ਹਨ੍ਯੋ ਰੋਹ ਮੋਹੰ ਸਕਾਮੰ ਕਰਾਲੰ ॥
hanayo roh mohan sakaaman karaalan |The head of Kapat (deception) was broken and he was killed and the dreadful warriors like Rosh (anger), Moha (attachments), Kaam (lust) etc. were also killed in great fury,
ਮਹਾ ਕ੍ਰੁਧ ਕੈ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਕੋ ਬਾਨ ਮਾਰ੍ਯੋ ॥
mahaa krudh kai krodh ko baan maarayo |Having become very angry, he has shot an arrow (to the warrior named 'Krodh').
ਖਿਸ੍ਰਯੋ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਦੋਖਾਦਿ ਸਰਬੰ ਪ੍ਰਹਾਰ੍ਯੋ ॥੩੧੭॥

ਦਰਿਦ੍ਰ ਅਸੰਕ ਮੋਹ ਕੋ ਨ ਚਿਤ ਮੈ ਕਛ ਗਨ੍ਯੋ ॥
daridr asank moh ko na chit mai kachh ganayo |No attention was paid, not even slightly, to Daridarta (lethargy) and Moha (attachment)
ਅਸੋਚ ਅਉ ਕੁਮੰਤ੍ਰਤਾ ਅਨੇਕ ਬਾਨ ਸੋ ਹਤ੍ਰਯੋ ॥
asoch aau kumantrataa anek baan so hatrayo |Ashoch (impurity) and Kumantarna (bad counsel) were destroyed with many arrows and
ਕਲੰਕ ਕੌ ਨਿਸੰਕ ਹ੍ਵੈ ਸਹੰਸ੍ਰ ਸਾਇਕੰ ਛਤ੍ਰਯੋ ॥੩੧੮॥
kalank kau nisank hvai sahansr saaeikan chhatrayo |318|Kalank (blemish) was fearlessly pierced with thousand of arrows.91.318.
ਕ੍ਰਿਤਘਨਤਾ ਬਿਸ੍ਵਾਸਘਾਤ ਮਿਤ੍ਰਘਾਤ ਮਾਰ੍ਯੋ ॥
kritaghanataa bisvaasaghaat mitraghaat maarayo |Kritghanta (ungratefulness), Vishwasghaat (breach of trust) and Mittraghaat (unfriendliness) were also killed
ਸੁ ਰਾਜ ਦੋਖ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਦੋਖ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਅਸਤ੍ਰ ਝਾਰ੍ਯੋ ॥

ਉਚਾਟ ਮਾਰਣਾਦਿ ਬਸਿਕਰਣ ਕੋ ਸਰੰ ਹਨ੍ਯੋ ॥

ਬਿਖਾਧ ਕੋ ਬਿਖਾਧ ਕੈ ਨ ਬ੍ਰਿਧ ਤਾਹਿ ਕੋ ਗਨ੍ਯੋ ॥੩੧੯॥
bikhaadh ko bikhaadh kai na bridh taeh ko ganayo |319|Vishaad (hatred), though considered old one, ws not let off.92.319.
ਭਜੇ ਰਥੀ ਹਈ ਗਜੀ ਸੁ ਪਤਿ ਤ੍ਰਾਸ ਧਾਰਿ ਕੈ ॥
bhaje rathee hee gajee su pat traas dhaar kai |The charioteer, horses and the masters of elephants ran away in fear
ਭਜੇ ਰਥੀ ਮਹਾਰਥੀ ਸੁ ਲਾਜ ਕੋ ਬਿਸਾਰਿ ਕੈ ॥
bhaje rathee mahaarathee su laaj ko bisaar kai |Her great chariot-owners, forsaking their shame, fled away
ਅਸੰਭ ਜੁਧ ਜੋ ਭਯੋ ਸੁ ਕੈਸ ਕੇ ਬਤਾਈਐ ॥
asanbh judh jo bhayo su kais ke bataaeeai |How should I describe this impossible and dreadful war as to how it was fought ?
ਸਹੰਸ ਬਾਕ ਜੋ ਰਟੈ ਨ ਤਤ੍ਰ ਪਾਰ ਪਾਈਐ ॥੩੨੦॥
sahans baak jo rattai na tatr paar paaeeai |320|If the same is described hundreds or thousands of times, even then the end of its greatness cannot be known.93.320.
ਕਲੰਕ ਬਿਭ੍ਰਮਾਦਿ ਅਉ ਕ੍ਰਿਤਘਨ ਤਾਹਿ ਕੌ ਹਨ੍ਯੋ ॥

ਬਿਖਾਦ ਬਿਪਦਾਦਿ ਕੋ ਕਛੂ ਨ ਚਿਤ ਮੈ ਗਨ੍ਯੋ ॥
bikhaad bipadaad ko kachhoo na chit mai ganayo |No attention was paid, even slightly to VISHAD, VIPDA etc.
ਸੁ ਮਿਤ੍ਰਦੋਖ ਰਾਜਦੋਖ ਈਰਖਾਹਿ ਮਾਰਿ ਕੈ ॥

ਉਚਾਟ ਅਉ ਬਿਖਾਧ ਕੋ ਦਯੋ ਰਣੰ ਨਿਕਾਰਿ ਕੈ ॥੩੨੧॥

ਗਿਲਾਨਿ ਕੋਪ ਮਾਨ ਅਪ੍ਰਮਾਨ ਬਾਨ ਸੋ ਹਨ੍ਯੋ ॥
gilaan kop maan apramaan baan so hanayo |Galani (hatred) was pierced with many arrows
ਅਨਰਥ ਕੋ ਸਮਰਥ ਕੈ ਹਜਾਰ ਬਾਨ ਸੋ ਝਨ੍ਰਯੋ ॥
anarath ko samarath kai hajaar baan so jhanrayo |Anarth was pierced with a thousand arrows with full power
ਕੁਚਾਰ ਕੋ ਹਜਾਰ ਬਾਨ ਚਾਰ ਸੋ ਪ੍ਰਹਾਰ੍ਯੋ ॥
kuchaar ko hajaar baan chaar so prahaarayo |Kuchaal was attacked with thousand of fine arrows
ਕੁਕਸਟ ਅਉ ਕੁਕ੍ਰਿਆ ਕੌ ਭਜਾਇ ਤ੍ਰਾਸੁ ਡਾਰ੍ਯੋ ॥੩੨੨॥
kukasatt aau kukriaa kau bhajaae traas ddaarayo |322|Kashat and Kutriya were caused to run away.95.322.

ਨਵੇ ਸਾਇਕਨਿ ਸੀਲ ਸਹਸ ਸਰ ਹਨੈ ਅਜਪ ਜਪ ॥
nave saaeikan seel sahas sar hanai ajap jap |Sheel was inflicted with ninety arrows Jaap struck a thousand arrows to Ajap,
ਬੀਸ ਬਾਣ ਕੁਮਤਹਿ ਤੀਸ ਕੁਕਰਮਹਿ ਭੇਦ੍ਯੋ ॥
bees baan kumateh tees kukarameh bhedayo |Kumat was pierced with twenty arrows and Kukaram with thirty arrows
ਦਸ ਸਾਇਕ ਦਾਰਿਦ੍ਰ ਕਾਮ ਕਈ ਬਾਣਨਿ ਛੇਦ੍ਯੋ ॥
das saaeik daaridr kaam kee baanan chhedayo |Ten arrows were shot at Daridarta and Kaam was pierced with many arrows
ਬਹੁ ਬਿਧਿ ਬਿਰੋਧ ਕੋ ਬਧ ਕੀਯੋ ਅਬਿਬੇਕਹਿ ਸਰ ਸੰਧਿ ਰਣਿ ॥

ਰਣਿ ਰੋਹ ਕ੍ਰੋਹ ਕਰਵਾਰ ਗਹਿ ਇਮ ਸੰਜਮ ਬੁਲ੍ਯੋ ਬਯਣ ॥੩੨੩॥

ਅਰੁਣ ਪਛਮਹਿ ਉਗ੍ਵੈ ਬਰੁਣੁ ਉਤਰ ਦਿਸ ਤਕੈ ॥
arun pachhameh ugvai barun utar dis takai |Even if the sun rises in the West or the clouds begin to come from the North
ਮੇਰੁ ਪੰਖ ਕਰਿ ਉਡੈ ਸਰਬ ਸਾਇਰ ਜਲ ਸੁਕੈ ॥
mer pankh kar uddai sarab saaeir jal sukai |If the Meru mountain flies and all the water of the ocean is dried up
ਕੋਲ ਦਾੜ ਕੜਮੁੜੈ ਸਿਮਟਿ ਫਨੀਅਰ ਫਣ ਫਟੈ ॥
kol daarr karramurrai simatt faneear fan fattai |Even if the teeth of KAL are bent and the hood of Sheshnaga is overturned
ਉਲਟਿ ਜਾਨ੍ਰਹਵੀ ਬਹੈ ਸਤ ਹਰੀਚੰਦੇ ਹਟੈ ॥

ਸੰਸਾਰ ਉਲਟ ਪੁਲਟ ਹ੍ਵੈ ਧਸਕਿ ਧਉਲ ਧਰਣੀ ਫਟੈ ॥

ਸੁਨਿ ਨ੍ਰਿਪ ਅਬਿਬੇਕ ਸੁ ਬਿਬੇਕ ਭਟਿ ਤਦਪਿ ਨ ਲਟਿ ਸੰਜਮ ਹਟੈ ॥੩੨੪॥
sun nrip abibek su bibek bhatt tadap na latt sanjam hattai |324|Even if the world is upturned and the earth stabilized on the back of the bull may burst while sinking, but O king Avivek, the heroic discipline of Vivek will not step back even then.97.324.
ਤੇਰੇ ਜੋਰਿ ਮੈ ਗੁੰਗਾ ਕਹਤਾ ਹੋ ॥

ਤੇਰਾ ਸਦਕਾ ਤੇਰੀ ਸਰਣਿ ॥
teraa sadakaa teree saran |I, a dumbed one, speak with your grace, I am a sacrifice to you and under your refuge.
ਭੁਜੰਗ ਪ੍ਰਯਾਤ ਛੰਦ ॥

ਕੁਪ੍ਰਯੋ ਸੰਜਮੰ ਪਰਮ ਜੋਧਾ ਜੁਝਾਰੰ ॥
kuprayo sanjaman param jodhaa jujhaaran |The very combative warrior 'Sanjam' has angered.
ਬਡੋ ਗਰਬਧਾਰੀ ਬਡੋ ਨਿਰਬਿਕਾਰੰ ॥
baddo garabadhaaree baddo nirabikaaran |The great warrior Sanjam got infuriated he was proud and vice-less
ਅਨੰਤਾਸਤ੍ਰ ਲੈ ਕੈ ਅਨਰਥੈ ਪ੍ਰਹਾਰ੍ਯੋ ॥
anantaasatr lai kai anarathai prahaarayo |(He) has slain 'Anartha' with the infinite astra.
ਅਨਾਦਤ ਕੇ ਅੰਗ ਕੋ ਛੇਦ ਡਾਰ੍ਯੋ ॥੩੨੫॥
anaadat ke ang ko chhed ddaarayo |325|Taking up his innumerable arms, he attacked Anarth and pierced the limbs of Anadat.98.325.
ਤੇਰੇ ਜੋਰਿ ਕਹਤ ਹੌ ॥

ਇਸੋ ਜੁਧੁ ਬੀਤ੍ਯੋ ਕਹਾ ਲੌ ਸੁਨਾਊ ॥
eiso judh beetayo kahaa lau sunaaoo |There was such a war to what extent I should described it ?
ਰਟੋ ਸਹੰਸ ਜਿਹਵਾ ਨ ਤਉ ਅੰਤ ਪਾਊ ॥
