ਅਰਜੁਨ ਸੋ ਜਮਨਾ ਤਬੈ ਐਸੇ ਕਹਿਓ ਸੁਨਾਇ ॥
arajun so jamanaa tabai aaise kahio sunaae |
ਜਦੁਪਤਿ ਬਰ ਹੀ ਚਾਹਿ ਚਿਤਿ ਤਪੁ ਕੀਨੋ ਮੈ ਆਇ ॥੨੦੯੪॥
jadupat bar hee chaeh chit tap keeno mai aae |2094|Then Yamuna said to Arjuna, “My heart desired me to wed Krishna, therefore I have performed austerities here.”2094.
ਪਾਰਥ ਬਾਚ ਕਾਨ੍ਰਹ ਜੂ ਸੋ ॥
paarath baach kaanrah joo so |
ਸਵੈਯਾ ॥

ਤਬ ਪਾਰਥ ਆਇ ਕੈ ਸੀਸ ਨਿਵਾਇ ਸੁ ਸ੍ਯਾਮ ਜੂ ਸਿਉ ਇਹ ਬੈਨ ਉਚਾਰੇ ॥
tab paarath aae kai sees nivaae su sayaam joo siau ih bain uchaare |
ਸੂਰਜ ਕੀ ਦੁਹਿਤਾ ਜਮਨਾ ਇਹ ਨਾਮ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਜਗ ਜਾਹਿਰ ਸਾਰੇ ॥
sooraj kee duhitaa jamanaa ih naam prabhoo jag jaahir saare |Then Arjuna bowing down his head, requested Krishna, “O Lord! she is Yamuna, the daughter of Surya and the whole world knows her
ਭੇਸ ਤਪੋਧਨ ਕਾਹੇ ਕੀਯੋ ਇਨ ਅਉ ਗ੍ਰਿਹ ਕੇ ਸਭ ਕਾਜ ਬਿਸਾਰੇ ॥
bhes tapodhan kaahe keeyo in aau grih ke sabh kaaj bisaare |
ਅਰਜੁਨ ਉਤਰ ਐਸੇ ਦੀਯੋ ਘਨਿ ਸ੍ਯਾਮ ਸੁਨੋ ਬਰ ਹੇਤੁ ਤੁਮਾਰੇ ॥੨੦੯੫॥
arajun utar aaise deeyo ghan sayaam suno bar het tumaare |2095|Then Krishna said, “Why has she assumed the garb of a female ascetic and relinquished her domestic duties?” Arjuna replied, “She has done this in order to realize you.”2095.
ਪਾਰਥ ਕੀ ਬਤੀਯਾ ਸੁਨਿ ਯੌ ਬਹੀਯਾ ਗਹਿ ਡਾਰਿ ਲਈ ਰਥ ਊਪਰ ॥
paarath kee bateeyaa sun yau baheeyaa geh ddaar lee rath aoopar |Hearing the words of Arjuna, Krishna caught hold of the arm of Yamuna and caused her to mount the chariot
ਚੰਦ ਸੋ ਆਨਨ ਜਾਹਿ ਲਸੈ ਅਤਿ ਜੋਤਿ ਜਗੈ ਸੁ ਕਪੋਲਨ ਦੂ ਪਰ ॥
chand so aanan jaeh lasai at jot jagai su kapolan doo par |Her face was like the moon and the brightness of her cheeks was resplendent
ਕੈ ਕੈ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਅਤਿ ਹੀ ਤਿਹ ਪੈ ਨ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰਿ ਸ੍ਯਾਮ ਜੂ ਐਸੀ ਕਿਸੀ ਪਰ ॥
kai kai kripaa at hee tih pai na kripaa kar sayaam joo aaisee kisee par |
ਆਪਨੇ ਧਾਮਿ ਲਿਆਵਤ ਭਯੋ ਸਭ ਐਸ ਕਥਾ ਇਹ ਮਾਲੁਮ ਭੂ ਪਰ ॥੨੦੯੬॥
aapane dhaam liaavat bhayo sabh aais kathaa ih maalum bhoo par |2096|Krishna was so much graceful to her as he had not been to any other woman and the story of bringing her in his home is world-famous.2096.
ਡਾਰਿ ਤਬੈ ਰਥ ਪੈ ਜਮਨਾ ਕਹੁ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਬ੍ਰਿਜ ਨਾਇਕ ਡੇਰਨ ਆਯੋ ॥
ddaar tabai rath pai jamanaa kahu sree brij naaeik dderan aayo |Getting Yamuna mounted on his chariot, Krishna brought her home
ਬ੍ਯਾਹ ਕੇ ਬੀਚ ਸਭਾ ਹੂ ਜੁਧਿਸਟਰ ਗਯੋ ਨ੍ਰਿਪ ਪਾਇਨ ਸੋ ਲਪਟਾਯੋ ॥
bayaah ke beech sabhaa hoo judhisattar gayo nrip paaein so lapattaayo |After wedding her, he went to the court of Yudhishtar to meet him, the king Yudhishtar fell at his feet
ਦੁਆਰਕਾ ਜੈਸਿ ਰਚੀ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਜੂ ਤੁਮ ਮੋ ਪੁਰ ਤੈਸਿ ਰਚੋ ਸੁ ਸੁਨਾਯੋ ॥
duaarakaa jais rachee prabh joo tum mo pur tais racho su sunaayo |Yudhistar said, “O Lord! how you created the Dwarka city? Kindly tell me about it
ਆਇਸ ਦੇਤ ਭਯੋ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਜੂ ਕਰਮਾਬਿਸ੍ਵ ਸੋ ਤਿਨ ਤੈਸੋ ਬਨਾਯੋ ॥੨੦੯੭॥
aaeis det bhayo prabh joo karamaabisv so tin taiso banaayo |2097|” Then Krishna order Vishwakarma, who created another equivalent city there.2097.
ਇਤਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਬਚਿਤ੍ਰ ਨਾਟਕ ਗ੍ਰੰਥੇ ਸਿਕਾਰ ਖੇਲਬੋ ਜਮੁਨਾ ਕੋ ਬਿਵਾਹਤ ਭਏ ॥

ਉਜੈਨ ਰਾਜਾ ਕੀ ਦੁਹਿਤਾ ਕੋ ਬ੍ਯਾਹ ਕਥਨੰ ॥
aujain raajaa kee duhitaa ko bayaah kathanan |Now begins the description about the Marriage of the daughter of the king of Ujjain

ਪੰਡੁ ਕੇ ਪੁਤ੍ਰਨ ਤੇ ਅਰੁ ਕੁੰਤੀ ਤੇ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਬਿਦਾ ਘਨਿ ਸ੍ਯਾਮ ਸਿਧਾਯੋ ॥
pandd ke putran te ar kuntee te lai ke bidaa ghan sayaam sidhaayo |After bidding farewell to Pandavas and Kunti, Krishna reached the city to Ujjain
ਭੂਪ ਉਜੈਨ ਪੁਰੀ ਕੋ ਜਹਾ ਕਬਿ ਸ੍ਯਾਮ ਕਹੈ ਤਿਹ ਪੈ ਚਲਿ ਆਯੋ ॥
bhoop ujain puree ko jahaa kab sayaam kahai tih pai chal aayo |Duryodhana desired in his mind to wed the daughter of the king of Ujjain
ਤਾ ਦੁਹਿਤਾ ਹੂ ਕੋ ਬ੍ਯਾਹਨ ਕਾਜ ਦੁਰਜੋਧਨ ਹੂ ਕੋ ਭੀ ਚਿਤੁ ਲੁਭਾਯੋ ॥
taa duhitaa hoo ko bayaahan kaaj durajodhan hoo ko bhee chit lubhaayo |
ਸੈਨ ਬਨਾਇ ਭਲੀ ਅਪਨੀ ਤਿਹ ਬ੍ਯਾਹਨ ਕਉ ਇਤ ਤੇ ਇਹ ਧਾਯੋ ॥੨੦੯੮॥
sain banaae bhalee apanee tih bayaahan kau it te ih dhaayo |2098|He also came to this side for this purpose bringing alongwith him his bedecked army.2098.
ਸਜਿ ਸੈਨ ਦੁਰਜੋਧਨ ਆਯੋ ਉਤੇ ਪੁਰ ਤਾਹੀ ਇਤੈ ਬ੍ਰਿਜ ਨਾਇਕ ਆਏ ॥
saj sain durajodhan aayo ute pur taahee itai brij naaeik aae |From that side Duryodhana came alongwith his army and from this side Krishna reached there
