ਨ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਮਾਤ ਸੰਗਾ ॥
n preet maat sangaa |There will be no love for mother.
ਅਧੀਨ ਅਰਧੰਗਾ ॥੪੦॥
adheen aradhangaa |40|They will have no affection for their mother and the people will become subservient to their wives.40.
ਅਭਛ ਭਛ ਭਛੈ ॥
abhachh bhachh bhachhai |They will eat non-edible things.
ਅਕਛ ਕਾਛ ਕਛੈ ॥
akachh kaachh kachhai |The uneatable will be eaten and people will visit the unworthy places
ਅਭਾਖ ਬੈਨ ਭਾਖੈ ॥
abhaakh bain bhaakhai |The unspeakable will speak.
ਕਿਸੂ ਨ ਕਾਣਿ ਰਾਖੈ ॥੪੧॥
kisoo na kaan raakhai |41|The people will utter the unutterable words and will not care for anybody.41.
ਅਧਰਮ ਕਰਮ ਕਰ ਹੈ ॥
adharam karam kar hai |They will do unrighteous deeds.
ਨ ਤਾਤ ਮਾਤ ਡਰਿ ਹੈ ॥
n taat maat ddar hai |Father will not be afraid of mother.
ਕੁਮੰਤ੍ਰ ਮੰਤ੍ਰ ਕੈ ਹੈ ॥
kumantr mantr kai hai |Will consult with bad advisors.
ਸੁਮੰਤ੍ਰ ਕੋ ਨ ਲੈ ਹੈ ॥੪੨॥
sumantr ko na lai hai |42|They will peroform unrighteous acts and will not have any advice and will not seek good advice.42.
ਅਧਰਮ ਕਰਮ ਕੈ ਹੈ ॥
adharam karam kai hai |They will do unrighteous deeds.
ਸੁ ਭਰਮ ਧਰਮ ਖੁਐ ਹੈ ॥
su bharam dharam khuaai hai |They will perform acts of unrighteousness and will lose their dharma in illusions
ਸੁ ਕਾਲ ਫਾਸਿ ਫਸ ਹੈ ॥
su kaal faas fas hai |They will be trapped in the trap of famine.
ਨਿਦਾਨ ਨਰਕ ਬਸਿ ਹੈ ॥੪੩॥
nidaan narak bas hai |43|Thy will be entrapped in the noose of Yama and untimately reside in hell.43.
ਕੁਕਰਮ ਕਰਮ ਲਾਗੇ ॥
kukaram karam laage |Will engage in bad deeds.
ਸੁਧਰਮ ਛਾਡਿ ਭਾਗੇ ॥
sudharam chhaadd bhaage |They will leave the good religion and run away.
ਕਮਾਤ ਨਿਤ ਪਾਪੰ ॥
kamaat nit paapan |Daily sins will earn.
ਬਿਸਾਰਿ ਸਰਬ ਜਾਪੰ ॥੪੪॥
bisaar sarab jaapan |44|The people being engrossed in misconduct will abandon disciplines and engross themselves in sinful actions.44.
ਸੁ ਮਦ ਮੋਹ ਮਤੇ ॥
su mad moh mate |They will be engrossed in pride and infatuation.
ਸੁ ਕਰਮ ਕੇ ਕੁਪਤੇ ॥
su karam ke kupate |Good deeds will be prohibited.
ਸੁ ਕਾਮ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਰਾਚੇ ॥
su kaam krodh raache |They will be engrossed in lust and anger.
ਉਤਾਰਿ ਲਾਜ ਨਾਚੇ ॥੪੫॥
autaar laaj naache |45|The people intoxicated with wine and attachment will perform uncivilised acts and being absorbed in lust and anger, they will dance unashamedly.45.
ਨਗ ਸਰੂਪੀ ਛੰਦ ॥
nag saroopee chhand |NAG SAROOPI STANZA
ਨ ਧਰਮ ਕਰਮ ਕਉ ਕਰੈ ॥
n dharam karam kau karai |They will not do the deeds of religion.
ਬ੍ਰਿਥਾ ਕਥਾ ਸੁਨੈ ਰਰੈ ॥
brithaa kathaa sunai rarai |You will hear and read the story of vanity.
ਕੁਕਰਮ ਕਰਮਿ ਸੋ ਫਸੈ ॥
kukaram karam so fasai |They will be caught in committing misdeeds.
ਸਤਿ ਛਾਡਿ ਧਰਮ ਵਾ ਨਸੈ ॥੪੬॥
sat chhaadd dharam vaa nasai |46|No one will perform the rituals enjoyed by religion and the people will quarrel amongst themselves in evil actions to such an extent that they will totally forsake the religion and truth.46.
ਪੁਰਾਣ ਕਾਬਿ ਨ ਪੜੈ ॥
puraan kaab na parrai |Puranas and poetry will not be read.
ਕੁਰਾਨ ਲੈ ਨ ਤੇ ਰੜੈ ॥
kuraan lai na te rarrai |They will not study Puranas and Epics and will also not read the holy Quran
ਅਧਰਮ ਕਰਮ ਕੋ ਕਰੈ ॥
adharam karam ko karai |They will do unrighteous deeds.
ਸੁ ਧਰਮ ਜਾਸੁ ਤੇ ਡਰੈ ॥੪੭॥
su dharam jaas te ddarai |47|They will perform such acts of adharma, that even dharma will also feel frightened.47.
ਧਰਾਕਿ ਵਰਣਤਾ ਭਈ ॥
dharaak varanataa bhee |The earth will become one.
ਸੁ ਭਰਮ ਧਰਮ ਕੀ ਗਈ ॥
su bharam dharam kee gee |The whole earth will assume only one caste (of sin) and the trust in religion will be finished
ਗ੍ਰਿਹੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਹੰ ਨਯੰ ਮਤੰ ॥
grihan grihan nayan matan |There will be new votes from house to house.
ਚਲੇ ਭੂਅੰ ਜਥਾ ਤਥੰ ॥੪੮॥
chale bhooan jathaa tathan |48|There will be new sects in every home and the people will adopt only misconduct.48.
ਗ੍ਰਿਹੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਹੰ ਨਏ ਮਤੰ ॥
grihan grihan ne matan |There will be new votes from house to house.
ਭਈ ਧਰੰ ਨਈ ਗਤੰ ॥
bhee dharan nee gatan |There will be now sects in every home, there will be new paths on the earth
ਅਧਰਮ ਰਾਜਤਾ ਲਈ ॥
adharam raajataa lee |There will be a reign of iniquity.
ਨਿਕਾਰਿ ਧਰਮ ਦੇਸ ਦੀ ॥੪੯॥
nikaar dharam des dee |49|There will be the reign of adharma and dharma will be exiled.49.
ਪ੍ਰਬੋਧ ਏਕ ਨ ਲਗੈ ॥
prabodh ek na lagai |(Divine) knowledge will not have a single one.
ਸੁ ਧਰਮ ਅਧਰਮ ਤੇ ਭਗੈ ॥
su dharam adharam te bhagai |There will be no impact of knowledge on anyone and dharma will flee in the face of adharma
ਕੁਕਰਮ ਪ੍ਰਚੁਰਯੰ ਜਗੰ ॥
kukaram prachurayan jagan |There will be a lot of bad deeds in the world.
ਸੁ ਕਰਮ ਪੰਖ ਕੈ ਭਗੰ ॥੫੦॥
su karam pankh kai bhagan |50|The wicked acts will be greatly propagated and dharma will fly away with wings.50.
ਪ੍ਰਪੰਚ ਪੰਚ ਹੁਇ ਗਡਾ ॥
prapanch panch hue gaddaa |The prapancha (hypocrite) will gain the preeminence and become firm.
ਅਪ੍ਰਪੰਚ ਪੰਖ ਕੇ ਉਡਾ ॥
aprapanch pankh ke uddaa |The deceit will be appointed as judge and the simplicity will fly away
ਕੁਕਰਮ ਬਿਚਰਤੰ ਜਗੰ ॥
kukaram bicharatan jagan |(The whole) world will engage in misdeeds.
ਸੁਕਰਮ ਸੁ ਭ੍ਰਮੰ ਭਗੰ ॥੫੧॥
sukaram su bhraman bhagan |51|The whole world will be absorbed in vicious acts and the good acts will speed away.51.

ramaan chhand |RAMAAN STANZA
