ਬਜ੍ਰ ਬਿਸਿਖ ਅਸਿ ਹਨ੍ਯੋ ਸੁ ਸੈਨ ਉਚਾਇਯੋ ॥
bajr bisikh as hanayo su sain uchaaeiyo |Challenging the army with clubs and swords,
ਹੋ ਜਬੈ ਬਿਸੁਨ ਲਛਮੀ ਕੇ ਸਹਤ ਰਿਸਾਇਯੋ ॥੧੦॥
ho jabai bisun lachhamee ke sahat risaaeiyo |10|As Vishnu has come in anger with Lachshmi. 10.
ਰਾਨੀ ਜਾ ਤਨ ਬਿਸਿਖ ਪ੍ਰਹਾਰੈ ਕੋਪ ਕਰਿ ॥
raanee jaa tan bisikh prahaarai kop kar |Rani got angry and shot arrows at his body
ਤਛਿਨ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਹ੍ਵੈ ਪਰਈ ਸੂਰ ਸੁ ਭੂਮਿ ਪਰ ॥
tachhin mritak hvai paree soor su bhoom par |At that moment that hero fell dead on the ground.
ਫੂਲ ਦਏ ਬਰਖਾਇ ਗਗਨ ਤੇ ਦੇਵਤਨ ॥
fool de barakhaae gagan te devatan |The gods showered flowers from the sky
ਹੋ ਰਾਨੀ ਕੌ ਰਨ ਹੇਰ ਉਚਾਰੈ ਧੰਨ੍ਯ ਧੰਨਿ ॥੧੧॥
ho raanee kau ran her uchaarai dhanay dhan |11|And seeing the queen's war, he said blessed. 11.
ਤ੍ਰਿਯਾ ਸਹਿਤ ਨ੍ਰਿਪ ਲਰਿਯੋ ਅਧਿਕ ਰਿਸ ਖਾਇ ਕੈ ॥
triyaa sahit nrip lariyo adhik ris khaae kai |The king, along with his wife, became very angry and fought.
ਤਬ ਹੀ ਲਗੀ ਤੁਫੰਗ ਹ੍ਰਿਦੈ ਮੈ ਆਇ ਕੈ ॥
tab hee lagee tufang hridai mai aae kai |At that moment, a bullet hit him in the heart.
ਗਿਰਿਯੋ ਅੰਬਾਰੀ ਮਧ੍ਯ ਮੂਰਛਨਾ ਹੋਇ ਕਰਿ ॥
giriyo anbaaree madhay moorachhanaa hoe kar |He fainted and fell in Ambari.
ਹੋ ਤਬ ਤ੍ਰਿਯ ਲਿਯੋ ਉਚਾਇ ਨਾਥ ਦੁਹੂੰ ਭੁਜਨਿ ਭਰਿ ॥੧੨॥
ho tab triy liyo uchaae naath duhoon bhujan bhar |12|Then the queen carried the king in (her) two arms. 12.
ਤਵਨ ਅੰਬਾਰੀ ਸੰਗ ਨ੍ਰਿਪਹਿ ਬਾਧਤ ਭਈ ॥
tavan anbaaree sang nripeh baadhat bhee |He tied the king to Ambari
ਨਿਜੁ ਕਰ ਕਰਹਿ ਉਚਾਇ ਇਸਾਰਤਿ ਦਲ ਦਈ ॥
nij kar kareh uchaae isaarat dal dee |And she started leading the army with raised hands.
ਜਿਯਤ ਨ੍ਰਿਪਤਿ ਲਖਿ ਸੁਭਟ ਸਭੇ ਧਾਵਤ ਭਏ ॥
jiyat nripat lakh subhatt sabhe dhaavat bhe |Seeing the king alive, all the warriors fell down
ਹੋ ਚਿਤ੍ਰ ਬਚਿਤ੍ਰ ਅਯੋਧਨ ਤਿਹ ਠਾ ਕਰਤ ਭੇ ॥੧੩॥
ho chitr bachitr ayodhan tih tthaa karat bhe |13|And there they started fighting in different ways. 13.
ਪੀਸਿ ਪੀਸਿ ਕਰਿ ਦਾਤ ਸੂਰਮਾ ਰਿਸਿ ਭਰੇ ॥
pees pees kar daat sooramaa ris bhare |Being angry, Surma started grinding his teeth.
ਟੂਕ ਟੂਕ ਹ੍ਵੈ ਪਰੇ ਤਊ ਪਗੁ ਨ ਟਰੇ ॥
ttook ttook hvai pare taoo pag na ttare |They fall in broken pieces, but even then they do not stop.
ਤੌਨ ਸੈਨ ਸੰਗ ਰਾਜਾ ਲੀਨੇ ਘਾਇ ਕੈ ॥
tauan sain sang raajaa leene ghaae kai |By killing that (enemy) king along with the army
ਹੋ ਜੀਤ ਨਗਾਰੇ ਬਜੇ ਅਧਿਕ ਹਰਿਖਾਇ ਕੈ ॥੧੪॥
ho jeet nagaare baje adhik harikhaae kai |14|And being happy, played the songs of victory. 14.
ਤਬ ਰਾਨੀ ਨਿਜੁ ਕਰਨ ਬੈਰਿਯਹਿ ਮਾਰਿ ਕੈ ॥
tab raanee nij karan bairiyeh maar kai |Then the queen killed the enemy with her hand
ਨਿਜੁ ਸੁਤ ਦੀਨੋ ਰਾਜ ਸੁ ਘਰੀ ਬਿਚਾਰਿ ਕੈ ॥
nij sut deeno raaj su gharee bichaar kai |And considering the auspicious time, gave the kingdom to his son.
ਕਰਿ ਕੈ ਬਡੋ ਅਡੰਬਰ ਆਪੁ ਜਰਨ ਚਲੀ ॥
kar kai baddo addanbar aap jaran chalee |(When) she went to be Sati after much discussion,
ਹੋ ਤਬੈ ਗਗਨ ਤੇ ਬਾਨੀ ਤਾਹਿ ਭਈ ਭਲੀ ॥੧੫॥
ho tabai gagan te baanee taeh bhee bhalee |15|So he received a good word from the sky. 15.
ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਸਿੰਧੁ ਜੂ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਅਧਿਕ ਤੁਮ ਪਰ ਕਰੀ ॥
kripaa sindh joo kripaa adhik tum par karee |God has given you a lot of grace
ਨਿਜੁ ਨਾਯਕ ਕੇ ਹੇਤੁ ਬਹੁਤ ਬਿਧਿ ਤੈ ਲਰੀ ॥
nij naayak ke het bahut bidh tai laree |For thou hast fought well for thy lord.
ਤਾ ਤੇ ਅਪਨੌ ਭਰਤਾ ਲੇਹੁ ਜਿਯਾਇ ਕੈ ॥
taa te apanau bharataa lehu jiyaae kai |So take your husband's life
ਹੋ ਬਹੁਰਿ ਰਾਜ ਕੌ ਕਰੋ ਹਰਖ ਉਪਜਾਇ ਕੈ ॥੧੬॥
ho bahur raaj kau karo harakh upajaae kai |16|And happily reign again. 16.
ਦੋਹਰਾ ॥
doharaa |dual:
ਸਤ੍ਰੁ ਨਾਥ ਹਨਿ ਜੁਧ ਕਰਿ ਲੀਨੋ ਪਤਿਹਿ ਜਿਯਾਇ ॥
satru naath han judh kar leeno patihi jiyaae |By fighting, he killed the enemy of the lord and saved the life of the husband.
ਬਹੁਰਿ ਰਾਜ ਅਪਨੌ ਕਰਿਯੋ ਨਾਥ ਸਹਿਤ ਸੁਖ ਪਾਇ ॥੧੭॥
bahur raaj apanau kariyo naath sahit sukh paae |17|Then he subtly ruled with the king. 17.
ਇਤਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਚਰਿਤ੍ਰ ਪਖ੍ਯਾਨੇ ਤ੍ਰਿਯਾ ਚਰਿਤ੍ਰੇ ਮੰਤ੍ਰੀ ਭੂਪ ਸੰਬਾਦੇ ਇਕ ਸੌ ਇਕਯਾਵਨੋ ਚਰਿਤ੍ਰ ਸਮਾਪਤਮ ਸਤੁ ਸੁਭਮ ਸਤੁ ॥੧੫੧॥੩੦੧੨॥ਅਫਜੂੰ॥
eit sree charitr pakhayaane triyaa charitre mantree bhoop sanbaade ik sau ikayaavano charitr samaapatam sat subham sat |151|3012|afajoon|Here is the conclusion of the 151st charitra of Mantri Bhup Sambad of Tria Charitra of Sri Charitropakhyan, all is auspicious. 151.3012. goes on
ਚਿਤ੍ਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਚ ॥

ਦੋਹਰਾ ॥

ਜੈਸੋ ਤ੍ਰਿਯ ਇਨ ਰਨ ਕਿਯੋ ਤੋਸੋ ਕਰੈ ਨ ਕੋਇ ॥
jaiso triy in ran kiyo toso karai na koe |The way this woman has fought, no one has done it.
ਪਾਛੇ ਭਯੋ ਨ ਅਬ ਸੁਨ੍ਯੋ ਆਗੇ ਕਬਹੂੰ ਨ ਹੋਇ ॥੧॥
paachhe bhayo na ab sunayo aage kabahoon na hoe |1|(Such as this) has not happened before, nor has it been heard of, nor will it ever happen again. 1.

ਤਬ ਮੰਤ੍ਰੀ ਇਹ ਭਾਤਿ ਉਚਾਰੀ ॥
tab mantree ih bhaat uchaaree |Then the minister said thus,
ਸੁਨੋ ਰਾਜ ਤੁਮ ਬਾਤ ਹਮਾਰੀ ॥
suno raaj tum baat hamaaree |O Rajan! You listen to me.
ਬਿਸੁਨ ਸਾਥ ਜੰਭਾਸੁਰ ਲਰਿਯੋ ॥
bisun saath janbhaasur lariyo |(Once) Vishnu fought with Jambhasura,
ਤਾ ਕੌ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਲਛਿਮੀ ਹਰਿਯੋ ॥੨॥
taa kau praan lachhimee hariyo |2|(So his) life was taken away by Lachshmi. 2.
ਤਾ ਤੇ ਹੋਤ ਇੰਦ੍ਰ ਭੈ ਭੀਤ੍ਰਯੋ ॥
taa te hot indr bhai bheetrayo |Even Indra was afraid of him (the demon Jambhasur).
ਚੌਦਹ ਭਵਨ ਨਰਹ ਤਨਿ ਜੀਤ੍ਯੋ ॥
chauadah bhavan narah tan jeetayo |And he conquered fourteen kings.
ਸੋਊ ਅਸੁਰ ਇਹ ਪਰ ਚੜਿ ਆਯੋ ॥
soaoo asur ih par charr aayo |The same giant came on Vishnu
ਤੁਮਲ ਜੁਧ ਹਰਿ ਸਾਥ ਮਚਾਯੋ ॥੩॥
tumal judh har saath machaayo |3|And made a fierce war with him. 3.
ਅੜਿਲ ॥
arril |adamant:
ਭਾਤਿ ਭਾਤਿ ਤਾ ਸੋ ਰਨ ਇੰਦ੍ਰ ਮਚਾਇਯੋ ॥
bhaat bhaat taa so ran indr machaaeiyo |Indra fought with him in many ways.
ਸੂਰ ਚੰਦ੍ਰ ਥਕਿ ਰਹੇ ਨ ਕਛੂ ਬਸਾਇਯੋ ॥
soor chandr thak rahe na kachhoo basaaeiyo |Even the sun and the moon were exhausted (by fighting) (but none of them were left).
ਦੇਵ ਦੈਤ ਹ੍ਵੈ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਬਿਰਾਜੇ ਤਾਹਿ ਰਨ ॥
dev dait hvai mritak biraaje taeh ran |In that battlefield the gods and demons lay dead like this,
ਹੋ ਜਨੁ ਅਲਿਕਿਸ ਕੇ ਬਾਗ ਬਿਰਾਜੈ ਮਾਲਿ ਜਨ ॥੪॥
ho jan alikis ke baag biraajai maal jan |4|As if rich people ('Mali Jan') were sitting in Kuber's garden. 4.
