ਮੋਰ ਬਰਣ ਰਥ ਬਾਜ ਮੋਰ ਹੀ ਬਰਣ ਪਰਮ ਜਿਹ ॥
mor baran rath baaj mor hee baran param jih |He is the master of peacock-coloured chariot and horses, is also peacock-coloured himself
ਅਮਿਤ ਤੇਜ ਦੁਰ ਧਰਖ ਸਤ੍ਰੁ ਲਖ ਕਰ ਕੰਪਤ ਤਿਹ ॥
amit tej dur dharakh satru lakh kar kanpat tih |Seeing this Lord of infinite glory, the enemies tremble
ਅਮਿਟ ਬੀਰ ਆਜਾਨ ਬਾਹੁ ਆਲੋਕ ਰੂਪ ਗਨ ॥
amitt beer aajaan baahu aalok roop gan |This imperishable warrior has long arms and is the producer of dazzling light
ਮਤਸ ਕੇਤੁ ਲਖਿ ਜਾਹਿ ਹ੍ਰਿਦੈ ਲਾਜਤ ਹੈ ਦੁਤਿ ਮਨਿ ॥
matas ket lakh jaeh hridai laajat hai dut man |Seeing his beauty, even the god of love feels shy
ਅਸ ਝੂਠ ਰੂਠਿ ਜਿਦਿਨ ਨ੍ਰਿਪਤਿ ਰਣਹਿ ਤੁਰੰਗ ਉਥਕਿ ਹੈ ॥
as jhootth rootth jidin nripat raneh turang uthak hai |The day on which warriors named Jhooth (falsehood) will cause his horse to dance before you in great anger,
ਬਿਨੁ ਇਕ ਸਤਿ ਸੁਣ ਸਤਿ ਨ੍ਰਿਪ ਸੁ ਅਉਰ ਨ ਆਨਿ ਹਟਕਿ ਹੈ ॥੧੯੯॥
bin ik sat sun sat nrip su aaur na aan hattak hai |199|Then O king! consider it as true, no one can defeat him except Truth.199.
ਰਥ ਤੁਰੰਗ ਸਿਤ ਅਸਿਤ ਅਸਿਤ ਸਿਤ ਧੁਜਾ ਬਿਰਾਜਤ ॥
rath turang sit asit asit sit dhujaa biraajat |He, whose war-horse is black and white, whose banner is black and
ਅਸਿਤ ਸੇਤਹਿ ਬਸਤ੍ਰ ਨਿਰਖਿ ਸੁਰ ਨਰ ਮੁਨਿ ਲਾਜਤ ॥
asit seteh basatr nirakh sur nar mun laajat |Seeing whose black and white garments, the gods, men and sages feel shy
ਅਸਿਤ ਸੇਤ ਸਾਰਥੀ ਅਸਿਤ ਸੇਤ ਛਕਿਓ ਰਥਾਬਰ ॥
asit set saarathee asit set chhakio rathaabar |He whose charioteer is black and white and whose quiver and chariot aree alos black
ਸੁਵਰਣ ਕਿੰਕਨੀ ਕੇਸ ਜਨੁਕ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਦੇਵੇਸੁਰ ॥
suvaran kinkanee kes januk doosare devesur |His hair are like the golden chords and he seems to be the second Indra
ਇਹ ਛਬਿ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਮਿਥਿਆ ਸੁਭਟ ਅਤਿ ਬਲਿਸਟ ਤਿਹ ਕਹ ਕਹ੍ਯੋ ॥
eih chhab prabhaav mithiaa subhatt at balisatt tih kah kahayo |This is the impact and beauty of the warrior named Mighya he is extremely powerful
ਜਿਹ ਜਗਤ ਜੀਵ ਜੀਤੇ ਸਬੈ ਨਹਿ ਅਜੀਤ ਨਰ ਕੋ ਰਹ੍ਯੋ ॥੨੦੦॥
jih jagat jeev jeete sabai neh ajeet nar ko rahayo |200|He has conquered all the beings of he world and none has remained untouched by him.200.
ਚਕ੍ਰ ਬਕ੍ਰ ਕਰ ਧਰੇ ਚਾਰੁ ਬਾਗਾ ਤਨਿ ਧਾਰੇ ॥
chakr bakr kar dhare chaar baagaa tan dhaare |He is wearing the curved discus and fine garments on his body
ਆਨਨ ਖਾਤ ਤੰਬੋਲ ਗੰਧਿ ਉਤਮ ਬਿਸਥਾਰੇ ॥
aanan khaat tanbol gandh utam bisathaare |He is chewing th betel leaf in his mouth and its fine odour is spreading on all the four sides
ਚਵਰੁ ਚਾਰੁ ਚਹੂੰ ਓਰਿ ਢੁਰਤ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਛਬਿ ਪਾਵਤ ॥
chavar chaar chahoon or dturat sundar chhab paavat |The fly-whisk is swinging on all the four sides and the setting is very fine
ਨਿਰਖਤ ਨੈਨ ਬਸੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਭਾ ਤਾਕਹ ਸਿਰ ਨ੍ਯਾਵਤ ॥
nirakhat nain basant prabhaa taakah sir nayaavat |Seeing him, the glory of spring bows its head
ਇਹ ਬਿਧਿ ਸੁਬਾਹੁ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਸੁਭਟ ਅਤਿ ਦੁਰ ਧਰਖ ਬਖਾਨੀਐ ॥
eih bidh subaahu chintaa subhatt at dur dharakh bakhaaneeai |This long-armed warrior named Chinta (anxiety) is tyrannical
ਅਨਭੰਗ ਗਾਤ ਅਨਭੈ ਸੁਭਟ ਅਤਿ ਪ੍ਰਚੰਡ ਤਿਹ ਮਾਨੀਐ ॥੨੦੧॥
anabhang gaat anabhai subhatt at prachandd tih maaneeai |201|He is extremely powerful warrior with his indestructible body.201.

ਲਾਲ ਹੀਰਨ ਕੇ ਧਰੇ ਜਿਹ ਸੀਸ ਪੈ ਬਹੁ ਹਾਰ ॥
laal heeran ke dhare jih sees pai bahu haar |He, who is wearing the handsome necklaces of rubies and diamonds
ਸ੍ਵਰਣੀ ਕਿੰਕਣਿ ਸੌ ਛਕ ਗਜ ਰਾਜ ਪਬਾਕਾਰ ॥
svaranee kinkan sau chhak gaj raaj pabaakaar |Whose large-sized elephant is wearing very cleanly the golden chain
ਦੁਰਦ ਰੂੜ ਦਰਿਦ੍ਰ ਨਾਮ ਸੁ ਬੀਰ ਹੈ ਸੁਨਿ ਭੂਪ ॥
durad roorr daridr naam su beer hai sun bhoop |O king! the warrior mounting the elephant is named Daridra (lethargy)
ਕਉਨ ਤਾ ਤੇ ਜੀਤ ਹੈ ਰਣ ਆਨਿ ਰਾਜ ਸਰੂਪ ॥੨੦੨॥
kaun taa te jeet hai ran aan raaj saroop |202|Who will be able to fight with him in the war?202.
ਜਰਕਸੀ ਕੇ ਬਸਤ੍ਰ ਹੈ ਅਰੁ ਪਰਮ ਬਾਜਾਰੂੜ ॥
jarakasee ke basatr hai ar param baajaaroorr |Who has rich armor and is mounted on a very beautiful horse.
ਪਰਮ ਰੂਪ ਪਵਿਤਰ ਗਾਤ ਅਛਿਜ ਰੂਪ ਅਗੂੜ ॥
param roop pavitar gaat achhij roop agoorr |He, who is wearing the garments of brocade and is riding on the horse, his beauty is eternal
ਛਤ੍ਰ ਧਰਮ ਧਰੇ ਮਹਾ ਭਟ ਬੰਸ ਕੀ ਜਿਹ ਲਾਜ ॥
chhatr dharam dhare mahaa bhatt bans kee jih laaj |He has the canopy of Dharma on his head and is famous for the tradition and honour of his clan
ਸੰਕ ਨਾਮਾ ਸੂਰ ਸੋ ਸਬ ਸੂਰ ਹੈ ਸਿਰਤਾਜ ॥੨੦੩॥
sank naamaa soor so sab soor hai sirataaj |203|The name of this warrior is Shanka (doubt) and he is the chief of all the warriors.203.
ਪਿੰਗ ਬਾਜ ਨਹੇ ਰਥੈ ਸਹਿ ਅਡਿਗ ਬੀਰ ਅਖੰਡ ॥
ping baaj nahe rathai seh addig beer akhandd |This rider of the brown horse is the unfailing and complete warrior
ਅੰਤ ਰੂਪ ਧਰੇ ਮਨੋ ਅਛਿਜ ਗਾਤ ਪ੍ਰਚੰਡ ॥
ant roop dhare mano achhij gaat prachandd |He has assumed a powerful form and his indestructible body is like doomsday
ਨਾਮ ਸੂਰ ਅਸੋਭ ਤਾ ਕਹ ਜਾਨਹੀ ਸਭ ਲੋਕ ॥
naam soor asobh taa kah jaanahee sabh lok |This warrior named Shaurai (gratification) is known by all people
ਕਉਨ ਰਾਵ ਬਿਬੇਕ ਹੈ ਜੁ ਨ ਮਾਨਿ ਹੈ ਇਹ ਸੋਕ ॥੨੦੪॥
kaun raav bibek hai ju na maan hai ih sok |204|There is no such Vivek (knowledge), who will not be sorrowful on its dearth.204.
ਭੁਜੰਗ ਪ੍ਰਯਾਤ ਛੰਦ ॥
bhujang prayaat chhand |Bhujang Prayat Verse:
ਸਜੇ ਸ੍ਯਾਮ ਬਾਜੀ ਰਥੰ ਜਾਸੁ ਜਾਨੋ ॥
saje sayaam baajee rathan jaas jaano |Whose chariots you know with black horses shod,
ਮਹਾ ਜੰਗ ਜੋਧਾ ਅਜੈ ਤਾਸੁ ਮਾਨੋ ॥
mahaa jang jodhaa ajai taas maano |He, whose black horses and chariots are decorated, he is known as the great unconquerable warrior
ਅਸੰਤੁਸਟ ਨਾਮ ਮਹਾਬੀਰ ਸੋਹੈ ॥
asantusatt naam mahaabeer sohai |(He) the great warrior called 'Disaffected' is being admired.
ਤਿਹੂੰ ਲੋਕ ਜਾ ਕੋ ਬਡੋ ਤ੍ਰਾਸ ਮੋਹੈ ॥੨੦੫॥
tihoon lok jaa ko baddo traas mohai |205|This warrior is named Asantushta (Dissatisfaction), from whom all the three world remain fearful.205.
ਚੜ੍ਯੋ ਤਤ ਤਾਜੀ ਸਿਰਾਜੀਤ ਸੋਭੈ ॥
charrayo tat taajee siraajeet sobhai |Who is mounted on a sharp horse and is adorned with an Ajit (Kalgi) on his head.
ਸਿਰੰ ਜੈਤ ਪਤ੍ਰੰ ਲਖੇ ਚੰਦ੍ਰ ਛੋਭੈ ॥
siran jait patran lakhe chandr chhobhai |Rising on a restless horse and wearing aigrette on his head with his canopy of victory over his head, he caused the moon to feel shy,
ਅਨਾਸ ਊਚ ਨਾਮਾ ਮਹਾ ਸੂਰ ਸੋਹੈ ॥
anaas aooch naamaa mahaa soor sohai |The name of that splendid warrior is 'Anas'
ਬਡੋ ਛਤ੍ਰਧਾਰੀ ਧਰੈ ਛਤ੍ਰ ਜੋ ਹੈ ॥੨੦੬॥
baddo chhatradhaaree dharai chhatr jo hai |206|This great warrior named Naash (imperishable) looks splendid he is a very great Soverign and very powerful.206.
ਰਥੰ ਸੇਤ ਬਾਜੀ ਸਿਰਾਜੀਤ ਸੋਹੈ ॥
rathan set baajee siraajeet sohai |(Whose) chariot is fronted by white horses (shoeed) and adorned with 'Ajit' (indicative bouquet) on its head.
ਲਖੇ ਇੰਦ੍ਰ ਬਾਜੀ ਤਰੈ ਦ੍ਰਿਸਟ ਕੋ ਹੈ ॥
lakhe indr baajee tarai drisatt ko hai |Seeing the chariot of white horses, Indra also gets wonder-struck
ਹਠੀ ਬਾਬਰੀ ਕੋ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਨਾਮ ਜਾਨੋ ॥
hatthee baabaree ko hinsaa naam jaano |Know that head and head called 'Violence'.
ਮਹਾ ਜੰਗ ਜੋਧਾ ਅਜੈ ਲੋਕ ਮਾਨੋ ॥੨੦੭॥
mahaa jang jodhaa ajai lok maano |207|The name of hat persistent warrior is Hinsa (violence) and that great warrior is known as unconquerable in all the worlds.207.
ਸੁਭੰ ਸੰਦਲੀ ਬਾਜ ਰਾਜੀ ਸਿਰਾਜੀ ॥
subhan sandalee baaj raajee siraajee |(Ahead of whose chariots) beautiful sandal-coloured horses of Sheer's country are riding.
ਲਖੇ ਰੂਪ ਤਾ ਕੋ ਲਜੈ ਇੰਦ੍ਰ ਬਾਜੀ ॥
lakhe roop taa ko lajai indr baajee |Here are pretty horses like sandal, seeing whom the horses on Indra feel shy this great warrior is Kumantra (bad counsel),
ਕੁਮੰਤੰ ਮਹਾ ਜੰਗ ਜੋਧਾ ਜੁਝਾਰੰ ॥
kumantan mahaa jang jodhaa jujhaaran |(He is) the warrior of great power 'Kumanta'.
ਜਲੰ ਵਾ ਥਲੰ ਜੇਣ ਜਿਤੇ ਬਰਿਆਰੰ ॥੨੦੮॥
jalan vaa thalan jen jite bariaaran |208|Who has conquered the warriors at all places in water and on plain.208.
