ਕੋਵੰਡਜਨੀ ਆਦਿ ਉਚਰੀਐ ॥

kovanddajanee aad uchareeai |

First pronounce 'Kovandjani' (Bow and Arrow-Stringed Army) (word).

ਮਥਨੀ ਅੰਤਿ ਸਬਦ ਤਿਹ ਧਰੀਐ ॥

mathanee ant sabad tih dhareeai |

Add the word 'Mathni' at the end of it.

ਸਭ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਨਾਮ ਤੁਪਕ ਕੇ ਜਾਨਹੁ ॥

sabh sree naam tupak ke jaanahu |

Consider (it) the name of all drops.

ਜਹਾ ਰੁਚੈ ਤੇ ਤਹੀ ਬਖਾਨਹੁ ॥੧੧੩੯॥

jahaa ruchai te tahee bakhaanahu |1139|

Saying the word “Kovandjani” speak the word “mathani” at the end and know all the names of Tupak.1139.

ਇਖੁਆਸਜਨੀ ਆਦਿ ਭਣੀਜੈ ॥

eikhuaasajanee aad bhaneejai |

First recite 'Ikhuasjani' (army with bows) (words).

ਮਥਣੀ ਅੰਤਿ ਸਬਦ ਤਿਹ ਦੀਜੈ ॥

mathanee ant sabad tih deejai |

(Then) add the word 'Mathani' at the end of it.

ਸਕਲ ਤੁਪਕ ਕੇ ਨਾਮ ਲਹਿਜੈ ॥

sakal tupak ke naam lahijai |

Consider (it) the name of all drops.

ਜਵਨ ਠਵਰ ਚਹੀਐ ਤਹ ਦਿਜੈ ॥੧੧੪੦॥

javan tthavar chaheeai tah dijai |1140|

Saying firstly the word “Ikshu-aasjani”, add the word “mathani” at the end and know all the names of Tupak for using them as desired.1140.

First chant the verse 'Karmukjani' (bow and arrow army).

ਅਰਿਣੀ ਤਾ ਕੇ ਅੰਤਿ ਸਬਦ ਕੋ ਡਾਰੀਐ ॥

arinee taa ke ant sabad ko ddaareeai |

Add the word 'Arini' at the end of it.

ਸਕਲ ਤੁਪਕ ਕੇ ਨਾਮ ਸੁਘਰ ਲਹਿ ਲੀਜੀਐ ॥

sakal tupak ke naam sughar leh leejeeai |

(It) all wise! Know as Tupak's name.

ਹੋ ਕਬਿਤ ਕਾਬਿ ਮੈ ਚਹੋ ਤਹਾ ਤੇ ਦੀਜੀਐ ॥੧੧੪੧॥

ho kabit kaab mai chaho tahaa te deejeeai |1141|

Saying firstly the word “Kaarmukjani”, add the word “arini” at the end and know all the names of Tupak.1141.

ਰਿਪੁ ਤਾਪਣੀ ਸਬਦਹਿ ਆਦਿ ਉਚਾਰੀਐ ॥

rip taapanee sabadeh aad uchaareeai |

First pronounce the word 'Ripu Tapani'.

ਅਰਿਣੀ ਤਾ ਕੇ ਅੰਤਿ ਸੁ ਪਦ ਕੋ ਡਾਰੀਐ ॥

arinee taa ke ant su pad ko ddaareeai |

(Then) add the word 'Arini' at the end of it.

ਸਕਲ ਤੁਪਕ ਕੇ ਨਾਮ ਸੁਬੁਧਿ ਪਛਾਨੀਐ ॥

sakal tupak ke naam subudh pachhaaneeai |

(To it) all the wise! Recognize the name of the drop.

ਹੋ ਜਹਾ ਚਹੋ ਤਹ ਦੇਹੁ ਨ ਸੰਕਾ ਮਾਨੀਐ ॥੧੧੪੨॥

ho jahaa chaho tah dehu na sankaa maaneeai |1142|

Saying firstly the word “Riputaapini”, add the word “arini” at the end and O wise men! recognize the names of Tupak for using the, unhesitatingly.1142.

ਆਦਿ ਚਾਪਣੀ ਮੁਖ ਤੇ ਸਬਦ ਬਖਾਨੀਐ ॥

aad chaapanee mukh te sabad bakhaaneeai |

First pronounce the word 'chapani' by mouth.

ਮਥਣੀ ਤਾ ਕੇ ਅੰਤਿ ਸਬਦ ਕੋ ਠਾਨੀਐ ॥

mathanee taa ke ant sabad ko tthaaneeai |

Add the word 'Mathani' at the end of it.

ਸਕਲ ਤੁਪਕ ਕੇ ਨਾਮ ਸੁਬੁਧਿ ਲਹਿ ਲੀਜੀਐ ॥

sakal tupak ke naam subudh leh leejeeai |

(To it) all the wise! Understand Tupak's name.

ਹੋ ਜਹ ਚਾਹੋ ਤਿਹ ਠਵਰ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਕੀਜੀਐ ॥੧੧੪੩॥

ho jah chaaho tih tthavar uchaaran keejeeai |1143|

Utter the word “Chaapani” from you mouth, add the word “mathani” t the end and know the names of Tupak.1143.

ਪਨਚ ਧਰਨਨੀ ਆਦਿ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਕੀਜੀਐ ॥

panach dharananee aad uchaaran keejeeai |

First pronounce the words 'Panch Dharani'.

ਮਥਣੀ ਤਾ ਕੇ ਅੰਤਿ ਸਬਦ ਕੋ ਦੀਜੀਐ ॥

mathanee taa ke ant sabad ko deejeeai |

Use the word 'Mathni' at the end of it.

ਸਕਲ ਤੁਪਕ ਕੇ ਨਾਮ ਸੁਬੁਧਿ ਪਛਾਨੀਐ ॥

sakal tupak ke naam subudh pachhaaneeai |

(To it) all wise men! Understand the name of the drop.

ਹੋ ਯਾ ਕੇ ਭੀਤਰ ਭੇਦ ਨੈਕੁ ਨਹੀ ਮਾਨੀਐ ॥੧੧੪੪॥

ho yaa ke bheetar bhed naik nahee maaneeai |1144|

Saying firstly the word “Panach-dharnani”, add the word “mathani” at the end and recognize all the names of Tupak.1144.

aad suhridanee sabad bakhaano |

First recite the word 'Suhridani' (army).

ਮਥਣੀ ਸਬਦ ਅੰਤਿ ਤਿਹ ਠਾਨੋ ॥

mathanee sabad ant tih tthaano |

Add the word 'Mathani' at the end of it.

ਸਭ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਨਾਮ ਤੁਪਕ ਕੇ ਲਹੀਐ ॥

sabh sree naam tupak ke laheeai |

Consider (it) the name of all drops.

ਜਿਹ ਠਾ ਰੁਚੈ ਤਹੀ ਤੇ ਕਹੀਐ ॥੧੧੪੫॥

jih tthaa ruchai tahee te kaheeai |1145|

Saying firstly the word “Suhirdayani”, add the word “Mathani” at the end and know all the names of Tupak for using them according to your inclination.1145.
