ਹੋ ਬਿਕਟ ਸੁਭਟ ਚਟਪਟ ਕਟਿ ਦਏ ਰਿਸਾਇ ਕੈ ॥੫੫॥
ho bikatt subhatt chattapatt katt de risaae kai |55|And getting angry, he immediately killed the terrible warriors. 55.

ਭੀਰਿ ਪਰੇ ਭਾਜੇ ਭਟ ਭਾਰੇ ॥
bheer pare bhaaje bhatt bhaare |When the crisis occurred, all the heroes ran away.
ਜਾਇ ਰਾਵ ਪੈ ਬਹੁਰਿ ਪੁਕਾਰੇ ॥
jaae raav pai bahur pukaare |Then went and called the king.
ਬੈਠਿਯੋ ਕਹਾ ਦੈਵ ਕੇ ਘਾਏ ॥
baitthiyo kahaa daiv ke ghaae |Oh God! Why are you sitting here?
ਚੜ੍ਰਹੇ ਗਰੁੜ ਗਰੁੜਧ੍ਵਜ ਆਏ ॥੫੬॥
charrrahe garurr garurradhvaj aae |56|Lord Krishna has come (there) mounted on Garuda. 56.

ਯੌ ਸੁਨਿ ਕੈ ਰਾਜਾ ਤਬੈ ਰਨ ਚੜਿ ਚਲਿਯੋ ਰਿਸਾਤ ॥
yau sun kai raajaa tabai ran charr chaliyo risaat |After hearing this, the king went up to the Rann in anger.
ਬਾਧਿ ਬਢਾਰੀ ਉਮਗਿਯੋ ਕੌਚ ਨ ਪਹਿਰ੍ਯੋ ਗਾਤ ॥੫੭॥
baadh badtaaree umagiyo kauach na pahirayo gaat |57|(In a hurry) he tied the sword and came to Umang and forgot to put armor on his body. 57.

ਜੋਰੇ ਸੈਨ ਜਾਤ ਭਯੋ ਤਹਾ ॥
jore sain jaat bhayo tahaa |Gathered the army and went there
ਗਾਜਤ ਕ੍ਰਿਸਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੂ ਜਹਾ ॥
gaajat krisan singh joo jahaa |Where Krishna was roaring like a lion.
ਅਸਤ੍ਰ ਸਸਤ੍ਰ ਕਰਿ ਕੋਪ ਚਲਾਏ ॥
asatr sasatr kar kop chalaae |(That demon) got angry and fired weapons and armor
ਕਾਟਿ ਸ੍ਯਾਮ ਸਭ ਭੂਮਿ ਗਿਰਾਏ ॥੫੮॥
kaatt sayaam sabh bhoom giraae |58|Whom Krishna cut (from) and threw on the earth. 58.
ਨਰਾਜ ਛੰਦ ॥
naraaj chhand |Angry Verse:
ਸਹਸ੍ਰ ਹੀ ਭੁਜਾਨ ਮੈ ਸਹਸ੍ਰ ਅਸਤ੍ਰ ਸਸਤ੍ਰ ਲੈ ॥
sahasr hee bhujaan mai sahasr asatr sasatr lai |(The king) bearing armor and weapons in a thousand arms,
ਹਠਿਯੋ ਰਿਸਾਇ ਕੈ ਹਠੀ ਕਮਾਨ ਬਾਨ ਪਾਨ ਲੈ ॥
hatthiyo risaae kai hatthee kamaan baan paan lai |Stubbornly enraged and with a bow and arrow in hand (came).
ਬਧੇ ਰਥੀ ਮਹਾਰਥੀ ਅਪ੍ਰਮਾਨ ਬਾਨ ਮਾਰਿ ਕੈ ॥
badhe rathee mahaarathee apramaan baan maar kai |He killed the charioteers and Maharathi by shooting innumerable arrows.
ਦਏ ਪਠਾਇ ਸ੍ਵਰਗ ਸੂਰ ਕੋਪ ਕੌ ਸਭਾਰਿ ਕੈ ॥੫੯॥
de patthaae svarag soor kop kau sabhaar kai |59|(Many) warriors were angry and sent to heaven. 59.

ਬਹੁ ਸਾਇਕ ਜਦੁਪਤਿ ਕੌ ਮਾਰੇ ॥
bahu saaeik jadupat kau maare |(That demon) shot Sri Krishna with many arrows
ਬਹੁ ਬਾਨਨ ਸੋ ਗਰੁੜ ਪ੍ਰਹਾਰੇ ॥
bahu baanan so garurr prahaare |And many arrows also killed Garuda.
ਬਹੁ ਸੂਲਨ ਸੋ ਰਥੀ ਪਰੋਏ ॥
bahu soolan so rathee paroe |Gave the charioteers with many shuls.
ਲਗੇ ਸੁਭਟ ਸੈਹਥਿਯਨ ਸੋਏ ॥੬੦॥
lage subhatt saihathiyan soe |60|Many heroes fell asleep due to the presence of Saithians. 60.
ਤਬ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕੋਪ ਕ੍ਰਿਸਨ ਕਰਿ ਦੀਨੋ ॥
tab sree kop krisan kar deeno |Then Sri Krishna got angry
ਖੰਡ ਖੰਡ ਸਤ੍ਰਾਸਤ੍ਰ ਕੀਨੋ ॥
khandd khandd satraasatr keeno |And shattered (the enemy's) armor and weapons.
ਬਾਣਾਸੁਰਹਿ ਬਾਨ ਬਹੁ ਮਾਰੇ ॥
baanaasureh baan bahu maare |Many arrows hit Banasura.
ਬੇਧਿ ਬਰਮ ਧਨੁ ਚਰਮ ਸਿਧਾਰੇ ॥੬੧॥
bedh baram dhan charam sidhaare |61|They pierced the bow, shield and armor and left. 61.
ਅੜਿਲ ॥
arril |adamant:
ਬਹੁਰਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਸਨ ਜੀ ਬਾਨ ਚਲਾਏ ਕੋਪ ਕਰਿ ॥
bahur krisan jee baan chalaae kop kar |Then Krishna got angry and shot arrows.
ਬਾਣਾਸੁਰ ਕੇ ਚਰਮ ਬਰਮ ਸਰਬਾਸਤ੍ਰ ਹਰਿ ॥
baanaasur ke charam baram sarabaasatr har |Who crossed Banasura's shield, armor and all weapons.
ਸੂਤ ਮਾਰਿ ਹੈ ਚਾਰੋ ਦਏ ਗਿਰਾਇ ਕੈ ॥
soot maar hai chaaro de giraae kai |(His) four charioteers were killed and fell
ਹੋ ਰਥੀ ਮਹਾਰਥ ਅਤਿ ਰਥਿਯਨ ਕੋ ਘਾਇ ਕੈ ॥੬੨॥
ho rathee mahaarath at rathiyan ko ghaae kai |62|And they killed the charioteers, the great charioteers. 62.
ਚਮਕਿ ਠਾਢ ਭੂਅ ਭਯੋ ਅਯੁਧਨ ਧਾਰਿ ਕੈ ॥
chamak tthaadt bhooa bhayo ayudhan dhaar kai |Excited and wearing armor (he) stood again on the earth.
ਗਰੁੜ ਗਰੁੜ ਨਾਯਕ ਕੋ ਬਿਸਿਖ ਪ੍ਰਹਾਰਿ ਕੈ ॥
garurr garurr naayak ko bisikh prahaar kai |(He) shot many arrows at Garuda and Garuda's hero (Sri Krishna).
ਸਾਤ ਸਾਤਕਹਿ ਆਠ ਅਰੁਜਨਹਿ ਮਾਰਿ ਕਰਿ ॥
saat saatakeh aatth arujaneh maar kar |Seven arrows killed Sataki ('Yyuudhan') and eight arrows killed Arjan.
ਹੋ ਕੋਟਿ ਕਰੀ ਕੁਰਰਾਇ ਹਨੇ ਰਿਸਿ ਧਾਰਿ ਕਰਿ ॥੬੩॥
ho kott karee kuraraae hane ris dhaar kar |63|He got angry and killed crores of elephants and Kauravas. 63.
ਕੋਪ ਕ੍ਰਿਸਨ ਕੇ ਜਗ੍ਯੋ ਧੁਜਾ ਕਾਟਤ ਭਯੋ ॥
kop krisan ke jagayo dhujaa kaattat bhayo |Krishna became angry and cut off (his) dhuja
ਛਿਪ੍ਰਛਟਾ ਕਰ ਛਤ੍ਰ ਛਿਤਹਿ ਡਾਰਤ ਭਯੋ ॥
chhiprachhattaa kar chhatr chhiteh ddaarat bhayo |And quickly dropped the umbrella on the ground.
ਚਰਮ ਬਰਮ ਰਿਪੁ ਚਰਮ ਕੋਪ ਕਰਿ ਕਾਟਿਯੋ ॥
charam baram rip charam kop kar kaattiyo |The enemy's shields, armor and skin were cut off in anger
ਹੋ ਰਥ ਰਥਿਯਨ ਰਨ ਭੀਤਰ ਤਿਲ ਤਿਲ ਬਾਟਿਯੋ ॥੬੪॥
ho rath rathiyan ran bheetar til til baattiyo |64|And the chariots and the charioteers were cut to pieces in the battlefield. 64.
ਬਡੇ ਦੁਬਹਿਯਾ ਮਾਰੇ ਕ੍ਰਿਸਨ ਰਿਸਾਇ ਕੈ ॥
badde dubahiyaa maare krisan risaae kai |Krishna became enraged and killed the warriors with both arms.
ਤਿਲ ਤਿਲ ਪਾਇ ਪ੍ਰਹਾਰੇ ਰਥਿਯਨ ਘਾਇ ਕੈ ॥
til til paae prahaare rathiyan ghaae kai |They killed the charioteers and cut them to pieces.
ਛੈਲ ਚਿਕਨਿਯਾ ਕਾਟੇ ਭੁਜਾ ਸਹਸ੍ਰ ਹਰਿ ॥
chhail chikaniyaa kaatte bhujaa sahasr har |(Sahasrabahu's) thousand arms and warriors were cut off by Sri Krishna ('Hari').
ਹੋ ਤਵ ਸਿਵ ਪਹੁਚੇ ਆਇ ਸੁ ਭਗਤ ਬਿਚਾਰਿ ਕਰਿ ॥੬੫॥
ho tav siv pahuche aae su bhagat bichaar kar |65|Then Shiva came (to his aid) considering (Sahasrabahu) as his devotee. 65.
ਬੀਸ ਬਾਨ ਬਿਸੁਇਸ ਕਹ ਬ੍ਰਿਜਪਤਿ ਮਾਰਿਯੋ ॥
bees baan bisueis kah brijapat maariyo |Brajapati Sri Krishna called (Shiva) Vishwapati and shot twenty arrows.
ਬਹੁਰਿ ਬਾਨ ਬਤੀਸ ਸੁ ਵਾਹਿ ਪ੍ਰਹਾਰਿਯੋ ॥
bahur baan batees su vaeh prahaariyo |Then Shiva killed Krishna with bati arrow.
ਨਿਰਖਿ ਜੁਧ ਕੋ ਜਛ ਰਹੈ ਚਿਤ ਲਾਇ ਕੈ ॥
nirakh judh ko jachh rahai chit laae kai |The yakshas also took shelter to watch the war.
