ਰੈਨਰਾਜਨੀ ਆਦਿ ਕਹਿਜੈ ॥
rainaraajanee aad kahijai |First say 'Ranrajani' (the moon river associated with the night king Moon) (word).
ਜਾ ਚਰ ਕਹਿ ਪਤਿ ਸਬਦ ਭਣਿਜੈ ॥
jaa char keh pat sabad bhanijai |(Then) say the words 'Ja Char Pati'.
ਤਾ ਕੇ ਅੰਤਿ ਸਤ੍ਰੁ ਪਦ ਕਹੀਐ ॥
taa ke ant satru pad kaheeai |Recite the pada 'Satru' at the end of it.
ਨਾਮ ਤੁਪਕ ਕੇ ਸਭ ਜੀਅ ਲਹੀਐ ॥੯੪੬॥
naam tupak ke sabh jeea laheeai |946|Saying the word “Rain-raajani” and then utter the words “Jaachar-pati-shatru” and know all the names of Tupak.946.
ਨਿਸ ਨਾਇਕਨਿਨਿ ਆਦਿ ਉਚਰੀਐ ॥
nis naaeikanin aad uchareeai |First pronounce 'Nis Nayaknini' (word).
ਸੂਨ ਉਚਰਿ ਚਰ ਪਤਿ ਪਦ ਡਰੀਐ ॥
soon uchar char pat pad ddareeai |Then pronounce the word 'soon' (son) and add the word 'char pati'.
ਅਰਿ ਪਦ ਤਾ ਕੇ ਅੰਤਿ ਬਖਾਨਹੁ ॥
ar pad taa ke ant bakhaanahu |Add 'ari' at the end of it.
ਸਕਲ ਤੁਪਕ ਕੇ ਨਾਮ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਨਹੁ ॥੯੪੭॥
sakal tupak ke naam pramaanahu |947|Saying the word “Nishi-nayaknani”, add the words “Shunya-char-pati”, then also “ari” and know all the names of Tupak.947.
ਨਿਸਿਇਸਨੀ ਸਬਦਾਦਿ ਬਖਾਨੋ ॥
nisieisanee sabadaad bakhaano |First recite the word 'Nisiisni' (river named moon).
ਜਾ ਚਰ ਕਹਿ ਨਾਇਕ ਪਦ ਠਾਨੋ ॥

ਸੁਕਬਿ ਤੁਪਕ ਕੇ ਨਾਮ ਬਿਚਾਰਹੁ ॥੯੪੮॥
sukab tupak ke naam bichaarahu |948|Saying the word “Nishi-Ishani”, add the words “Jaachar-nayak-shatru” and know the names of Tupak.948.
ਨਿਸਿ ਪਤਿਨਿਨਿ ਸਬਦਾਦਿ ਉਚਰੀਐ ॥
nis patinin sabadaad uchareeai |First pronounce the words 'Nisi Patinini'.
ਸੁਤ ਚਰ ਅਰਿ ਅੰਤਹਿ ਪਦ ਧਰੀਐ ॥
sut char ar anteh pad dhareeai |At the end add the word 'sut char ari'.
ਸਤ੍ਰੁ ਸਬਦ ਕਹੁ ਅੰਤਿ ਬਖਾਨਹੁ ॥
satru sabad kahu ant bakhaanahu |At the end of it say the word 'Satru'.
ਸੁਕਬਿ ਤੁਪਕ ਕੇ ਨਾਮ ਪਛਾਨਹੁ ॥੯੪੯॥
sukab tupak ke naam pachhaanahu |949|Saying firstly the word “Nishi-patnani”, add the words “Sat-char-ari-shatru” at the end know the names of Tupak.949.
ਨਿਸ ਧਨਿਨੀ ਸਬਦਾਦਿ ਕਹਿਜੈ ॥
nis dhaninee sabadaad kahijai |First say the words 'Nis Dhanini' (relating to the moon, lord of the night).
ਜਾ ਚਰ ਕਹਿ ਅਰਿ ਪਦਹਿ ਭਣਿਜੈ ॥
jaa char keh ar padeh bhanijai |(Then) add the words 'ja char ari'.
ਸਤ੍ਰੁ ਸਬਦ ਕਹੁ ਬਹੁਰਿ ਬਖਾਨਹੁ ॥
satru sabad kahu bahur bakhaanahu |Then pronounce the word 'Satru'.

naam tupak ke sabh jeea jaanahu |950|Saying firstly the word “Nishi-shanani”, add the words “Jaachar, ari and shatru” and know the names of Tupak in your mind.950.

rain naaeikan aad su kaheeai |First say 'Ran Nayakini'.
ਜਾ ਚਰ ਕਹਿ ਪਤਿ ਪਦ ਦੈ ਰਹੀਐ ॥
jaa char keh pat pad dai raheeai |(Then) add the words 'Ja Char Pati'.
ਤਾ ਕੇ ਅੰਤਿ ਸਤ੍ਰੁ ਪਦ ਭਾਖਹੁ ॥
taa ke ant satru pad bhaakhahu |At the end of that recite the word 'satru'.
ਨਾਮ ਤੁਪਕ ਕੇ ਸਭ ਲਖਿ ਰਾਖਹੁ ॥੯੫੧॥
naam tupak ke sabh lakh raakhahu |951|Saying firstly the word “Rain-nayakni”, add the words “Jaachar-pati-shatru” and know the names of Tupak.951.

nis charanin prathamai pad bhaakhahu |First say the verse 'Nis charnini' (relating to the night-moving moon).
ਸੁਤ ਚਰ ਕਹਿ ਨਾਇਕ ਪੁਨਿ ਰਾਖਹੁ ॥
sut char keh naaeik pun raakhahu |Then add the term 'Sut Char Nayak'.
ਸਤ੍ਰੁ ਸਬਦ ਕਹੁ ਬਹੁਰਿ ਬਖਾਨਹੁ ॥
satru sabad kahu bahur bakhaanahu |Then say the word 'Satru'.
ਸਕਲ ਤੁਪਕ ਕੇ ਨਾਮ ਪਛਾਨਹੁ ॥੯੫੨॥
sakal tupak ke naam pachhaanahu |952|Saying firstly the word “Nishi-charnan”, add the words “Satchar-nayak-shatru” and recognize the names of Tupak.952.
ਆਦਿ ਨਿਸਾਚਰਿਨਨਿ ਕਹੁ ਭਾਖੋ ॥
aad nisaacharinan kahu bhaakho |First say the (word) 'Nisacharinani' (relating to the night-moving moon).
ਸੁਤ ਚਰ ਕਹਿ ਨਾਇਕ ਪਦ ਰਾਖੋ ॥
sut char keh naaeik pad raakho |(Then) add the term 'Sut Char Nayak'.

ਰੈਨ ਰਮਨਿ ਸਬਦਾਦਿ ਭਣਿਜੈ ॥
rain raman sabadaad bhanijai |First pronounce the word 'Ran Ramani'.
ਸੁਤ ਚਰ ਕਹਿ ਪਤਿ ਸਬਦ ਕਹਿਜੈ ॥
sut char keh pat sabad kahijai |(Then) say the words 'Sut Char Pati'.

satru sabad ko ant bakhaanahu |Finally pronounce the word 'satru'.

ਨਿਸਾਰਵਨਿਨਿ ਆਦਿ ਭਣਿਜੈ ॥
nisaaravanin aad bhanijai |First recite the (word) 'Nisaravanini' (relating to the night-glowing moon).
ਸੁਤ ਚਰ ਕਹਿ ਪਤਿ ਸਬਦ ਧਰਿਜੈ ॥
sut char keh pat sabad dharijai |(Then) add the words 'Sut Char Pati'.
ਸਤ੍ਰੁ ਸਬਦ ਤਾ ਪਾਛੇ ਕਹੀਐ ॥
satru sabad taa paachhe kaheeai |After that say the word 'Satru'.
ਸਭ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਨਾਮ ਤੁਪਕ ਕੇ ਲਹੀਐ ॥੯੫੬॥
sabh sree naam tupak ke laheeai |956|Saying firstly the word “Nishaa-ramanin” utter the words “Satchar-pati-shatru” and know all the names of Tupak.956.
ਦਿਨ ਅਰਿ ਰਵਨਿਨਿ ਆਦਿ ਉਚਾਰੋ ॥
din ar ravanin aad uchaaro |First pronounce 'Din Ari Ravanini' (word).
ਸੁਤ ਚਰ ਕਹਿ ਪਤਿ ਸਬਦ ਬਿਚਾਰੋ ॥
sut char keh pat sabad bichaaro |(Then) consider the words 'Sutta Char Pati'.
ਤਾ ਕੇ ਅੰਤਿ ਸਤ੍ਰੁ ਪਦ ਭਾਖੋ ॥
