ਅਉਰ ਕਹੀ ਬ੍ਰਿਖਭਾਨ ਸੁਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਜੂ ਸੋਊ ਬਾਤ ਅਬੈ ਸੁਨਿ ਲਈਯੈ ॥
aaur kahee brikhabhaan sutaa har joo soaoo baat abai sun leeyai |“Listen further
ਯੌ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਤ੍ਯਾਗ ਤੁਮੈ ਮਥੁਰਾ ਬਹੁਰੋ ਬ੍ਰਿਜ ਕੁੰਜਨ ਭੀਤਰ ਅਈਯੈ ॥
yau kahiyo tayaag tumai mathuraa bahuro brij kunjan bheetar aeeyai |Radha said, ‘Leave Mathura and come into the alcoves of Braja,
ਜਿਉ ਹਮਰੇ ਸੰਗਿ ਖੇਲਤ ਥੇ ਇਹ ਭਾਤਿ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਫਿਰਿ ਖੇਲ ਮਚਈਯੈ ॥
jiau hamare sang khelat the ih bhaat kahiyo fir khel macheeyai |“ ‘And proclaim loudly about the amorous play as you had been doing earlier
ਚਾਹ ਘਨੀ ਤੁਹਿ ਦੇਖਨ ਕੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਹ ਆਇ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਹਮ ਕੋ ਸੁਖ ਦਈਯੈ ॥੯੬੯॥
chaah ghanee tuhi dekhan kee grih aae kahiyo ham ko sukh deeyai |969|O Krishna! the desire of seeing you is getting powerful, kindly come and give happiness to us.969.
ਤੇਰੇ ਪਿਖੇ ਬਿਨੁ ਹੇ ਹਰਿ ਜੀ ਕਿਹੀ ਭਾਤਿ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਨਹੀ ਮੋ ਮਨ ਭੀਜੈ ॥
tere pikhe bin he har jee kihee bhaat kahiyo nahee mo man bheejai |“ ‘O Krishna, my mind is in anguish without seeing you
ਸੂਕਿ ਭਈ ਪੁਤਰੀ ਸੀ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਕਹੀ ਯੌ ਹਰਿ ਸੋ ਬਿਨਤੀ ਸੁਨ ਲੀਜੈ ॥
sook bhee putaree see kahiyo kahee yau har so binatee sun leejai |’ Radha has withered away and has become slim and she has said
ਬਾਤਨ ਮੋਹਿ ਨ ਹੋਤ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਤਿ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਘਨ ਸ੍ਯਾਮ ਪਿਖੇਈ ਪ੍ਰਸੀਜੈ ॥
baatan mohi na hot prateet kahiyo ghan sayaam pikheee praseejai |“ ‘O Krishna! listen to my request
ਆਨਨ ਮੈ ਸਮ ਚੰਦ ਨਿਹਾਰਿ ਚਕੋਰ ਸੀ ਗ੍ਵਾਰਨਿ ਕੋ ਸੁਖ ਦੀਜੈ ॥੯੭੦॥
aanan mai sam chand nihaar chakor see gvaaran ko sukh deejai |970|I am not satisfied only with the talk, I shall only be satisfied on seeing you, give happiness to the partridge-like gopis by your moon-like face.’ “970.
ਊਧਵ ਚੰਦ੍ਰਭਗਾ ਕੋ ਸੰਦੇਸ ਬਾਚ ॥
aoodhav chandrabhagaa ko sandes baach |Speech concerning the message of Chandarbhaga addressed to Udhava:
ਸਵੈਯਾ ॥

ਯੌ ਤੁਮ ਸੋ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਚੰਦ੍ਰਭਗਾ ਹਰਿ ਜੂ ਅਪਨੋ ਮੁਖ ਚੰਦ ਦਿਖਈਯੈ ॥
yau tum so kahiyo chandrabhagaa har joo apano mukh chand dikheeyai |O Krishna! Chandarbhaga has said, “Show me your moon-like face
ਬ੍ਯਾਕੁਲ ਹੋਇ ਗਈ ਬਿਨੁ ਤ੍ਵੈ ਸੁ ਹਹਾ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਟੇਰਿ ਹਲੀਧਰ ਭਈਯੈ ॥
bayaakul hoe gee bin tvai su hahaa kahiyo tter haleedhar bheeyai |O brother Balram! she has said that without seeing Krishna, she had become greatly worred
ਤਾਹੀ ਤੇ ਆਵਹੁ ਨ ਚਿਰ ਲਾਵਹੁ ਮੋ ਜੀਯ ਕੀ ਜਬ ਹੀ ਸੁਨ ਲਈਯੈ ॥
taahee te aavahu na chir laavahu mo jeey kee jab hee sun leeyai |“Therefore do not delay and come to listen the voice of my heart
ਹੇ ਬ੍ਰਿਜਨਾਥ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਨੰਦ ਲਾਲ ਚਕੋਰਨ ਗ੍ਵਾਰਨਿ ਕੋ ਸੁਖ ਦਈਯੈ ॥੯੭੧॥
he brijanaath kahiyo nand laal chakoran gvaaran ko sukh deeyai |971|O Krishna! the Lord of Braja! the gopis have said that happiness be given to them, the female partridges.”971.
ਹੇ ਬ੍ਰਿਜਨਾਥ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਬ੍ਰਿਜ ਨਾਰਿ ਹਹਾ ਨੰਦ ਲਾਲ ਨਹੀ ਚਿਰ ਕੀਜੈ ॥
he brijanaath kahiyo brij naar hahaa nand laal nahee chir keejai |O the Lord of Braja! the gopis have said, “Do not delay now
ਹੇ ਜਦੁਰਾ ਅਗ੍ਰਜ ਜਸੁਧਾ ਸੁਤ ਰਛੁਕ ਧੇਨੁ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਸੁਨ ਲੀਜੈ ॥
he jaduraa agraj jasudhaa sut rachhuk dhen kahiyo sun leejai |O, the superior amongst the chiefs of Yadvas! the son of Yashoda and the protector of cows! listen to our saying,
ਸਾਪ ਕੇ ਨਾਥ ਅਸੁਰ ਬਧੀਯਾ ਅਰੁ ਆਵਨ ਗੋਕੁਲ ਨਾਥ ਨ ਛੀਜੈ ॥
saap ke naath asur badheeyaa ar aavan gokul naath na chheejai |
ਕੰਸ ਬਿਦਾਰ ਅਬੈ ਕਰਤਾਰ ਚਕੋਰਨ ਗਾਰਨਿ ਕੋ ਸੁਖ ਦੀਜੈ ॥੯੭੨॥
kans bidaar abai karataar chakoran gaaran ko sukh deejai |972|“O the stringer of the serpent Kali, O the killer of demons! the Lord of Gokul, and the killer of Kansa! gie happiness to the partridge-like gopis.972.
ਹੇ ਨੰਦ ਨੰਦ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਸੁਖ ਕੰਦ ਮੁਕੰਦ ਸੁਨੋ ਬਤੀਯਾ ਗਿਰਧਾਰੀ ॥
he nand nand kahiyo sukh kand mukand suno bateeyaa giradhaaree |
ਗੋਕੁਲ ਨਾਥ ਕਹੋ ਬਕ ਕੇ ਰਿਪੁ ਰੂਪ ਦਿਖਾਵਹੁ ਮੋਹਿ ਮੁਰਾਰੀ ॥
gokul naath kaho bak ke rip roop dikhaavahu mohi muraaree |“O the son of Nand, the source of comforts and the carrier of the mountain! the Lord of Gokul and the killer of Bakasura, come and let us have your sight
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਬ੍ਰਿਜਨਾਥ ਸੁਨੋ ਜਸੁਧਾ ਸੁਤ ਭੀ ਬਿਨੁ ਤ੍ਵੈ ਬ੍ਰਿਜ ਨਾਰਿ ਬਿਚਾਰੀ ॥
sree brijanaath suno jasudhaa sut bhee bin tvai brij naar bichaaree |“O the Lord of Braja and the son of Yashodha
ਜਾਨਤ ਹੈ ਹਰਿ ਜੂ ਅਪਨੇ ਮਨ ਤੇ ਸਭ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਤ੍ਰੀਯ ਬਿਸਾਰੀ ॥੯੭੩॥
jaanat hai har joo apane man te sabh hee ih treey bisaaree |973|Listen, without you the women of Braja have become helpless, O Krishna! we all know that you have forgotton all of us from your mind.973.
ਕੰਸ ਕੇ ਮਾਰ ਸੁਨੋ ਕਰਤਾਰ ਬਕਾ ਮੁਖ ਫਾਰ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਸੁਨਿ ਲੈ ॥
kans ke maar suno karataar bakaa mukh faar kahiyo sun lai |“O Krishna! You had killed Kansa and had torn the face of Bakasura
ਸਭ ਦੋਖ ਨਿਵਾਰ ਸੁਨੋ ਬ੍ਰਿਜਨਾਥ ਅਬੈ ਇਨ ਗ੍ਵਾਰਨਿ ਰੂਪ ਦਿਖੈ ॥
sabh dokh nivaar suno brijanaath abai in gvaaran roop dikhai |O Lord of Braja! forgiving us of all our faults, give your sight to these gopis,
ਘਨ ਸ੍ਯਾਮ ਕੀ ਮੂਰਤਿ ਪੇਖੇ ਬਿਨਾ ਨ ਕਛੂ ਇਨ ਕੇ ਮਨ ਬੀਚ ਰੁਚੈ ॥
ghan sayaam kee moorat pekhe binaa na kachhoo in ke man beech ruchai |“Because without seeing you, they do not like anything
ਤਿਹ ਤੇ ਹਰਿ ਜੂ ਤਜ ਕੈ ਮਥੁਰਾ ਇਨ ਕੈ ਸਭ ਸੋਕਨ ਕੋ ਹਰਿ ਦੈ ॥੯੭੪॥
tih te har joo taj kai mathuraa in kai sabh sokan ko har dai |974|Therefore O Krishna! leave Mathura now and come to remove all their sufferings.”974.
ਬਿਜੁਛਟਾ ਅਰੁ ਮੈਨਪ੍ਰਭਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ ਬਾਚ ॥
bijuchhattaa ar mainaprabhaa sandes baach |Speech of Vidyuchhata and Mainprabha:

ਬਿਜੁਛਟਾ ਅਰੁ ਮੈਨਪ੍ਰਭਾ ਸੰਗ ਤੋਹਿ ਸ੍ਯਾਮ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਸੁਨਿ ਐਸੇ ॥
bijuchhattaa ar mainaprabhaa sang tohi sayaam kahiyo sun aaise |
ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਬਢਾਇ ਇਤੀ ਇਨ ਸੋ ਅਬ ਤ੍ਯਾਗ ਗਏ ਕਹੁ ਕਾਰਨ ਕੈਸੇ ॥
preet badtaae itee in so ab tayaag ge kahu kaaran kaise |O Krishna! Vidyuchhata and Mainprabha have said this to you, “When you increased so much love, why are you forsaking it?
ਆਵਹੁ ਸ੍ਯਾਮ ਨ ਢੀਲ ਲਗਾਵਹੁ ਖੇਲ ਕਰੋ ਹਮ ਸੋ ਫੁਨਿ ਵੈਸੇ ॥
aavahu sayaam na dteel lagaavahu khel karo ham so fun vaise |“O Krishna! do not delay now, come soon and absorb yourself in the same amorous play with us
ਮਾਨ ਕਰੈ ਬ੍ਰਿਖਭਾਨ ਸੁਤਾ ਪਠਵੋ ਹਮ ਕੋ ਤੁਮ ਵਾ ਬਿਧਿ ਜੈਸੇ ॥੯੭੫॥
maan karai brikhabhaan sutaa patthavo ham ko tum vaa bidh jaise |975|Radha is angry with you, O Krishna! in some manner you may call for us.975.
ਊਧਵ ਸ੍ਯਾਮ ਸੋ ਯੌ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਤੁਮਰੋ ਰਹਿਬੋ ਜਬ ਸ੍ਰਉਨ ਧਰੈਂਗੀ ॥
aoodhav sayaam so yau kahiyo tumaro rahibo jab sraun dharaingee |
ਤ੍ਯਾਗ ਤਬੈ ਅਪੁਨੇ ਸੁਖ ਕੋ ਅਤਿ ਹੀ ਮਨ ਭੀਤਰ ਸੋਕ ਕਰੈਂਗੀ ॥
tayaag tabai apune sukh ko at hee man bheetar sok karaingee |“O Udhava! tell Krishna that as soon as we learn of your permanent stay there, we shall be in agony, forsaking all comforts
ਜੋਗਿਨ ਬਸਤ੍ਰਨ ਕੋ ਧਰਹੈ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਬਿਖ ਖਾਇ ਕੈ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਪਰੈਂਗੀ ॥
jogin basatran ko dharahai kahiyo bikh khaae kai praan paraingee |
ਤਾਹੀ ਤੇ ਹੇ ਹਰਿ ਜੂ ਤੁਮ ਸੋ ਬ੍ਰਿਖਭਾਨ ਸੁਤਾ ਫਿਰਿ ਮਾਨ ਕਰੈਂਗੀ ॥੯੭੬॥
taahee te he har joo tum so brikhabhaan sutaa fir maan karaingee |976|“Wearing the garbs of Yogis we shall take poison and die and Radha shall again be egoistic with you.”976.
ਯੌ ਤੁ ਕਹੀ ਉਨ ਹੂੰ ਤੁਮ ਕੋ ਬ੍ਰਿਖਭਾਨ ਸੁਤਾ ਜੁ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਸੁਨ ਲੀਜੈ ॥
yau tu kahee un hoon tum ko brikhabhaan sutaa ju kahiyo sun leejai |This they said, but now listen to what Radha said, “Krishna has left us
ਤ੍ਯਾਗ ਗਏ ਹਮ ਕੋ ਬ੍ਰਿਜ ਮੈ ਮਨੂਆ ਤੁਮਰੋ ਸੁ ਲਖੋ ਨ ਪ੍ਰਸੀਜੈ ॥
tayaag ge ham ko brij mai manooaa tumaro su lakho na praseejai |Our mind is not in peace in Braja
ਬੈਠ ਰਹੇ ਅਬ ਹੋ ਮਥੁਰਾ ਇਹ ਭਾਤਿ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਮਨੂਆ ਜਬ ਖੀਜੈ ॥
baitth rahe ab ho mathuraa ih bhaat kahiyo manooaa jab kheejai |“You are there in Matura and our mind is getting angry
ਜਿਉ ਹਮ ਕੋ ਤੁਮ ਪੀਠ ਦਈ ਤੁਮ ਕੋ ਤੁਮਰੀ ਮਨ ਭਾਵਤ ਦੀਜੈ ॥੯੭੭॥
jiau ham ko tum peetth dee tum ko tumaree man bhaavat deejai |977|O Krishna! the manner in which you have forgotten us, may your favourite queen also forget you like this.977.
ਅਉਰ ਕਹੀ ਤੁਮ ਸੋ ਬ੍ਰਿਜਨਾਥ ਕਹੀ ਅਬ ਊਧਵ ਸੋ ਸੁਨ ਲਈਯੈ ॥
aaur kahee tum so brijanaath kahee ab aoodhav so sun leeyai |
ਆਪ ਚਲੋ ਤੁ ਨਹੀ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਨਾਥ ਬੁਲਾਵਨ ਗ੍ਵਾਰਨਿ ਦੂਤ ਪਠਈਯੈ ॥
aap chalo tu nahee kahiyo naath bulaavan gvaaran doot pattheeyai |“O the Lord of Braja! The gopis have said that either you may come yourself or senf us some messenger with invitation
ਜੋ ਕੋਊ ਦੂਤ ਪਠੋ ਨ ਕਯੋ ਤਬ ਤੋ ਉਠਿ ਆਪਨ ਹੀ ਤਹਿ ਜਈਯੈ ॥
jo koaoo doot pattho na kayo tab to utth aapan hee teh jeeyai |
ਨਾਤੁਰ ਗ੍ਵਾਰਨਿ ਕੋ ਦ੍ਰਿੜਤਾ ਹੂੰ ਕੋ ਸ੍ਯਾਮ ਕਹੈ ਅਬ ਦਾਨ ਦਿਵਈਯੈ ॥੯੭੮॥
naatur gvaaran ko drirrataa hoon ko sayaam kahai ab daan diveeyai |978|“If a messenger is not sent, then we shall come ourselves, otherwise O Krishna! give the gift of determination of the mind to the gopis.” 978.
ਤੇਰੋ ਹੀ ਧ੍ਯਾਨ ਧਰੈ ਹਰਿ ਜੂ ਅਰੁ ਤੇਰੋ ਹੀ ਲੈ ਕਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਪੁਕਾਰੈ ॥
tero hee dhayaan dharai har joo ar tero hee lai kar naam pukaarai |O Krishna! They are meditating on you and call you by your name
ਮਾਤ ਪਿਤਾ ਕੀ ਨ ਲਾਜ ਕਰੈ ਹਰਿ ਸਾਇਤ ਸ੍ਯਾਮ ਹੀ ਸ੍ਯਾਮ ਚਿਤਾਰੈ ॥
maat pitaa kee na laaj karai har saaeit sayaam hee sayaam chitaarai |They have abandoned their parental shyness and in every moment they are repeating your name
ਨਾਮ ਅਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਜੀਵਤ ਹੈ ਬਿਨੁ ਨਾਮ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਛਿਨ ਮੈ ਕਸਟਾਰੈ ॥
naam adhaar te jeevat hai bin naam kahiyo chhin mai kasattaarai |They are alive only by thy name and without the name they are in great agony
ਯਾ ਬਿਧਿ ਦੇਖ ਦਸਾ ਉਨ ਕੀ ਅਤਿ ਬੀਚਿ ਬਢਿਯੋ ਜੀਯ ਸੋਕ ਹਮਾਰੈ ॥੯੭੯॥
yaa bidh dekh dasaa un kee at beech badtiyo jeey sok hamaarai |979|Seeing them in such a plight, O Krishna! the anguish has increased in my heart.979.
