ਜਾਗੜਦੀ ਜਾਣ ਜੁਝਿ ਗਯੋ ਰਾਗੜਦੀ ਰਘੁਪਤ ਇਮ ਬੁਝਯੋ ॥੫੬੩॥
jaagarradee jaan jujh gayo raagarradee raghupat im bujhayo |563|

The king of Raghava clan, considering him dead, became pale.563.

ਇਤਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਬਚਿਤ੍ਰ ਨਾਟਕੇ ਰਾਮਵਤਾਰ ਲਛਮਨ ਮੂਰਛਨਾ ਭਵੇਤ ਧਿਆਇ ਸਮਾਪਤਮ ਸਤੁ ॥

ਕਾਗੜਦੀ ਕਟਕ ਕਪਿ ਭਜਯੋ ਲਾਗੜਦੀ ਲਛਮਣ ਜੁਝਯੋ ਜਬ ॥
kaagarradee kattak kap bhajayo laagarradee lachhaman jujhayo jab |

ਰਾਗੜਦੀ ਰਾਮ ਰਿਸ ਭਰਯੋ ਸਾਗੜਦੀ ਗਹਿ ਅਸਤ੍ਰ ਸਸਤ੍ਰ ਸਭ ॥
raagarradee raam ris bharayo saagarradee geh asatr sasatr sabh |

The force of monkeys ran helter-skelter when Lakshman fell down and catching hold of his weapons and arms in his hand Ram was highly infuriated

ਧਾਗੜਦੀ ਧਉਲ ਧੜ ਹੜਯੋ ਕਾਗੜਦੀ ਕੋੜੰਭ ਕੜਕਯੋ ॥

ਭਾਗੜਦੀ ਭੂੰਮਿ ਭੜਹੜੀ ਪਾਗੜਦੀ ਜਨ ਪਲੈ ਪਲਟਯੋ ॥੫੬੪॥
bhaagarradee bhoonm bharraharree paagarradee jan palai palattayo |564|

With the clattering sound of the weapons of Ram, the Bull, the support of the earth trembled and the earth shook as if the doomsday had arrived.564.

ARDH NARAAJ STANZA

ਕਢੀ ਸੁ ਤੇਗ ਦੁਧਰੰ ॥
kadtee su teg dudharan |

ਅਨੂਪ ਰੂਪ ਸੁਭਰੰ ॥
anoop roop subharan |

The double-edged swords came out and Ram seemed greatly impressive

ਭਕਾਰ ਭੇਰ ਭੈ ਕਰੰ ॥
bhakaar bher bhai karan |

ਬਕਾਰ ਬੰਦਣੋ ਬਰੰ ॥੫੬੫॥
bakaar bandano baran |565|

The sound of the kettle-drums was heard and the imprisoned people began to cry.565.

ਬਚਿਤ੍ਰ ਚਿਤ੍ਰਤੰ ਸਰੰ ॥
bachitr chitratan saran |

ਤਜੰਤ ਤੀਖਣੋ ਨਰੰ ॥
tajant teekhano naran |

ਪਰੰਤ ਜੂਝਤੰ ਭਟੰ ॥
parant joojhatan bhattan |

ਜਣੰਕਿ ਸਾਵਣੰ ਘਟੰ ॥੫੬੬॥
janank saavanan ghattan |566|

A queer scene was created and the forces of men and monkey fell on the demon forces with sharp nails like the rising clouds of the month of Sawan.566.

ਘੁਮੰਤ ਅਘ ਓਘਯੰ ॥
ghumant agh oghayan |

ਬਦੰਤ ਬਕਤ੍ਰ ਤੇਜਯੰ ॥
badant bakatr tejayan |

The warriors are roaming on all the four sides for the destruction of sins and are challenging one another

ਚਲੰਤ ਤਯਾਗਤੇ ਤਨੰ ॥
chalant tayaagate tanan |

ਭਣੰਤ ਦੇਵਤਾ ਧਨੰ ॥੫੬੭॥
bhanant devataa dhanan |567|

The brave fighters are leaving their bodies the gods are shouting “Bravo, Bravo”.567.

ਛੁਟੰਤ ਤੀਰ ਤੀਖਣੰ ॥
chhuttant teer teekhanan |

ਬਜੰਤ ਭੇਰ ਭੀਖਣੰ ॥
bajant bher bheekhanan |

The sharp arrows are being discharged and the terrible kettle-drums are resounding

ਉਠੰਤ ਗਦ ਸਦਣੰ ॥
autthant gad sadanan |

ਮਸਤ ਜਾਣ ਮਦਣੰ ॥੫੬੮॥
masat jaan madanan |568|

The intoxicating sounds are being heard from all the four sides.568.

ਕਰੰਤ ਚਾਚਰੋ ਚਰੰ ॥
karant chaacharo charan |

ਨਚੰਤ ਨਿਰਤਣੋ ਹਰੰ ॥
nachant niratano haran |

ਪੁਅੰਤ ਪਾਰਬਤੀ ਸਿਰੰ ॥
puant paarabatee siran |

ਹਸੰਤ ਪ੍ਰੇਤਣੀ ਫਿਰੰ ॥੫੬੯॥
hasant pretanee firan |569|

Shiva and his Ganas (attendants) are seen dancing and it seems that the female ghosts are laughing and bowing their heads before Parvati.569.

ANOOP NIRAAJ STANZA

ਡਕੰਤ ਡਾਕਣੀ ਡੁਲੰ ॥
ddakant ddaakanee ddulan |

ਭ੍ਰਮੰਤ ਬਾਜ ਕੁੰਡਲੰ ॥
bhramant baaj kunddalan |

The vampires are roaming and the horses are moving creating a circular spectacle

ਰੜੰਤ ਬੰਦਿਣੋ ਕ੍ਰਿਤੰ ॥
rarrant bandino kritan |

ਬਦੰਤ ਮਾਗਯੋ ਜਯੰ ॥੫੭੦॥
badant maagayo jayan |570|

The warriors are being made prisoners and are hailing.570.

ਢਲੰਤ ਢਾਲ ਉਢਲੰ ॥
dtalant dtaal udtalan |

ਖਿਮੰਤ ਤੇਗ ਨਿਰਮਲੰ ॥
khimant teg niramalan |

ਚਲੰਤ ਰਾਜਵੰ ਸਰੰ ॥
chalant raajavan saran |

ਪਪਾਤ ਉਰਵੀਅੰ ਨਰੰ ॥੫੭੧॥
papaat uraveean naran |571|

There are knockings of the blows of the swords on the shields and with the arrows being discharged by the kings the humans and monkeys are falling on the earth.571.

ਭਜੰਤ ਆਸੁਰੀ ਸੁਤੰ ॥
bhajant aasuree sutan |

ਕਿਲੰਕ ਬਾਨਰੀ ਪੁਤੰ ॥
kilank baanaree putan |

On the other side the monkeys are shrieking

ਬਜੰਤ ਤੀਰ ਤੁਪਕੰ ॥
bajant teer tupakan |

ਉਠੰਤ ਦਾਰੁਣੋ ਸੁਰੰ ॥੫੭੨॥
autthant daaruno suran |572|

On account of what the demons are fleeing the sounds of arrows and other weapons are creating the terrible and tumultuous resonance.572.

ਭਭਕ ਭੂਤ ਭੈ ਕਰੰ ॥
bhabhak bhoot bhai karan |

ਚਚਕ ਚਉਦਣੋ ਚਕੰ ॥
chachak chaudano chakan |

The groups of ghosts are feeling frightened and perplexed

ਤਤਖ ਪਖਰੰ ਤੁਰੇ ॥
tatakh pakharan ture |

ਬਜੇ ਨਿਨਦ ਸਿੰਧੁਰੇ ॥੫੭੩॥
baje ninad sindhure |573|

The armoured horses and roaring elephants are moving in the battlefield.573.

ਉਠੰਤ ਭੈ ਕਰੀ ਸਰੰ ॥
autthant bhai karee saran |

ਮਚੰਤ ਜੋਧਣੇ ਜੁਧੰ ॥
machant jodhane judhan |

The gods are also becoming fearful on seeing the terrible war of the warriors
