ਤਾਹੂ ਕੋ ਬਹੁ ਕੈਫ ਪਿਵਾਈ ॥
taahoo ko bahu kaif pivaaee |He drank a lot of alcohol
ਬਹੁਰੋ ਲਯੋ ਗਰੇ ਸੋ ਲਾਈ ॥
bahuro layo gare so laaee |And then hugged him.
ਆਸਨ ਚੁੰਬਨ ਬਹੁ ਬਿਧਿ ਕੀਏ ॥
aasan chunban bahu bidh kee |He kissed and posed in many ways
ਚਿਤ ਕੇ ਤਾਪ ਬਿਦਾ ਕਰਿ ਦੀਏ ॥੭੫॥
chit ke taap bidaa kar dee |75|And removed all the sorrows of Chit. 75.
ਦੋਹਰਾ ॥
doharaa |dual:
ਕੁਅਰਿ ਸਜਨ ਸੋ ਰਤਿ ਕਰਤ ਰੀਝ ਰਹੀ ਮਨ ਮਾਹਿ ॥
kuar sajan so rat karat reejh rahee man maeh |Raj Kumari became happy in her heart by playing Rati-Kree with Pritam.
ਵਹਿ ਦਿਨ ਪੂਜਾ ਰੁਦ੍ਰ ਕੀ ਭੂਲਿ ਕਰੀ ਤਿਨ ਨਾਹਿ ॥੭੬॥
veh din poojaa rudr kee bhool karee tin naeh |76|On that day he forgot and did not worship Rudra. 76.

ਕੁਅਰਿ ਕੁਅਰ ਕੈ ਸੰਗ ਸਿਧਾਈ ॥
kuar kuar kai sang sidhaaee |Raj Kumari went with Raj Kumar.
ਏਕ ਬਿਵਤ ਮਨ ਮਾਹਿ ਪਕਾਈ ॥
ek bivat man maeh pakaaee |He made this plan in his mind.
ਇਕ ਦੁਰਬਲ ਤ੍ਰਿਯ ਨਿਕਟ ਬਲਾਇਸਿ ॥
eik durabal triy nikatt balaaeis |He called a weak (black) woman
ਕਾਨ ਲਾਗਿ ਤਿਹ ਮੰਤ੍ਰ ਸਿਖਾਇਸਿ ॥੭੭॥
kaan laag tih mantr sikhaaeis |77|And listening to him explained the matter. 77.
ਅਪਨੀ ਠੌਰ ਤਾਹਿ ਬੈਠਾਯੋ ॥
apanee tthauar taeh baitthaayo |Put him in his place
ਤਾਹਿ ਭਲੀ ਬਿਧਿ ਚਰਿਤ ਸਿਖਾਯੋ ॥
taeh bhalee bidh charit sikhaayo |And taught him character well.
ਸਭ ਸਖਿਯਨ ਜਬ ਤਾਹਿ ਨਿਹਾਰਾ ॥
sabh sakhiyan jab taeh nihaaraa |When all her friends (came) to see her,
ਤਿਨ ਤ੍ਰਿਯ ਤਬ ਇਹ ਭਾਤਿ ਉਚਾਰਾ ॥੭੮॥
tin triy tab ih bhaat uchaaraa |78|Then that woman (sitting in place of Raj Kumari) said thus.78.
ਮੈ ਸਿਵ ਪੂਜਨ ਕਾਲਿ ਨ ਗਈ ॥
mai siv poojan kaal na gee |I didn't go for Shiva Puja yesterday.
ਤਾ ਤੇ ਸ੍ਰਾਪ ਰੁਦ੍ਰ ਮੁਹਿ ਦਈ ॥
taa te sraap rudr muhi dee |Shiva has cursed me for doing that.
ਯਾ ਤੇ ਅਵਰ ਬਰਨ ਹ੍ਵੈ ਗਯੋ ॥
yaa te avar baran hvai gayo |By doing this, I have become more colored,
ਗੋਰ ਬਰਨ ਤੇ ਸਾਵਰ ਭਯੋ ॥੭੯॥
gor baran te saavar bhayo |79|The white color has become black. 79.
ਸਭ ਸਖਿਯਨ ਇਹ ਭਾਤਿ ਸੁਨਾ ਜਬ ॥
sabh sakhiyan ih bhaat sunaa jab |When all the Sakhis heard thus,
ਮਿਲਿ ਰਾਜਾ ਪਹਿ ਜਾਤ ਭਈ ਸਬ ॥
mil raajaa peh jaat bhee sab |So they all went to the king together.
ਸਭ ਬ੍ਰਿਤਾਤ ਕਹਿ ਤਾਹਿ ਸੁਨਾਯੋ ॥
sabh britaat keh taeh sunaayo |All Britannia told him.
ਦੁਹਿਤਹਿ ਤਾਤ ਬਿਲੋਕਨ ਆਯੋ ॥੮੦॥
duhiteh taat bilokan aayo |80|The king (hearing their words) came to see his daughter. 80.
ਅਨਤ ਬਰਨ ਰਾਜੈ ਜਬ ਲਹਾ ॥
anat baran raajai jab lahaa |When the king saw his other color
ਇਹ ਬਿਧਿ ਸੋ ਰਾਨੀ ਤਨ ਕਹਾ ॥
eih bidh so raanee tan kahaa |So said the queen like this
ਕਹਾ ਭਯੋ ਇਹ ਰਾਜ ਦੁਲਾਰੀ ॥
kahaa bhayo ih raaj dulaaree |What has happened to Raj Kumari?
ਗੋਰੀ ਹੁਤੀ ਹ੍ਵੈ ਗਈ ਕਾਰੀ ॥੮੧॥
goree hutee hvai gee kaaree |81|It used to be white, (now) it has become black. 81.
ਦੋਹਰਾ ॥
doharaa |dual:
ਬਿਰਧ ਤਰੁਨਿ ਤੇ ਹ੍ਵੈ ਗਈ ਭਈ ਗੋਰਿ ਤੇ ਸ੍ਯਾਮ ॥
biradh tarun te hvai gee bhee gor te sayaam |(It) has turned from young to old and from white to black.
ਸਤਿ ਸ੍ਰਾਪ ਸਿਵ ਐਸਈ ਜਪੋ ਸਕਲ ਸਭ ਜਾਮ ॥੮੨॥
sat sraap siv aaisee japo sakal sabh jaam |82|Shiva's curse is very much like that. Keep chanting (his japa) for all eight hours. 82.

ਮੂਰਖ ਰਾਜ ਬਾਤ ਨਹਿ ਜਾਨੀ ॥
moorakh raaj baat neh jaanee |The foolish king did not understand
ਔਰ ਨਾਰਿ ਦੁਹਿਤਾ ਪਹਿਚਾਨੀ ॥
aauar naar duhitaa pahichaanee |And recognized (another) girl as his daughter.
ਬਿਰਹ ਮਤੀ ਮਿਤਵਾ ਸੰਗ ਗਈ ॥
birah matee mitavaa sang gee |Birh Mati then went with Mitra
ਬਹੁ ਬਿਧਿ ਭੋਗ ਕਮਾਵਤ ਭਈ ॥੮੩॥
bahu bidh bhog kamaavat bhee |83|And started doing many kinds of indulgences. 83.
ਅੜਿਲ ॥
arril |adamant:
ਇਕ ਦਿਨ ਧਾਮ ਪਰੀ ਕੇ ਦੇਤ ਪਠਾਇ ਕੈ ॥
eik din dhaam paree ke det patthaae kai |One day (she would send Raj Kumar) to Shah Pari's house
ਇਕ ਦਿਨ ਆਪੁ ਕਲੋਲ ਕਰਤ ਸੁਖ ਪਾਇ ਕੈ ॥
eik din aap kalol karat sukh paae kai |And one day she would enjoy herself by doing the flowers.
ਅਰਧਾਰਧ ਬਜਾਵੈ ਤਾ ਸੌ ਰੈਨਿ ਦਿਨ ॥
aradhaaradh bajaavai taa sau rain din |She used to play with him day and night for half the time,
ਹੋ ਮੂਰਖ ਬਾਤ ਨ ਪਾਈ ਰਾਜੈ ਕਛੂ ਇਨ ॥੮੪॥
ho moorakh baat na paaee raajai kachhoo in |84|But the foolish king did not understand their trick. 84.
ਇਤਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਚਰਿਤ੍ਰ ਪਖ੍ਯਾਨੇ ਤ੍ਰਿਯਾ ਚਰਿਤ੍ਰੇ ਮੰਤ੍ਰੀ ਭੂਪ ਸੰਬਾਦੇ ਦੋਇ ਸੌ ਚੌਸਠਿ ਚਰਿਤ੍ਰ ਸਮਾਪਤਮ ਸਤੁ ਸੁਭਮ ਸਤੁ ॥੨੬੪॥੫੦੫੨॥ਅਫਜੂੰ॥
eit sree charitr pakhayaane triyaa charitre mantree bhoop sanbaade doe sau chauasatth charitr samaapatam sat subham sat |264|5052|afajoon|Here is the conclusion of the 264th charitra of Mantri Bhup Sambad of Tria Charitra of Sri Charitropakhyan, all is auspicious. 264.5052. goes on

ਪੂਰਬ ਦਿਸਿ ਰਥ ਚਿਤ੍ਰ ਨਰਾਧਿਪ ॥
poorab dis rath chitr naraadhip |There was a king named Chitra Rath in the east direction
ਸਕਲ ਪ੍ਰਿਥੀ ਤਲ ਹੁਤੋ ਨ੍ਰਿਪਾਧਿਪ ॥
sakal prithee tal huto nripaadhip |Who was the lord of the whole earth.
ਪ੍ਰਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਮਤੀ ਤਾ ਕੀ ਪਟਰਾਨੀ ॥
prakrit matee taa kee pattaraanee |He had a step-daughter named Prakrit Mati,
ਨਰੀ ਸੁਰੀ ਜਿਹ ਨਿਰਖਿ ਲਜਾਨੀ ॥੧॥
naree suree jih nirakh lajaanee |1|God women and women used to get shy seeing him. 1.
