They penetrated to the other side, when the arrows fell after piercing the steel-armours, Sita realized that these arrows were discharged by Ram.616.
A single arrow from the hand of Sri Rama (Asurardana) tasted the flesh,
He, who was struck by arrows of Ram, that warrior could neither run away from that place nor could fight but fell dead on the ground.
(Sri Ram's arrows) pierced the shields of the warriors and pierced the helmets of millions of heads.
The arrows of Ram pierced through the armour of warriors and then mighty fighters fell down on the earth without uttering a sign.617.
Ravana called all his warriors, but those remaining fighters fled away
Ravna killed millions of gods and demons, but it made no difference in the battlefield.
Seeing the power of Ram the illustrious persons were perturbed and
Jumping over the walls of the citadel, they ran away.618.
Ravana became enraged and began to wield weapons in twenty arms.
In great fury Ravana attacked with weapons from all the twenty arms and with his blows the earth, sky and all the four directions became invisible
(Rama) cut the arrows (of Ravana) midway through the battlefield with the shafts and shafts of the arrows.
Ram threw away the enemies from the war-arena, chopping them easily like a fruit. Ram chopped and threw all the canopies, banners, horses and charioteers belonging to Ravana.619.
When Ravana saw his chariot without horses, he got angry and walked stubbornly.
When Ravana saw his chariot deprived of the horses, he marched forward quickly and holding his shield, trident mace and spear in his hands he fought with Ram.
The persistent Ravana, without any fear of the forces of the monkeys
Moved forward fearlessly, shouting violently. There were many warriors those like Angad, Hanuman etc., but he did not fear anyone.620.
When Ravana was seen by Ram Chandra coming to Ran-Bhoomi
When the king of Raghava clan saw Ravna coming forward, he (Ram) attacked him by discharging his twenty arrows like slabs on his chest.
Those arrows tore Ravana's sensitive spot and (thus became stained with blood) as if washed in an ocean of blood.
These arrows penetrated through his vital parts and he bathed in the stream of blood. Ravana fell down and crawled forward, he forgot even the location of his house.621.
Sri Rama Chandra got angry in the field with bow and arrow in his hand.
Ram, the king of Raghava clan, in great fury, taking his bow in his hand and taking five steps backward, chopped all his twenty arms
With ten arrows be chopped his ten heads for dispatching them to the abode of Shiva
After the war Ram wedded Sita again as if he had conquered her in the ceremony of Swayyamvara.622.

Now begins the description of contemporaneous knowledge to Mandodari and the bestowal of the kingdom of Lanka to Vibhishana:
Description of the Union with Sita :
SWAYYA STANZA
From whose fear Indra was distressed and even the sun and the moon were terrified.
He, from whom Indra, moon and sun felt baffled, he who had plundered the stores of Kuber and he before whom Brahma kept silent
He with whom many beings like Indra fought, but who could not be conquered
Conquering him today in the battlefield, Ram also conquered Sita as in the ceremony of Svayyamvara.623.
ALKA STANZA
Due to the sudden attack, the giant army ran away
The forces ran quickly and began to fight, the warriors ran speedily and
The restless warriors galloped away
They forgot their thoughts about the heavenly damsels.624.
Immediately there was an uproar in Lanka.
The warriors abandoning the field and the arrows entered Lanka
Tears were flowing from Ravana's eyes
Seeing Ram with their own eyes they raised utterances of lamentation.625.
Parshottam Rama (said that) kill Ravana
The superb Ram killed all of them and chopped their arms
All of them fled (Lanka) after saving lives.
Then all (others) saving themselves, fled away and Ram showered arrows on those running fighters.626.
