ਕਰਤ ਸਿਕਾਰ ਕੈਸਹੂੰ ਆਯੋ ॥
karat sikaar kaisahoon aayo |Somehow he came (there) while playing hunting
ਨ੍ਰਿਪ ਦੁਹਿਤਾ ਗ੍ਰਿਹ ਤਰ ਹ੍ਵੈ ਧਾਯੋ ॥੩॥
nrip duhitaa grih tar hvai dhaayo |3|And passed under the palace of the king's daughter. 3.
ਰਾਜ ਕੁਅਰਿ ਨਿਰਖਤਿ ਤਾ ਕੀ ਛਬਿ ॥
raaj kuar nirakhat taa kee chhab |Raj Kumari seeing his form,
ਮਦ ਕਰਿ ਮਤ ਰਹੀ ਛਬਿ ਤਰ ਦਬਿ ॥
mad kar mat rahee chhab tar dab |Haughty in the enjoyment of her beauty, she remained subdued (before him).
ਪਾਨ ਪੀਕ ਤਾ ਕੇ ਪਰ ਡਾਰੀ ॥
paan peek taa ke par ddaaree |(He) spat on him
ਮੋ ਸੌ ਕਰੈ ਕੈਸਹੂੰ ਯਾਰੀ ॥੪॥
mo sau karai kaisahoon yaaree |4|That somehow you got together with me. 4.
ਨਾਗਰ ਕੁਅਰ ਪਲਟਿ ਤਿਹ ਲਹਾ ॥
naagar kuar palatt tih lahaa |Nagar Kunwar turned and looked at him.
ਤਾਹਿ ਬਿਲੋਕ ਉਰਝਿ ਕਰਿ ਰਹਾ ॥
taeh bilok urajh kar rahaa |After seeing him, he got stuck (with him).
ਨੈਨਨ ਨੈਨ ਮਿਲੇ ਦੁਹੂੰਅਨ ਕੇ ॥
nainan nain mile duhoonan ke |Both of them met each other
ਸੋਕ ਸੰਤਾਪ ਮਿਟੇ ਸਭ ਮਨ ਕੇ ॥੫॥
sok santaap mitte sabh man ke |5|And all the sorrows and sufferings of the mind were erased. 5.
ਰੇਸਮ ਰਸੀ ਡਾਰਿ ਤਰ ਦੀਨੀ ॥
resam rasee ddaar tar deenee |Raj Kumari with a (firm) rope of silk
ਪੀਰੀ ਬਾਧਿ ਤਵਨ ਸੌ ਲੀਨੀ ॥
peeree baadh tavan sau leenee |Generation tied and hung down.
ਐਂਚਿ ਤਾਹਿ ਨਿਜ ਧਾਮ ਚੜਾਯੋ ॥
aainch taeh nij dhaam charraayo |He dragged him to his palace
ਮਨ ਬਾਛਤ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ ਕਹ ਪਾਯੋ ॥੬॥

ਪਿਯ ਧਾਮ ਚੜਾਇ ਲਯੋ ਜਬ ਹੀ ॥
piy dhaam charraae layo jab hee |As soon as the Beloved was taken up (in the palace),
ਮਨ ਭਾਵਤ ਭੋਗ ਕਿਯਾ ਤਬ ਹੀ ॥
man bhaavat bhog kiyaa tab hee |Only then did Raman to his heart's content.
ਦੁਤਿ ਰੀਝਿ ਰਹੀ ਅਵਲੋਕਤਿ ਯੋ ॥
dut reejh rahee avalokat yo |After seeing (her) beauty, she got angry like this
ਤ੍ਰਿਯ ਜੋਰਿ ਰਹੀ ਠਗ ਕੀ ਠਗ ਜ੍ਯੋ ॥੭॥
triy jor rahee tthag kee tthag jayo |7|As a woman has been forcibly cheated by a thug (meaning - the thug has become a thug by closing his eyes) ॥7॥
ਪੁਨਿ ਪੌਢਿ ਰਹੈਂ ਉਠਿ ਕੇਲ ਕਰੈਂ ॥
pun pauadt rahain utth kel karain |(Sometimes) lying down for a long time and then getting up and doing sex
ਬਹੁ ਭਾਤਿ ਅਨੰਗ ਕੇ ਤਾਪ ਹਰੈਂ ॥
bahu bhaat anang ke taap harain |And greatly cools the heat of lust.
ਉਰ ਲਾਇ ਰਹੀ ਪਿਯ ਕੌ ਤ੍ਰਿਯ ਯੋ ॥
aur laae rahee piy kau triy yo |The woman used to keep her beloved close to her chest like this
ਜਨੁ ਹਾਥ ਲਗੇ ਨਿਧਨੀ ਧਨ ਜ੍ਯੋ ॥੮॥
jan haath lage nidhanee dhan jayo |8|As if Nirdhan had got the treasure.8.
ਮਦਨੋਦਿਤ ਆਸਨ ਕੌ ਕਰਿ ਕੈ ॥
madanodit aasan kau kar kai |Do the prescribed posture
ਸਭ ਤਾਪ ਅਨੰਗਹਿ ਕੋ ਹਰਿ ਕੈ ॥
sabh taap anangeh ko har kai |And remove the suffering of Kama Dev.
ਲਲਿਤਾਸਨ ਬਾਰ ਅਨੇਕ ਧਰੈ ॥
lalitaasan baar anek dharai |Lalit asana many times
ਦੋਊ ਕੋਕ ਕੀ ਰੀਤਿ ਸੌ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਕਰੈ ॥੯॥
doaoo kok kee reet sau preet karai |9|And in the Koka Shastra, they used to love the method of sexual intercourse. 9.

doharaa |dual:
ਭਾਤਿ ਭਾਤਿ ਆਸਨ ਕਰੈ ਚੁੰਬਨ ਕਰਤ ਅਪਾਰ ॥
bhaat bhaat aasan karai chunban karat apaar |(They) used to do asanas and kiss indiscriminately.
ਛੈਲ ਛੈਲਨੀ ਰਸ ਪਗੇ ਰਹੀ ਨ ਕਛੂ ਸੰਭਾਰ ॥੧੦॥
chhail chhailanee ras page rahee na kachhoo sanbhaar |10|The young men and women were engrossed in lust and (they) had no clear wisdom. 10.

ਹਸਿ ਹਸਿ ਕੇਲ ਦੋਊ ਮਿਲ ਕਰੈ ॥

ਪਲਟਿ ਪਲਟਿ ਪ੍ਰਿਯ ਕੌ ਤ੍ਰਿਯ ਧਰੈ ॥

ਤਬ ਤਹ ਤਾਹਿ ਪਿਤਾਵਤ ਭਯੋ ॥
tab tah taeh pitaavat bhayo |Then his father came there.
ਰਾਜ ਸੁਤਾ ਜਿਯ ਮੈ ਦੁਖ ਪਯੋ ॥
raaj sutaa jiy mai dukh payo |Raj Kumari was saddened.
ਚਿਤ ਮੈ ਕਹੀ ਕਵਨ ਬਿਧਿ ਕੀਜੈ ॥
chit mai kahee kavan bidh keejai |I started thinking about which method to use
ਜਾ ਤੈ ਪਤਿ ਪਿਤੁ ਤੇ ਇਹ ਲੀਜੈ ॥੧੨॥
jaa tai pat pit te ih leejai |12|To get this from the father in the form of a husband. 12.
ਆਪਿ ਪਿਤਾ ਕੇ ਆਗੂ ਗਈ ॥
aap pitaa ke aagoo gee |(She got up) and went before her father
ਇਹ ਬਿਧਿ ਬਚਨ ਬਖਾਨਤ ਭਈ ॥
eih bidh bachan bakhaanat bhee |And so began to speak words.
ਬਿਜਿਯਾ ਏਕ ਨ੍ਰਿਪਤਿ ਬਹੁ ਖਈ ॥
bijiyaa ek nripat bahu khee |A king has eaten a lot of cannabis
ਤਾ ਤੇ ਬੁਧਿ ਤਾ ਕੀ ਸਭ ਗਈ ॥੧੩॥
taa te budh taa kee sabh gee |13|Due to which all his consciousness has ended. 13.
ਦੋਹਰਾ ॥
doharaa |dual:
ਬਿਜਿਯਾ ਖਾਏ ਤੇ ਤਿਸੈ ਰਹੀ ਨ ਕਛੂ ਸੰਭਾਰ ॥
bijiyaa khaae te tisai rahee na kachhoo sanbhaar |Eating hemp is not curing him.
ਆਨਿ ਹਮਾਰੇ ਗ੍ਰਿਹ ਧਸਾ ਅਪਨੋ ਧਾਮ ਬਿਚਾਰਿ ॥੧੪॥
aan hamaare grih dhasaa apano dhaam bichaar |14|He has come (here) considering our house as his own. 14.
