ਭਜੀ ਸਰਬ ਸੈਣੰ ਨ ਨੈਣੰ ਨਿਹਾਰ੍ਯੋ ॥
bhajee sarab sainan na nainan nihaarayo |Holding his arrow, Dutt, discharged it on others and without seeing, the whole army ran away
ਜਿਨ੍ਰਯੋ ਬੀਰ ਏਕੈ ਅਨੇਕੰ ਪਰਾਨੋ ॥
jinrayo beer ekai anekan paraano |Only one warriors conquered all and many warriors fled
ਪੁਰਾਨੇ ਪਲਾਸੀ ਹਨੇ ਪੌਨ ਮਾਨੋ ॥੩੦੫॥
puraane palaasee hane pauan maano |305|The feet of the warriors were uprooted like the uprooting of the old Palaash trees by the wind.78.305.
ਰਣੰ ਰੋਸ ਕੈ ਲੋਭ ਬਾਜੀ ਮਟਕ੍ਰਯੋ ॥

ਭਜ੍ਯੋ ਬੀਰ ਬਾਚ੍ਰਯੋ ਅਰ੍ਰਯੋ ਸੁ ਝਟਕ੍ਯੋ ॥

ਫਿਰ੍ਯੋ ਦੇਖ ਬੀਰੰ ਅਨਾਲੋਭ ਧਾਯੋ ॥
firayo dekh beeran anaalobh dhaayo |('Greed') Seeing the warrior roaming (in the wilderness) 'Analobh' has come rushing.
ਛੁਟੇ ਬਾਣ ਐਸੇ ਸਬੈ ਬ੍ਯੋਮ ਛਾਯੋ ॥੩੦੬॥
chhutte baan aaise sabai bayom chhaayo |306|The warrior named Alobh (non-greed), seeing him, returned and Lobha discharged so many arrows, which spread over the sky.79.306.
ਦਸੰ ਬਾਣ ਲੈ ਬੀਰ ਧੀਰੰ ਪ੍ਰਹਾਰੇ ॥
dasan baan lai beer dheeran prahaare |They took ten arrows and fired at the hero (named) 'Dheeraj'.
ਸਰੰ ਸਠਿ ਲੈ ਸੰਜਮੈ ਤਾਕਿ ਮਾਰੇ ॥
saran satth lai sanjamai taak maare |He attacked with ten arrows on the warrior named Dhairya (patience) and he discharged sixty arrows on, making Sanjam (restraint) as his target
ਨਵੰ ਬਾਣ ਸੋ ਨੇਮ ਕੋ ਅੰਗ ਛੇਦ੍ਯੋ ॥
navan baan so nem ko ang chhedayo |He has pierced the limbs of the 'covenant' with nine arrows.
ਬਲੀ ਬੀਸਿ ਬਾਣਾਨਿ ਬਿਗ੍ਰਯਾਨ ਬੇਧ੍ਰਯੋ ॥੩੦੭॥
balee bees baanaan bigrayaan bedhrayo |307|He pierced the limbs of Nem (principle) with his nine arrows and with twenty arrows, he attacked the mighty warrior Vigyan (Science).80.307.
ਪਚਿਸ ਬਾਣ ਪਾਵਿਤ੍ਰਤਾ ਕੋ ਪ੍ਰਹਾਰੇ ॥
pachis baan paavitrataa ko prahaare |Five arrows have struck 'purity'.
ਅਸੀਹ ਬਾਣ ਅਰਚਾਹਿ ਕੈ ਅੰਗਿ ਝਾਰੇ ॥
aseeh baan arachaeh kai ang jhaare |He attacked Pavitarta with twenty-five arrows and Arcchana with eighty arrows, whose limbs were chopped by him
ਪਚਾਸੀ ਸਰੰ ਪੂਰਿ ਪੂਜਾਹਿ ਛੇਦ੍ਯੋ ॥
pachaasee saran poor poojaeh chhedayo |'Pooja' has been pierced with eighty-five arrows.
ਬਡੋ ਲਸਟਕਾ ਲੈ ਸਲਜਾਹਿ ਭੇਦ੍ਯੋ ॥੩੦੮॥
baddo lasattakaa lai salajaeh bhedayo |308|He destroyed the complete Pooja (worship) with eighty-five arrows he beat Lajja with his big staff.81.308.
ਬਿਆਸੀ ਬਲੀ ਬਾਣ ਬਿਦ੍ਰਯਾਹਿ ਮਾਰੇ ॥
biaasee balee baan bidrayaeh maare |Eighty two arrows have killed the mighty warrior 'Bidya'.
ਤਪਸ੍ਰਯਾਹਿ ਪੈ ਤਾਕਿ ਤੇਤੀਸ ਡਾਰੇ ॥
tapasrayaeh pai taak tetees ddaare |Eighty-two arrows were discharged on Vidya and thirty-three on Tapasya:
ਕਈ ਬਾਣ ਸੋਂ ਕੀਰਤਨੰ ਅੰਗ ਛੇਦ੍ਯੋ ॥
kee baan son keeratanan ang chhedayo |The limbs of Keerti were pierced with innumerable arrows
ਅਲੋਭਾਦਿ ਜੋਧਾ ਭਲੀ ਭਾਤਿ ਭੇਦ੍ਯੋ ॥੩੦੯॥
alobhaad jodhaa bhalee bhaat bhedayo |309|The warriors like Alobh etc. were dealt with nicely.82.309.
ਨ੍ਰਿਹੰਕਾਰ ਕੋ ਬਾਨ ਅਸੀਨ ਛੇਦ੍ਯੋ ॥
nrihankaar ko baan aseen chhedayo |Nirhankar' has been pierced by us with arrows.
ਭਲੇ ਪਰਮ ਤਤ੍ਵਾਦਿ ਕੋ ਬਛ ਭੇਦ੍ਯੋ ॥
bhale param tatvaad ko bachh bhedayo |He pierced Nir-Ahamkara with eighty arrows and also touched with his arms the waist of Pram-Tattva etc.
ਕਈ ਬਾਣ ਕਰੁਣਾਹਿ ਕੇ ਅੰਗਿ ਝਾਰੇ ॥
kee baan karunaeh ke ang jhaare |There are many arrows on the body of 'Karuna'.
ਸਰੰ ਸਉਕ ਸਿਛਿਆ ਕੇ ਅੰਗਿ ਮਾਰੇ ॥੩੧੦॥
saran sauk sichhiaa ke ang maare |310|The limbs of Karuna were cast down with many arrows and nearly one hundred arrows were discharged on the limbs of Shiksha.83.310.

ਦਾਨ ਆਨਿ ਪੁਜਿਯੋ ਤਬੈ ਗ੍ਯਾਨ ਬਾਨ ਲੈ ਹਾਥਿ ॥
daan aan pujiyo tabai gayaan baan lai haath |Then 'Daan' (warrior of the name) arrived with the arrow of knowledge in his hand.
ਜੁਆਨ ਜਾਨਿ ਮਾਰ੍ਯੋ ਤਿਸੈ ਧ੍ਯਾਨ ਮੰਤ੍ਰ ਕੇ ਸਾਥ ॥੩੧੧॥
juaan jaan maarayo tisai dhayaan mantr ke saath |311|Then the warrior name Daan, taking the arrows of Gyan in his hand, performed worship and gave offerings, charming it with Dhyan, he discharged it on that Youngman.84.311.
ਭੁਜੰਗ ਪ੍ਰਯਾਤ ਛੰਦ ॥

ਰਣੰ ਉਛਲ੍ਯੋ ਦਾਨ ਜੋਧਾ ਮਹਾਨੰ ॥
ranan uchhalayo daan jodhaa mahaanan |In war the great warrior 'Daan' (named) has sprung up,
ਸਭੈ ਸਸਤ੍ਰ ਬੇਤਾ ਅਤਿ ਅਸਤ੍ਰੰ ਨਿਧਾਨੰ ॥
sabhai sasatr betaa at asatran nidhaanan |The warriors named Daan sprang up in the war-arena, who was the store of arms, weapons and garments
ਦਸੰ ਬਾਣ ਸੋ ਲੋਭ ਕੋ ਬਛਿ ਮਾਰ੍ਯੋ ॥
dasan baan so lobh ko bachh maarayo |Taking ten arrows, he discharged them on the waist-area of Lobh
ਸਰੰ ਸਪਤ ਸੋ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਕੋ ਦੇਹੁ ਤਾਰ੍ਯੋ ॥੩੧੨॥
saran sapat so krodh ko dehu taarayo |312|He seemed to be swimming in the seven oceans of Krodha.85.312.
ਨਵੰ ਬਾਣ ਬੇਧ੍ਰਯੋ ਅਨੰਨ੍ਰਯਾਸ ਬੀਰੰ ॥
navan baan bedhrayo ananrayaas beeran |Ananyasa's warrior is pierced with nine arrows.
ਤ੍ਰਿਯੋ ਤੀਰ ਭੇਦ੍ਯੋ ਅਨਾਬਰਤ ਧੀਰੰ ॥
triyo teer bhedayo anaabarat dheeran |With nine arrows, he pierced the warrior named Anyaaya (injustice) and the warriors named Avarai was pierced with three arrows
ਭਯੋ ਭੇਦਿ ਕ੍ਰੋਧੰ ਸਤੰਸੰਗਿ ਮਾਰੇ ॥
bhayo bhed krodhan satansang maare |With seven arrows, he wounded the warrior named karodh (anger)
ਭਈ ਧੀਰ ਧਰਮੰ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨ ਤਾਰੇ ॥੩੧੩॥
bhee dheer dharaman braham giaan taare |313|In this way Brahm-Gyan (Knowledge of God or Dharma) was patiently established.86.313.
ਕਈ ਬਾਣ ਕੁਲਹਤ੍ਰਤਾ ਕੋ ਚਲਾਏ ॥
kee baan kulahatrataa ko chalaae |How many arrows have shot 'Kul-Hatrata' (seeing).
ਕਈ ਬਾਣ ਲੈ ਬੈਰ ਕੇ ਬੀਰ ਘਾਏ ॥
kee baan lai bair ke beer ghaae |Several arrows discharged at Kalah, making him the target and with many arrows the warriors of Vair (enmity) were killed
ਕਿਤੇ ਘਾਇ ਆਲਸ ਕੈ ਅੰਗਿ ਲਾਗੇ ॥
kite ghaae aalas kai ang laage |How many wounds have been inflicted on the body of 'Alas' (warrior of the name).
ਸਬੈ ਨਰਕ ਤੇ ਆਦਿ ਲੈ ਬੀਰ ਭਾਗੇ ॥੩੧੪॥
sabai narak te aad lai beer bhaage |314|Many arrows struck the limbs of Aalas (laziness) and all these warriors fled towards hell.87.314.
ਇਕੈ ਬਾਣ ਨਿਸੀਲ ਕੋ ਅੰਗ ਛੇਦ੍ਯੋ ॥
eikai baan niseel ko ang chhedayo |With a single arrow, the body of 'Nisil' (warrior of the name) has been cut.
ਦੁਤੀ ਕੁਸਤਤਾ ਕੋ ਭਲੈ ਸੂਤ ਭੇਦ੍ਯੋ ॥
dutee kusatataa ko bhalai soot bhedayo |With one arrow the limb of Asheel was pierced and the second arrow was very nicely inflicted Kutisata
ਗੁਮਾਨਾਦਿ ਕੇ ਚਾਰ ਬਾਜੀ ਸੰਘਾਰੇ ॥
gumaanaad ke chaar baajee sanghaare |(with the third arrow) has killed four horses of 'Guman' etc.
ਅਨਰਥਾਦਿ ਕੇ ਬੀਰ ਬਾਕੇ ਨਿਵਾਰੇ ॥੩੧੫॥
anarathaad ke beer baake nivaare |315|The comely horses of Abhiman (ego) were killed and also destroyed the fighters of ANARTH etc.88.315.
ਪਿਪਾਸਾ ਛੁਧਾ ਆਲਸਾਦਿ ਪਰਾਨੇ ॥
pipaasaa chhudhaa aalasaad paraane |Treh, hunger, laziness etc. fled (from the warrior-land).
ਭਜ੍ਯੋ ਲੋਭ ਕ੍ਰੋਧੀ ਹਠੀ ਦੇਵ ਜਾਨੇ ॥
bhajayo lobh krodhee hatthee dev jaane |Pipasa (thirst), Kshudha (hunger), Aalas (laziness) etc. ran away and knowing the enragement of Daviva (divinity), Lobh (greed) also ran away
ਤਪ੍ਯੋ ਨੇਮ ਨਾਮਾ ਅਨੇਮੰ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਸੀ ॥
tapayo nem naamaa aneman pranaasee |The warrior named 'nem' (the warrior named) has come, (he) has destroyed the 'enem' (the warrior named).
ਧਰੇ ਜੋਗ ਅਸਤ੍ਰੰ ਅਲੋਭੀ ਉਦਾਸੀ ॥੩੧੬॥
dhare jog asatran alobhee udaasee |316|The destroyer of Aniyam (indiscipline), Niyam (principle) also became enraged and that detached one without greed assumed Yogastras (the arms of Yoga).89.316.
ਹਤ੍ਰਯੋ ਕਾਪਟੰ ਖਾਪਟੰ ਸੋਕ ਪਾਲੰ ॥
hatrayo kaapattan khaapattan sok paalan |(He has) killed (warriors named) 'Kapat', 'Khapt' and 'Sok Pal'.
