Rajas of the Ian and annihilated many enemy armies elephants and horses
ਕਿਸੂ ਬੀਰ ਕੋ ਭੈ ਨ ਧਰਤ ਭੀ ॥
kisoo beer ko bhai na dharat bhee |(She) did not fear any hero.
ਸੁਭਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਹ ਜੀਤ ਬਰਤ ਭੀ ॥੧੧੨॥
subhatt singh kah jeet barat bhee |112|She did not fear of any brave. She won over Subhat Singh and made love with him(112)(l)

ਬਿਜੈ ਕੁਅਰਿ ਤਾ ਕੋ ਜਗ ਕਹੈ ॥
bijai kuar taa ko jag kahai |There used to live a Rani, whom the world has known as Vijay Kunwar.
