ਲਖਯੋ ਰਾਮ ਕੋ ਅਤ੍ਰ ਧਾਰੀ ਅਭੰਗੰ ॥੬੮੪॥
lakhayo raam ko atr dhaaree abhangan |684|The kings, who presented multi-coloured red and blue gems, had a sight of Ram, the wielder of weapons and arms.684.
ਕਿਤੇ ਪਸਮ ਪਾਟੰਬਰੰ ਸ੍ਵਰਣ ਬਰਣੰ ॥
kite pasam paattanbaran svaran baranan |How many golden wool and silk armor
ਮਿਲੇ ਭੇਟ ਲੈ ਭਾਤਿ ਭਾਤੰ ਅਭਰਣੰ ॥
mile bhett lai bhaat bhaatan abharanan |Somewhere the kings are meeting Ram with golden colored silken raiments and various types of ornaments
ਕਿਤੇ ਪਰਮ ਪਾਟੰਬਰੰ ਭਾਨ ਤੇਜੰ ॥
kite param paattanbaran bhaan tejan |Some have the light of the sun (bright like) and very fine silk clothes
ਦਏ ਸੀਅ ਧਾਮੰ ਸਭੋ ਭੋਜ ਭੋਜੰ ॥੬੮੫॥
de seea dhaaman sabho bhoj bhojan |685|Somewhere the garments shining like sun are being sent to the abode of Sita.685.
ਕਿਤੇ ਭੂਖਣੰ ਭਾਨ ਤੇਜੰ ਅਨੰਤੰ ॥
kite bhookhanan bhaan tejan anantan |How many precious jewels like the rays of the sun
ਪਠੇ ਜਾਨਕੀ ਭੇਟ ਦੈ ਦੈ ਦੁਰੰਤੰ ॥
patthe jaanakee bhett dai dai durantan |Somewhere the ornaments shining like sun are being sent to Sita
ਘਨੇ ਰਾਮ ਮਾਤਾਨ ਕੀ ਭੇਟ ਭੇਜੇ ॥
ghane raam maataan kee bhett bheje |Many jewels were also sent for the offering of Rama's mothers,
ਹਰੇ ਚਿਤ ਕੇ ਜਾਹਿ ਹੇਰੇ ਕਲੇਜੇ ॥੬੮੬॥
hare chit ke jaeh here kaleje |686|Many ornaments and garments were sent to the mothers of Ram, seeing which many became covetous in their hearts.686.
ਘਮੰ ਚਕ੍ਰ ਚਕ੍ਰੰ ਫਿਰੀ ਰਾਮ ਦੋਹੀ ॥
ghaman chakr chakran firee raam dohee |Ram's cry was gone in four bites.
ਮਨੋ ਬਯੋਤ ਬਾਗੋ ਤਿਮੰ ਸੀਅ ਸੋਹੀ ॥
mano bayot baago timan seea sohee |On all the four sides, revolving the canopies, declarations were made regarding Ram and SIta also looked splendid like a decorated garden.
ਪਠੈ ਛਤ੍ਰ ਦੈ ਦੈ ਛਿਤੰ ਛੋਣ ਧਾਰੀ ॥
patthai chhatr dai dai chhitan chhon dhaaree |(Sri Rama) repaid those (all) kings by providing umbrellas.
ਹਰੇ ਸਰਬ ਗਰਬੰ ਕਰੇ ਪੁਰਬ ਭਾਰੀ ॥੬੮੭॥
hare sarab garaban kare purab bhaaree |687|The kings were sent to far off places with to canopy of Ram, they smashed the pride of all and arranged festivities.687.
ਕਟਯੋ ਕਾਲ ਏਵੰ ਭਏ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਜੰ ॥
kattayo kaal evan bhe raam raajan |(Thus) Rama became king and some time passed.
ਫਿਰੀ ਆਨ ਰਾਮੰ ਸਿਰੰ ਸਰਬ ਰਾਜੰ ॥
firee aan raaman siran sarab raajan |In this way sufficient time elapsed in Ram’s kingdom and Ram began to rule magnificently
ਫਿਰਿਯੋ ਜੈਤ ਪਤ੍ਰੰ ਸਿਰੰ ਸੇਤ ਛਤ੍ਰੰ ॥
firiyo jait patran siran set chhatran |As a sign of victory, a white umbrella began to hang over the head of Sri Ram.
ਕਰੇ ਰਾਜ ਆਗਿਆ ਧਰੈ ਬੀਰ ਅਤ੍ਰੰ ॥੬੮੮॥
kare raaj aagiaa dharai beer atran |688|Letters of victory were sent to all sides and under a white canopy and commanding Ram looked greatly impressive.688.
ਦਯੋ ਏਕ ਏਕੰ ਅਨੇਕੰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰੰ ॥
dayo ek ekan anekan prakaaran |To each one Sri Rama gave many kinds of (Khilat-Siropao).
ਲਖੇ ਸਰਬ ਲੋਕੰ ਸਹੀ ਰਾਵਣਾਰੰ ॥
lakhe sarab lokan sahee raavanaaran |Everyone was given wealth in various ways and the people saw the real personality of Ram.
ਸਹੀ ਬਿਸਨ ਦੇਵਾਰਦਨ ਦ੍ਰੋਹ ਹਰਤਾ ॥
sahee bisan devaaradan droh harataa |That it is Vishnu who destroys the treachery of the demons.
ਚਹੂੰ ਚਕ ਜਾਨਯੋ ਸੀਆ ਨਾਥ ਭਰਤਾ ॥੬੮੯॥
chahoon chak jaanayo seea naath bharataa |689|He was known on all four direction as the destroyer of the rebels of Vishnu and the lord of Sita.689.
ਸਹੀ ਬਿਸਨ ਅਉਤਾਰ ਕੈ ਤਾਹਿ ਜਾਨਯੋ ॥
sahee bisan aautaar kai taeh jaanayo |(Sri Ram) came to be known as the true incarnation of Vishnu
ਸਭੋ ਲੋਕ ਖਯਾਤਾ ਬਿਧਾਤਾ ਪਛਾਨਯੋ ॥
sabho lok khayaataa bidhaataa pachhaanayo |Everyone considered him as an incarnation of Vishnu and he was famous among the people as the Lord.
ਫਿਰੀ ਚਾਰ ਚਕ੍ਰੰ ਚਤੁਰ ਚਕ੍ਰ ਧਾਰੰ ॥
firee chaar chakran chatur chakr dhaaran |(This matter) spread in four directions
ਭਯੋ ਚਕ੍ਰਵਰਤੀ ਭੂਅੰ ਰਾਵਣਾਰੰ ॥੬੯੦॥
bhayo chakravaratee bhooan raavanaaran |690|In all the four directions the current of Ram’s praise flowed as he , the enemy of Ravana, was known as the Supreme Soverign.690.
ਲਖਯੋ ਪਰਮ ਜੋਗਿੰਦ੍ਰਣੋ ਜੋਗ ਰੂਪੰ ॥
lakhayo param jogindrano jog roopan |Ram has been known as 'yoga form' by big yogis
ਮਹਾਦੇਵ ਦੇਵੰ ਲਖਯੋ ਭੂਪ ਭੂਪੰ ॥
mahaadev devan lakhayo bhoop bhoopan |He looked like a supreme Yogi amongst Yogis, great god anong gods and a supreme sovereign amongst kings.
ਮਹਾ ਸਤ੍ਰ ਸਤ੍ਰੰ ਮਹਾ ਸਾਧ ਸਾਧੰ ॥
mahaa satr satran mahaa saadh saadhan |He was considered the great enemy of enemies and supreme saint amongst saints
ਮਹਾ ਰੂਪ ਰੂਪੰ ਲਖਯੋ ਬਯਾਧ ਬਾਧੰ ॥੬੯੧॥
mahaa roop roopan lakhayo bayaadh baadhan |691|He was an extremely elegant personality who was the destroyer of all ailments.691.
ਤ੍ਰੀਯੰ ਦੇਵ ਤੁਲੰ ਨਰੰ ਨਾਰ ਨਾਹੰ ॥
treeyan dev tulan naran naar naahan |He was like god for women and like a sovereign for men
ਮਹਾ ਜੋਧ ਜੋਧੰ ਮਹਾ ਬਾਹ ਬਾਹੰ ॥
mahaa jodh jodhan mahaa baah baahan |He was a supreme warrior amongst warriors amongst warriors and a great wielder of weapons amongst the weapons-wielders.
ਸ੍ਰੁਤੰ ਬੇਦ ਕਰਤਾ ਗਣੰ ਰੁਦ੍ਰ ਰੂਪੰ ॥
srutan bed karataa ganan rudr roopan |He was the creator of Vedas and Shiva for his devotees (ganas).
ਮਹਾ ਜੋਗ ਜੋਗੰ ਮਹਾ ਭੂਪ ਭੂਪੰ ॥੬੯੨॥
mahaa jog jogan mahaa bhoop bhoopan |692|Among Yogis he was the great Yogi and of the Kings, the great King.692.
ਪਰੰ ਪਾਰਗੰਤਾ ਸਿਵੰ ਸਿਧ ਰੂਪੰ ॥
paran paaragantaa sivan sidh roopan |Mukti (Param) has the Mukti-form and the Siddhas have the Shiva form,
ਬੁਧੰ ਬੁਧਿ ਦਾਤਾ ਰਿਧੰ ਰਿਧ ਕੂਪੰ ॥
budhan budh daataa ridhan ridh koopan |He was the giver of salvation, blissful, adept-like, giver of intellect and the store-house of wealth of powers
ਜਹਾ ਭਾਵ ਕੈ ਜੇਣ ਜੈਸੋ ਬਿਚਾਰੇ ॥
jahaa bhaav kai jen jaiso bichaare |Whoever, wherever, by any means, has considered,
ਤਿਸੀ ਰੂਪ ਸੌ ਤਉਨ ਤੈਸੇ ਨਿਹਾਰੇ ॥੬੯੩॥
tisee roop sau taun taise nihaare |693|With whatever feeling one looked towards him, he saw him in that form.693.
ਸਭੋ ਸਸਤ੍ਰਧਾਰੀ ਲਹੇ ਸਸਤ੍ਰ ਗੰਤਾ ॥
sabho sasatradhaaree lahe sasatr gantaa |All armourers have known the armor.
ਦੁਰੇ ਦੇਵ ਦ੍ਰੋਹੀ ਲਖੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਣ ਹੰਤਾ ॥
dure dev drohee lakhe praan hantaa |All the weapon-wielders saw him as a specialist in weapon-warfare and all the demons who were spiteful towards gods, visualsing him as destroyer of life, hid themselves
ਜਿਸੀ ਭਾਵ ਸੋ ਜਉਨ ਜੈਸੇ ਬਿਚਾਰੇ ॥
jisee bhaav so jaun jaise bichaare |With which meaning, who, in the manner (of Ramji) has considered,
ਤਿਸੀ ਰੰਗ ਕੈ ਕਾਛ ਕਾਛੇ ਨਿਹਾਰੇ ॥੬੯੪॥
tisee rang kai kaachh kaachhe nihaare |694|With whatever feeling one thought of him, Ram seemed to him in the same colour.694.
ਅਨੰਤ ਤੁਕਾ ਭੁਜੰਗ ਪ੍ਰਯਾਤ ਛੰਦ ॥
anant tukaa bhujang prayaat chhand |ANANT-TUKA BHUJANG PRAYAAT STANZA
ਕਿਤੋ ਕਾਲ ਬੀਤਿਓ ਭਯੋ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਜੰ ॥
kito kaal beetio bhayo raam raajan |Some time passed after Sri Rama became king.
ਸਭੈ ਸਤ੍ਰ ਜੀਤੇ ਮਹਾ ਜੁਧ ਮਾਲੀ ॥
sabhai satr jeete mahaa judh maalee |A good deal of time passed during the reign of Ram and all the enemies were conquered after great wars
ਫਿਰਯੋ ਚਕ੍ਰ ਚਾਰੋ ਦਿਸਾ ਮਧ ਰਾਮੰ ॥
firayo chakr chaaro disaa madh raaman |In the four directions, Ram's permission circled again,
ਭਯੋ ਨਾਮ ਤਾ ਤੇ ਮਹਾ ਚਕ੍ਰਵਰਤੀ ॥੬੯੫॥
bhayo naam taa te mahaa chakravaratee |695|Ram’s influence spread in all the four directions and he became the Supreme Soverign.695.
ਭੁਜੰਗ ਪ੍ਰਯਾਤ ਛੰਦ ॥
bhujang prayaat chhand |BHUJANG PRAYAAT STANZA
ਸਭੈ ਬਿਪ ਆਗਸਤ ਤੇ ਆਦਿ ਲੈ ਕੈ ॥
sabhai bip aagasat te aad lai kai |From all Brahmans, Augusts, etc
