ਨਹੀ ਜਾਨ ਜਾਈ ਕਛੂ ਰੂਪ ਰੇਖੰ ॥
nahee jaan jaaee kachhoo roop rekhan |His form and mark cannot be comprehended at all.
ਕਹਾ ਬਾਸੁ ਤਾ ਕੋ ਫਿਰੈ ਕਉਨ ਭੇਖੰ ॥
kahaa baas taa ko firai kaun bhekhan |Where doth He live? and in what guise He moves?
ਕਹਾ ਨਾਮ ਤਾ ਕੋ ਕਹਾ ਕੈ ਕਹਾਵੈ ॥
kahaa naam taa ko kahaa kai kahaavai |What is His Name? and how is He called?
ਕਹਾ ਮੈ ਬਖਾਨੋ ਕਹੈ ਮੈ ਨ ਆਵੈ ॥੬॥
kahaa mai bakhaano kahai mai na aavai |6|What should I say? I lack expression.6.
ਅਜੋਨੀ ਅਜੈ ਪਰਮ ਰੂਪੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨੈ ॥
ajonee ajai param roopee pradhaanai |He is Unborn, Unconquerable, Most beautiful and Supreme.
ਅਛੇਦੀ ਅਭੇਦੀ ਅਰੂਪੀ ਮਹਾਨੈ ॥
achhedee abhedee aroopee mahaanai |He is Unassailable, Indiscriminate, Formless and Unmatchable.
ਅਸਾਧੇ ਅਗਾਧੇ ਅਗੰਜੁਲ ਗਨੀਮੇ ॥
asaadhe agaadhe aganjul ganeeme |He is Incorrigible, Unfathomable, and Indestructible by enemies.
ਅਰੰਜੁਲ ਅਰਾਧੇ ਰਹਾਕੁਲ ਰਹੀਮੇ ॥੭॥
aranjul araadhe rahaakul raheeme |7|He, who rememberest Thee, Thou makest him griefless, He is the Deliverer and Merciful Lord.7.
ਸਦਾ ਸਰਬਦਾ ਸਿਧਦਾ ਬੁਧਿ ਦਾਤਾ ॥
sadaa sarabadaa sidhadaa budh daataa |He is ever the Giver of Power and intellect to all.
ਨਮੋ ਲੋਕ ਲੋਕੇਸ੍ਵਰੰ ਲੋਕ ਗ੍ਯਾਤਾ ॥
namo lok lokesvaran lok gayaataa |Salutations to Him, the Knower of the secrets of the people and their Lord.
ਅਛੇਦੀ ਅਭੈ ਆਦਿ ਰੂਪੰ ਅਨੰਤੰ ॥
achhedee abhai aad roopan anantan |He is unassailable, fearless, the Primal Entity and Boundless.
ਅਛੇਦੀ ਅਛੈ ਆਦਿ ਅਦ੍ਵੈ ਦੁਰੰਤੰ ॥੮॥
achhedee achhai aad advai durantan |8|He is unassailable, invincible, Primal, non-dual and very difficult to realise.8.

ਅਨੰਤ ਆਦਿ ਦੇਵ ਹੈ ॥
anant aad dev hai |He is Boundless and Primal Lord
ਬਿਅੰਤ ਭਰਮ ਭੇਵ ਹੈ ॥
biant bharam bhev hai |He is endless and Indiscriminate from illusion.
ਅਗਾਧਿ ਬਿਆਧਿ ਨਾਸ ਹੈ ॥
agaadh biaadh naas hai |He is Unfathomable and Destroyer of ailments
ਸਦੈਵ ਸਰਬ ਪਾਸ ਹੈ ॥੧॥੯॥
sadaiv sarab paas hai |1|9|He is always with everyone.1.9.
ਬਚਿਤ੍ਰ ਚਿਤ੍ਰ ਚਾਪ ਹੈ ॥
bachitr chitr chaap hai |His painting is marvelous
ਅਖੰਡ ਦੁਸਟ ਖਾਪ ਹੈ ॥
akhandd dusatt khaap hai |He is Indivisible and Destroyer on tyrants.
ਅਭੇਦ ਆਦਿ ਕਾਲ ਹੈ ॥
abhed aad kaal hai |
ਸਦੈਵ ਸਰਬ ਪਾਲ ਹੈ ॥੨॥੧੦॥
sadaiv sarab paal hai |2|10|He is Indiscriminate from the very beginning and always sustains all.2.10.
ਅਖੰਡ ਚੰਡ ਰੂਪ ਹੈ ॥
akhandd chandd roop hai |He is Indivisible and hast terrible form
ਪ੍ਰਚੰਡ ਸਰਬ ਸ੍ਰੂਪ ਹੈ ॥
prachandd sarab sraoop hai |His Powerful Entity manifests all.
ਕਾਲ ਹੂੰ ਕੇ ਕਾਲ ਹੈ ॥
kaal hoon ke kaal hai |
ਸਦੈਵ ਰਛਪਾਲ ਹੈ ॥੩॥੧੧॥
sadaiv rachhapaal hai |3|11|He is the death of death and is also always the Protector.3.11.
ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲ ਦਿਆਲ ਰੂਪ ਹੈ ॥
kripaal diaal roop hai |
ਸਦੈਵ ਸਰਬ ਭੂਪ ਹੈ ॥
sadaiv sarab bhoop hai |He is the Kind and Merciful entity and is ever the Sovereign of all.
ਅਨੰਤ ਸਰਬ ਆਸ ਹੈ ॥
anant sarab aas hai |He is boundless and fulfiller of the hopes of all
ਪਰੇਵ ਪਰਮ ਪਾਸ ਹੈ ॥੪॥੧੨॥
parev param paas hai |4|12|He is very far away and also very near.4.12.
ਅਦ੍ਰਿਸਟ ਅੰਤ੍ਰ ਧਿਆਨ ਹੈ ॥
adrisatt antr dhiaan hai |He is Invisible but abides in inner meditation
ਸਦੈਵ ਸਰਬ ਮਾਨ ਹੈ ॥
sadaiv sarab maan hai |He is always honoured by all.
ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲ ਕਾਲ ਹੀਨ ਹੈ ॥
kripaal kaal heen hai |
ਸਦੈਵ ਸਾਧ ਅਧੀਨ ਹੈ ॥੫॥੧੩॥
sadaiv saadh adheen hai |5|13|He is Merciful and Eternal and is always honoured by all.5.13.
ਭਜਸ ਤੁਯੰ ॥
bhajas tuyan |Therefore I meditate on Thee,
ਭਜਸ ਤੁਯੰ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
bhajas tuyan | rahaau |I meditate on Thee. PAUSE.
ਅਗਾਧਿ ਬਿਆਧਿ ਨਾਸਨੰ ॥
agaadh biaadh naasanan |He is Unfathomable and destroyer of ailment
ਪਰੇਯੰ ਪਰਮ ਉਪਾਸਨੰ ॥
pareyan param upaasanan |He is far beyond and supremely aborable.
ਤ੍ਰਿਕਾਲ ਲੋਕ ਮਾਨ ਹੈ ॥
trikaal lok maan hai |He is worshipped by all in the past, present and future
ਸਦੈਵ ਪੁਰਖ ਪਰਧਾਨ ਹੈ ॥੬॥੧੪॥
sadaiv purakh paradhaan hai |6|14|He is always the Supreme Purusha. 6. 14.
ਤਥਸ ਤੁਯੰ ॥
tathas tuyan |Thou art of such attributes
ਤਥਸ ਤੁਯੰ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲ ਦਿਆਲ ਕਰਮ ਹੈ ॥
kripaal diaal karam hai |He, the merciful Lord performs actions of kindness
ਅਗੰਜ ਭੰਜ ਭਰਮ ਹੈ ॥
aganj bhanj bharam hai |He is invincible and destroys illusions.
ਤ੍ਰਿਕਾਲ ਲੋਕ ਪਾਲ ਹੈ ॥
trikaal lok paal hai |
ਸਦੈਵ ਸਰਬ ਦਿਆਲ ਹੈ ॥੭॥੧੫॥
sadaiv sarab diaal hai |7|15|He is the Sustainer of people in past, present and future and is always compassionate towards all.7.15.
ਜਪਸ ਤੁਯੰ ॥
japas tuyan |Therefore I repeat Thy Name,
ਜਪਸ ਤੁਯੰ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
