ਅਤਿ ਹੀ ਰਿਸਿ ਕੈ ਨਿਜੁ ਸੀਸੁ ਧੁਨ੍ਰਯੋ ॥੨੦॥
at hee ris kai nij sees dhunrayo |20|A few days passed by and the Rishi learnt about the secret and shook his head in dismay.(20)
ਤਬ ਹੀ ਰਿਸਿ ਕੈ ਰਿਖਿ ਸ੍ਰਾਪ ਦਿਯੋ ॥
tab hee ris kai rikh sraap diyo |Then the sage got very angry and cursed
ਸੁਰ ਨਾਯਕ ਕੌ ਭਗਵਾਨ ਕਿਯੋ ॥
sur naayak kau bhagavaan kiyo |Then the sage invoked a curse and made Indra’s body abounded with vulva.
ਭਗ ਤਾਹਿ ਸਹੰਸ੍ਰ ਭਏ ਤਨ ਮੈ ॥
bhag taeh sahansr bhe tan mai |(By cursing Indra) a thousand moles (marks of a woman's vagina) appeared on his body.
ਤ੍ਰਿਦਸੇਸ ਲਜਾਇ ਰਹਿਯੋ ਮਨ ਮੈ ॥੨੧॥
tridases lajaae rahiyo man mai |21|With thousands of vulvas in his body, extremely ashamed, Indra left for the jungle.(21)

ਸ੍ਰਾਪ ਦਿਯੈ ਤ੍ਰਿਯ ਕੌ ਬਹੁਰਿ ਜੋ ਤੈ ਕਿਯੋ ਚਰਿਤ੍ਰ ॥
sraap diyai triy kau bahur jo tai kiyo charitr |Then he cursed the woman for conducting such a vile Chritar,
ਤੈ ਪਾਹਨ ਕੀ ਚਾਰਿ ਜੁਗ ਹੋਹਿ ਸਿਲਾ ਅਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ ॥੨੨॥
tai paahan kee chaar jug hohi silaa apavitr |22|That she turned into stone statue and remained there for four epochs.(22)(1)

ਭੁਜੰਗ ਪ੍ਰਯਾਤ ਛੰਦ ॥

ਬਢੈ ਸੁੰਦ ਅਪਸੁੰਦ ਦ੍ਵੈ ਦੈਤ ਭਾਰੀ ॥
badtai sund apasund dvai dait bhaaree |Two massive giants named Sund Apsund evolved.
ਕਰੈ ਤੀਨਹੂੰ ਲੋਕ ਜਿਨ ਕੌ ਜੁਹਾਰੀ ॥
karai teenahoon lok jin kau juhaaree |Sandh and Apsandh were two great devils; all the three domains paid them their obeisance.
ਮਹਾ ਕੈ ਤਪਸ੍ਯਾ ਸਿਵੈ ਸੋ ਰਿਝਾਯੋ ॥
mahaa kai tapasayaa sivai so rijhaayo |They pleased Shiva by doing a lot of penance
ਮਰੈ ਨਾਹਿ ਮਾਰੈ ਯਹੈ ਦਾਨ ਪਾਯੋ ॥੧॥
marai naeh maarai yahai daan paayo |1|After an extreme meditation they had obtained the boon from Shiva that they could not be killed.(1)

ਰੀਝਿ ਰੁਦ੍ਰ ਯੌ ਬਚਨ ਉਚਾਰੇ ॥
reejh rudr yau bachan uchaare |Rudra was pleased and said (to them).
ਤੁਮ ਨਹਿ ਮਰੋ ਕਿਸੂ ਤੇ ਮਾਰੇ ॥
tum neh maro kisoo te maare |Shiva gave them word that they could not be terminated,
ਜੌ ਆਪਸ ਮੈ ਰਾਰਿ ਬਢੈਹੋ ॥
jau aapas mai raar badtaiho |If you quarrel among yourselves
ਤੌ ਜਮ ਕੇ ਘਰ ਕੋ ਦੋਊ ਜੈਹੋ ॥੨॥
tau jam ke ghar ko doaoo jaiho |2|‘But if you fought among yourself, then you would go to the domain of death.’(2)
ਮਹਾ ਰੁਦ੍ਰ ਤੇ ਜਬ ਬਰੁ ਪਾਯੋ ॥
mahaa rudr te jab bar paayo |When he received boon from Maha Rudra
ਸਭ ਲੋਕਨ ਚਿਤ ਤੇ ਬਿਸਰਾਯੋ ॥
sabh lokan chit te bisaraayo |After obtaining such a boon they ignored all the people.
ਜੋ ਕੋਊ ਦੇਵ ਦ੍ਰਿਸਟਿ ਮੈ ਆਵੈ ॥
jo koaoo dev drisatt mai aavai |In (their) sight any god ascends,
ਜਿਯ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਫਿਰ ਜਾਨ ਨ ਪਾਵੈ ॥੩॥
jiy lai ke fir jaan na paavai |3|Now ifthey came across any devil, that would not go away alive.(3)
ਐਸੀ ਭਾਤਿ ਬਹੁਤ ਦੁਖ ਦਏ ॥
aaisee bhaat bahut dukh de |Thus (they gave the gods) great distress
ਦੇਵ ਸਭੈ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾ ਪੈ ਗਏ ॥
dev sabhai brahamaa pai ge |All this caused a great commotion and all the people went to Brahma, the Creator.
ਬਿਸੁਕਰਮਹਿ ਬਿਧਿ ਬੋਲਿ ਪਠਾਯੋ ॥
bisukarameh bidh bol patthaayo |Brahma called Vishwakarma
ਇਹੈ ਮੰਤ੍ਰ ਕੋ ਸਾਰ ਪਕਾਯੋ ॥੪॥
eihai mantr ko saar pakaayo |4|Brahma called the god, Wishkarama (the god of engineering), and decided to provide some remedy.(4)
ਬਿਸੁਕਰਮਾ ਪ੍ਰਤਿ ਬਿਧਹਿ ਉਚਾਰੋ ॥
bisukaramaa prat bidheh uchaaro |Vishwakarma Prati Brahma said
ਏਕ ਤ੍ਰਿਯਹਿ ਤੁਮ ਆਜੁ ਸਵਾਰੋ ॥
ek triyeh tum aaj savaaro |Brahma asked Wishkarama to create such a woman today,
ਰੂਪਵਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਮ ਨਹਿ ਕੋਈ ॥
roopavatee jaa sam neh koee |Like no one else is beautiful.
ਐਸੀ ਕਰੋ ਸੁੰਦਰੀ ਸੋਈ ॥੫॥
aaisee karo sundaree soee |5|That there had been no one like her before.(5)
ਦੋਹਰਾ ॥

ਬਿਸੁਕਰਮਾ ਇਹ ਬਚਨ ਸੁਨਿ ਧਾਮ ਗਯੋ ਤਿਹ ਕਾਲ ॥
bisukaramaa ih bachan sun dhaam gayo tih kaal |Vishwakarma immediately went home after hearing these words
ਤੁਰਤ ਬਨਾਇ ਤਿਲੋਤਮਹਿ ਆਨਿਯੋ ਤਹਾ ਉਤਾਲ ॥੬॥
turat banaae tilotameh aaniyo tahaa utaal |6|Wishkarama created a woman, whose beauty could not be surpassed.(6)
ਬਿਸੁਕਰਮਾ ਅਬਲਾ ਕਰੀ ਅਮਿਤੁ ਰੂਪ ਨਿਧਿ ਸੋਇ ॥
bisukaramaa abalaa karee amit roop nidh soe |Vishwakarma created a woman like Amit Roop's Nidhi.
ਜੋ ਹੇਰੈ ਰੀਝੈ ਵਹੈ ਜਤੀ ਨ ਕਹਿਯਤ ਕੋਇ ॥੭॥
jo herai reejhai vahai jatee na kahiyat koe |7|Who-so-ever looked at her, was most appeased and could not remain a celibate.(7)
ਅਮਿਤ ਰੂਪ ਤਾ ਕੋ ਨਿਰਖਿ ਸਭ ਅਬਲਾ ਰਿਸਿ ਖਾਹਿ ॥
amit roop taa ko nirakh sabh abalaa ris khaeh |Looking at her charm, the entire women folks became worried,
ਜਿਨਿ ਹਮਰੇ ਪਤਿ ਹੇਰਿ ਇਹ ਯਾਹੀ ਕੇ ਹ੍ਵੈ ਜਾਹਿ ॥੮॥
jin hamare pat her ih yaahee ke hvai jaeh |8|In case, on her sight, their husbands might forsake them.(8)
ਐਸੋ ਭੇਖ ਸੁ ਧਾਰਿ ਤ੍ਰਿਯ ਤਹ ਤੇ ਕੀਓ ਪਯਾਨ ॥
aaiso bhekh su dhaar triy tah te keeo payaan |The woman, after making up her profile exquisite,
ਸਹਿਰ ਥਨੇਸਰ ਕੇ ਬਿਖੈ ਤੁਰਤ ਪਹੂੰਚੀ ਆਨ ॥੯॥
sahir thanesar ke bikhai turat pahoonchee aan |9|Quickly walked over to the place called Thanesar.(9)
ਜਹਾ ਬਾਗ ਤਿਨ ਕੋ ਹੁਤੋ ਤਹਾ ਪਹੂੰਚੀ ਆਇ ॥
jahaa baag tin ko huto tahaa pahoonchee aae |She reached there where they (the devils) had their garden.
ਦੇਵ ਦੈਤ ਤਾ ਕੌ ਨਿਰਖਿ ਰੂਪ ਰਹੇ ਉਰਝਾਇ ॥੧੦॥
dev dait taa kau nirakh roop rahe urajhaae |10|The gods and the devils plunged into confusion on seeing her.(10)

ਬਾਲ ਬਿਹਰਤੀ ਬਾਗ ਨਿਹਾਰੀ ॥
baal biharatee baag nihaaree |Seeing (that) woman wandering in the garden
ਸਭਾ ਛੋਰਿ ਦੋਊ ਉਠੇ ਹੰਕਾਰੀ ॥
sabhaa chhor doaoo utthe hankaaree |When she entered the garden, both the egoists came out of the assembly.
ਤੀਰ ਤਿਲੋਤਮ ਕੇ ਚਲਿ ਆਏ ॥
teer tilotam ke chal aae |They went and came to Tilotma
ਬ੍ਯਾਹਨ ਕੋ ਦੋਊ ਲਲਚਾਏ ॥੧੧॥
bayaahan ko doaoo lalachaae |11|They approached Tilotama (the woman) and both yearned to marry her.(11)
ਸੁੰਦ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਯਾ ਕੌ ਮੈ ਬਰਿ ਹੌ ॥
sund kahiyo yaa kau mai bar hau |Sund (giant) said that I will marry him.
