ਕੁਟਨੀ ਬਚਨ ਸੁਨਤ ਏ ਧਾਈ ॥
kuttanee bachan sunat e dhaaee |Pfekutani went on hearing these words
ਤਾਹਿ ਝੁਲਾਵਨ ਕੇ ਮਿਸੁ ਲ੍ਯਾਈ ॥
taeh jhulaavan ke mis layaaee |And brought her (Pingh) on the pretext of throwing.
ਤਬ ਤਿਹ ਆਨ ਖਾਨ ਗਹਿ ਲੀਨੋ ॥
tab tih aan khaan geh leeno |Then Khan came and caught him.
ਚਕਿਚਿਤ ਚਰਿਤ ਚੰਚਲਾ ਕੀਨੋ ॥੧੧॥
chakichit charit chanchalaa keeno |11|(Then) the woman made a surprising appearance. 11.
ਤੁਮਰੇ ਇਹੀ ਨਿਮਿਤ ਮੈ ਆਈ ॥
tumare ihee nimit mai aaee |I have come only for you.
ਅਬ ਫੂਲਨ ਮੁਹਿ ਦਈ ਦਿਖਾਈ ॥
ab foolan muhi dee dikhaaee |But now I have started menses ('Phoolan').
ਅਬ ਮੁਹਿ ਜਾਨ ਧਾਮ ਕੌ ਦੀਜੈ ॥
ab muhi jaan dhaam kau deejai |Now let me go home.
ਪਰਸੌਂ ਬੋਲਿ ਕਲੋਲ ਕਰੀਜੈ ॥੧੨॥
parasauan bol kalol kareejai |12|12.
ਅਤਿ ਮਦ ਪਾਨ ਖਾਨ ਤੁਮ ਕੀਜਹੁ ॥
at mad paan khaan tum keejahu |(On that day) O Khan! You drink a lot
ਲਪਟਿ ਲਪਟਿ ਮੋ ਕਹੁ ਸੁਖ ਦੀਜਹੁ ॥
lapatt lapatt mo kahu sukh deejahu |And give me happiness with caressing.
ਪਰਸੌਂ ਅਰਧ ਰਾਤ੍ਰਿ ਮੈ ਐਹੌ ॥
parasauan aradh raatr mai aaihau |Tomorrow I will come at midnight
ਤੁਮਰੀ ਦੁਹਿਤਾ ਕੇ ਢਿਗ ਸ੍ਵੈਹੌ ॥੧੩॥
tumaree duhitaa ke dtig svaihau |13|And you will be married with your daughter. 13.
ਯੌ ਕਰਿ ਬੋਲ ਖਾਨ ਤਜਿ ਦੀਨੀ ॥
yau kar bol khaan taj deenee |When the woman spoke thus,
ਪਰਸੌ ਕੀ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਚਿਤ ਕੀਨੀ ॥
parasau kee chintaa chit keenee |So Khan gave up and started thinking about the day after tomorrow.
ਤਬ ਰਿਤੁ ਰਾਜ ਪ੍ਰਭਾ ਚਲਿ ਆਈ ॥
tab rit raaj prabhaa chal aaee |Then Ritu Raj Prabha went and came
ਵਾ ਦੁਹਿਤਾ ਢਿਗ ਸੇਜ ਬਿਛਾਈ ॥੧੪॥
vaa duhitaa dtig sej bichhaaee |14|And laid a hedge near his daughter. 14.
ਸੋਏ ਲੋਗ ਧਾਮ ਉਠਿ ਗਈ ॥
soe log dhaam utth gee |When people went to sleep (she) got up and came home
ਸਿਮਰਤ ਖਾਨ ਘਰੀ ਸੋ ਭਈ ॥
simarat khaan gharee so bhee |And an hour of the Khan passed away remembering (him here).
ਨਿਸੁ ਸਿਗਰੀ ਤਿਹ ਕਹ ਜਗਵਾਯੋ ॥
nis sigaree tih kah jagavaayo |Kept him awake all night
ਖੋਜਤ ਤਾਹਿ ਸੁਤਾ ਢਿਗ ਆਯੋ ॥੧੫॥
khojat taeh sutaa dtig aayo |15|And at last he came to his daughter after searching. 15.
ਰੁਤਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਭਾ ਦੁਹਿਤਾ ਲਖਿ ਧਰੀ ॥
rutis prabhaa duhitaa lakh dharee |He mistook his daughter for Rutis Prabha
ਦ੍ਰਿੜ ਗਹਿ ਜਾਘ ਦੋਊ ਰਤਿ ਕਰੀ ॥
drirr geh jaagh doaoo rat karee |And holding both the legs well, played Rati-Kreeda.
ਹਾਇ ਹਾਇ ਕਰਿ ਰਹੀ ਪਠਾਨੀ ॥
haae haae kar rahee patthaanee |She kept saying Pathani Hi Hi
ਮਦ ਪੀਏ ਜੜ ਕਛੂ ਨ ਜਾਨੀ ॥੧੬॥
mad pee jarr kachhoo na jaanee |16|And the fool did not understand anything after drinking alcohol. 16.
ਦੋਹਰਾ ॥
doharaa |dual:
ਲਪਟਿ ਲਪਟਿ ਤਾ ਸੌ ਰਮਿਯੋ ਰੁਤਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਭਾ ਤਿਹ ਜਾਨਿ ॥
lapatt lapatt taa sau ramiyo rutis prabhaa tih jaan |Mistaking her for Rutis Prabha, he embraced her and made love
ਮਦ ਉਤਰੇ ਤਿਹ ਤਜਿ ਦਿਯੋ ਅਪਨੀ ਸੁਤਾ ਪਛਾਨਿ ॥੧੭॥
mad utare tih taj diyo apanee sutaa pachhaan |17|And when he got drunk, he recognized her as his daughter and abandoned her. 17.
ਧੰਨ੍ਯ ਛਤ੍ਰਿ ਜਾ ਕੋ ਧਰਮ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਰਿਤੁ ਰਾਜਿ ਕੁਮਾਰਿ ॥
dhanay chhatr jaa ko dharam sree rit raaj kumaar |Ritu Raj Kumari! Your Chhatri religion is blessed
ਸੰਗ ਸੁਤਾ ਕੇ ਕੈ ਮੁਝੈ ਗੀ ਪਤਿਬ੍ਰਤਾ ਉਬਾਰਿ ॥੧੮॥
sang sutaa ke kai mujhai gee patibrataa ubaar |18|Who saved his husband's religion by marrying me with his daughter. 18.
ਏਕ ਮਦੀ ਦੂਜੈ ਤਰੁਨਿ ਤੀਜੇ ਅਤਿ ਧਨ ਧਾਮ ॥
ek madee doojai tarun teeje at dhan dhaam |One drunkard, the other young and the third rich in the house,
ਪਾਪ ਕਰੇ ਬਿਨ ਕ੍ਯੋਨ ਬਚੈ ਬਚੈ ਬਚਾਵੈ ਰਾਮ ॥੧੯॥
paap kare bin kayon bachai bachai bachaavai raam |19|How can he be saved without committing sin, (only then) can he be saved, if Ram saves him. 19.
ਇਤਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਚਰਿਤ੍ਰ ਪਖ੍ਯਾਨੇ ਤ੍ਰਿਯਾ ਚਰਿਤ੍ਰੇ ਮੰਤ੍ਰੀ ਭੂਪ ਸੰਬਾਦੇ ਇਕ ਸੌ ਤਿਰਾਸੀਵੋ ਚਰਿਤ੍ਰ ਸਮਾਪਤਮ ਸਤੁ ਸੁਭਮ ਸਤੁ ॥੧੮੩॥੩੫੨੯॥ਅਫਜੂੰ॥
eit sree charitr pakhayaane triyaa charitre mantree bhoop sanbaade ik sau tiraaseevo charitr samaapatam sat subham sat |183|3529|afajoon|Here ends the 183rd chapter of Mantri Bhup Samvad of Tria Charitra of Sri Charitropakhyan, all is auspicious. 183.3529. goes on

ਪਾਡਵ ਕੇ ਪਾਚੌ ਸੁਤ ਸੂਰੇ ॥
paaddav ke paachau sut soore |The five sons of King Pandu were very strong warriors.
ਅਰਜੁਨ ਭੀਮ ਜੁਧਿਸਟਰ ਰੂਰੇ ॥
arajun bheem judhisattar roore |That handsome Arjan, Bhima, Yudhishtra,
ਨਕੁਲ ਅਵਰ ਸਹਦੇਵ ਭਨਿਜੈ ॥
nakul avar sahadev bhanijai |are called Nakul and Sahadeva.
ਜਾ ਸਮ ਉਪਜਿਯੋ ਕੌਨ ਕਹਿਜੈ ॥੧॥
jaa sam upajiyo kauan kahijai |1|Who else has been born like them. 1.
ਬਾਰਹ ਬਰਖ ਬਨਬਾਸ ਬਿਤਾਯੋ ॥
baarah barakh banabaas bitaayo |After spending twelve years in exile
ਸੋਈ ਬਰਖ ਤ੍ਰੈਦਸੋ ਆਯੋ ॥
soee barakh traidaso aayo |When the thirteenth year came
ਦੇਸ ਬਿਰਾਟ ਰਾਜ ਕੇ ਗਏ ॥
des biraatt raaj ke ge |So went to the king of Virat.
ਸੋਊ ਬਰਖ ਬਿਤਾਵਤ ਭਏ ॥੨॥
soaoo barakh bitaavat bhe |2|He spent (this thirteenth) year there. 2.
ਦੋਹਰਾ ॥
doharaa |dual:
ਜਬੈ ਕ੍ਰੀਚਕਹਿ ਦ੍ਰੁਪਦਜਾ ਦੇਖੀ ਨੈਨ ਪਸਾਰਿ ॥
jabai kreechakeh drupadajaa dekhee nain pasaar |When Krichak saw Draupti with his eyes open
ਗਿਰਿਯੋ ਮੂਰਛਨਾ ਹ੍ਵੈ ਧਰਨਿ ਮਾਰਿ ਕਰਿਯੋ ਬਿਸੰਭਾਰ ॥੩॥
giriyo moorachhanaa hvai dharan maar kariyo bisanbhaar |3|Then he fainted and fell on the ground, Kam Dev ('kill') made him impure. 3.
ਚੌਪਈ ॥

ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਭਗਨਿ ਤਨੁ ਭੇਦ ਜਤਾਯੋ ॥
pragatt bhagan tan bhed jataayo |He (Krichak) told his sister about the secret
ਮਿਲਨ ਦ੍ਰੁਪਦਜਾ ਕੋ ਠਹਰਾਯੋ ॥
milan drupadajaa ko tthaharaayo |And made sure to meet Draupati.
ਰਾਨੀ ਪਠੈ ਸਦੇਸਨ ਦਈ ॥
raanee patthai sadesan dee |The queen sent a message to (Dropati).
ਕਰ ਤੇ ਪਕਰਿ ਕਰੀਚਕ ਲਈ ॥੪॥
kar te pakar kareechak lee |4|And Krichak took (him) by the hand. 4.
ਦੋਹਰਾ ॥
doharaa |dual:
ਕਰਿ ਕੈ ਕਰਿ ਕੋ ਅਧਿਕ ਬਲੁ ਅੰਚਰ ਗਈ ਛੁਰਾਇ ॥
kar kai kar ko adhik bal anchar gee chhuraae |(Dropati) freed her hand and went away.
ਜਨੁ ਕਰਿ ਹੇਰੇ ਸ੍ਵਾਨ ਕੌ ਭਜਤ ਮ੍ਰਿਗੀ ਅਕੁਲਾਇ ॥੫॥
jan kar here svaan kau bhajat mrigee akulaae |5|It is as if a deer runs away after seeing a dog. 5.
ਚੌਪਈ ॥
chauapee |twenty four:
ਤਬ ਅਤਿ ਕੋਪ ਕਰੀਚਕ ਕਯੋ ॥
tab at kop kareechak kayo |Then Krichak became very angry
ਰਾਜਾ ਹੁਤੋ ਜਹਾ ਤਹ ਅਯੋ ॥
raajaa huto jahaa tah ayo |And came to where the king was sitting.
ਪਾਦ ਪ੍ਰਹਾਰ ਦ੍ਰੁਪਦ ਯਹਿ ਕਿਯੋ ॥
paad prahaar drupad yeh kiyo |(Then) he struck Dropati with his feet.
ਪਾਚੋ ਨਿਰਖਿ ਪੰਡ ਜਨ ਲਿਯੋ ॥੬॥
paacho nirakh pandd jan liyo |6|Five Pandavas saw him. 6.
ਅਤਿ ਹੀ ਕੋਪ ਭੀਮ ਤਬ ਭਰਿਯੋ ॥
at hee kop bheem tab bhariyo |Then Bhima became very angry,
ਰਾਜੈ ਮਨੇ ਨੈਨ ਸੌ ਕਰਿਯੋ ॥
raajai mane nain sau kariyo |But the king (Yudhishtra) stopped with a wink.
ਬੋਲ ਦ੍ਰੁਪਦਜਾ ਨਿਕਟ ਸਿਖਾਈ ॥
bol drupadajaa nikatt sikhaaee |(He) called Draupti and taught him
ਸੌ ਕ੍ਰੀਚਕ ਸੌ ਕਹੋ ਬਨਾਈ ॥੭॥
sau kreechak sau kaho banaaee |7|That you say to Krichak like this. 7.
ਦੋਹਰਾ ॥
doharaa |dual:
ਚਤੁਰਿ ਦ੍ਰੁਪਦਜਾ ਅਤਿ ਹੁਤੀ ਅਰੁ ਪਤਿ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਬਨਾਇ ॥
chatur drupadajaa at hutee ar pat kahiyo banaae |Draupati was very clever and (then) the husband also explained well.
ਏਕ ਬਚਨ ਭਾਖਿਯੋ ਹੁਤੋ ਬੀਸਕ ਕਹੀ ਸੁਨਾਇ ॥੮॥
ek bachan bhaakhiyo huto beesak kahee sunaae |8|(The husband) had said one thing, he made up twenty things and said them. 8.
ਚੌਪਈ ॥

ਦ੍ਰੁਪਦੀ ਯੌ ਕ੍ਰੀਚਕ ਸੌ ਕਹੀ ॥
drupadee yau kreechak sau kahee |Draupati told Krichak like this
ਤੁਮ ਪੈ ਅਨਿਕ ਰੀਝਿ ਮੈ ਰਹੀ ॥
tum pai anik reejh mai rahee |That I am very jealous of you.
ਸੂੰਨਿਸਾਲ ਨਿਸਿ ਕੌ ਤੁਮ ਐਯਹੁ ॥
soonisaal nis kau tum aaiyahu |You come to the 'Sunnisal' (Sunni place or kitchen) at night
ਕਾਮ ਭੋਗ ਮੁਹਿ ਸਾਥ ਕਮੈਯਹੁ ॥੯॥
kaam bhog muhi saath kamaiyahu |9|And have sex with me. 9.
ਸੂੰਨਿਸਾਲ ਭੀਮਹਿ ਬੈਠਾਯੋ ॥
soonisaal bheemeh baitthaayo |He made Bhima sit in Sunnisal.
ਕ੍ਰੀਚਕ ਅਰਧ ਰਾਤ੍ਰਿ ਗੈ ਆਯੋ ॥
kreechak aradh raatr gai aayo |(There) in the middle of the night Krichak came.
ਤਬ ਹੀ ਪਕਰਿ ਟਾਗ ਤੇ ਲਿਯੋ ॥
tab hee pakar ttaag te liyo |Only then (Bhima) caught Krichak by the legs
