Ram Chandra along with his brother
And taking with him the supremely beautiful Sita,
Leaving the worry of the body
Ram, alongwith his winsome wife Sita and his brother moved fearlessly in the dense forest, forsaking all his anxieties.327.
(who) had an arrow in hand,
A sword was tied to the lock,
(who had) beautiful arms up to the knees (Janu),
With his sword tied by the waist and holding the arrows in him hand, the long-armed heroes started for the bath at pilgrim-stations.328.
On the banks of Godavari
(Sri Ram) went with the brothers
And Ram Chandra took off his armor
He reached on the bank of Godavari alongwith his heroic brother and there Ram put off his clothes and took a bath, thus cleansing his body.329.
The wonders of Ram Chandra
And seeing the unique form,
Where Shurpanakha used to live,
Ram had a marvellous body, when he came out after bath, on seeing his beauty the official of the place went to the royal lady Surapanakha.330.
(The guards) went and said to him-
O Shurapanakha! Listen (to us)
Two sadhus have come and bathed in our shrine.
They said to her, “Please listen to us O royal lady! two strangers of unique bodies have come to our kingeom.”331.
SUNDARI STANZA
When Surpanakha heard such a thing,
When Surapanakha heard these words, she immediately started and reaching there,
He came to know the body of Ram Chandra by taking the form of Kama.
