ਰਾਜ ਕੁਆਰੀ ਦੁਹੂੰ ਨਿਹਾਰੋ ॥
raaj kuaaree duhoon nihaaro |When the two princesses saw (that king),
ਦੁਹੂੰ ਹ੍ਰਿਦੈ ਇਹ ਭਾਤਿ ਬਿਚਾਰੋ ॥
duhoon hridai ih bhaat bichaaro |So both of them thought like this in their mind
ਬਿਨੁ ਪੂਛੇ ਪਿਤੁ ਇਹ ਹਮ ਬਰਿ ਹੈ ॥
bin poochhe pit ih ham bar hai |That we will like it without asking the father,
ਨਾਤਰ ਮਾਰਿ ਕਟਾਰੀ ਮਰਿ ਹੈ ॥੮॥
naatar maar kattaaree mar hai |8|Otherwise, I will be stabbed and die. 8.
ਤਬ ਲਗੁ ਭੂਪ ਤ੍ਰਿਖਾਤੁਰ ਭਯੋ ॥
tab lag bhoop trikhaatur bhayo |Till then the king was tormented by thirst.
ਮ੍ਰਿਗ ਕੇ ਸਹਿਤ ਤਹਾ ਚਲਿ ਗਯੋ ॥
mrig ke sahit tahaa chal gayo |Barasinge went there with him.
ਸੋ ਮ੍ਰਿਗ ਰਾਜ ਸੁ ਤਨ ਕਹ ਦੀਯੋ ॥
so mrig raaj su tan kah deeyo |The king gave that Barasinga to them.
ਤਿਨ ਕੋ ਸੀਤ ਬਾਰਿ ਲੈ ਪੀਯੋ ॥੯॥
tin ko seet baar lai peeyo |9|He took cold water from them and drank it. 9.
ਬਾਧਾ ਬਾਜ ਏਕ ਦ੍ਰੁਮ ਕੇ ਤਰ ॥
baadhaa baaj ek drum ke tar |The horse was tied under a bridle
ਸੋਵਤ ਭਯੋ ਹ੍ਵੈ ਭੂਪ ਸ੍ਰਮਾਤੁਰ ॥
sovat bhayo hvai bhoop sramaatur |And the king fell asleep because he was tired.
ਰਾਜ ਕੁਆਰਨ ਘਾਤ ਪਛਾਨਾ ॥
raaj kuaaran ghaat pachhaanaa |Raj Kumaris seized the opportunity
ਸਖਿਯਨ ਸੋ ਅਸ ਕਿਯਾ ਬਖਾਨਾ ॥੧੦॥
sakhiyan so as kiyaa bakhaanaa |10|And told the friends like this. 10.
ਮਦਰਾ ਬਹੁ ਦੁਹੂੰ ਕੁਅਰਿ ਮੰਗਾਯੋ ॥
madaraa bahu duhoon kuar mangaayo |Both Rajkumaris asked for a lot of liquor
ਸਾਤ ਬਾਰ ਜੋ ਹੁਤੋ ਚੁਆਯੋ ॥
saat baar jo huto chuaayo |Which was removed seven times.
ਅਪਨ ਸਹਿਤ ਸਖਿਯਨ ਕੌ ਪ੍ਰਯਾਇ ॥
apan sahit sakhiyan kau prayaae |Piyai with his friends
ਅਧਿਕ ਮਤ ਕਰਿ ਦਈ ਸੁਵਾਇ ॥੧੧॥
adhik mat kar dee suvaae |11|And made (them) very drunk and made them sleep. 11.
ਜਬ ਜਾਨਾ ਤੇ ਭਈ ਦਿਵਾਨੀ ॥
jab jaanaa te bhee divaanee |When they came to know that (all the Sakhis) have become impure
ਸੋਏ ਸਕਲ ਪਹਰੂਆ ਜਾਨੀ ॥
soe sakal paharooaa jaanee |And also realized that all the guards are also asleep.
ਦੁਹੂੰ ਸਨਾਹੀ ਲਈ ਮੰਗਾਇ ॥
duhoon sanaahee lee mangaae |(So they) both called for swimming exercises
ਪਹਿਰਿ ਨਦੀ ਮੈ ਧਸੀ ਬਨਾਇ ॥੧੨॥
pahir nadee mai dhasee banaae |12|And took it and fell into the river. 12.
ਤਰਤ ਤਰਤ ਆਈ ਤੇ ਤਹਾ ॥
tarat tarat aaee te tahaa |They hurriedly came there,
ਸੋਵਤ ਸੁਤੋ ਨਰਾਧਿਪ ਜਹਾ ॥
sovat suto naraadhip jahaa |Where the king was sleeping.
ਪਕਰਿ ਪਾਵ ਤਿਹ ਦਿਯਾ ਜਗਾਇ ॥
pakar paav tih diyaa jagaae |He woke him up by holding his feet
ਅਜਾ ਚਰਮ ਪਰ ਲਿਯਾ ਚੜਾਇ ॥੧੩॥
ajaa charam par liyaa charraae |13|And mounted him on a goat's skin (made of mashka). 13.
ਭੂਪਤਿ ਲਿਯਾ ਚੜਾਇ ਸਨਾਈ ॥
bhoopat liyaa charraae sanaaee |The king was put on the platform
ਸਰਿਤਾ ਬੀਚ ਪਰੀ ਪੁਨਿ ਜਾਈ ॥
saritaa beech paree pun jaaee |And they fell into the river again.
ਤਰਤ ਤਰਤ ਅਪਨੋ ਤਜਿ ਦੇਸਾ ॥
tarat tarat apano taj desaa |After leaving his country
ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਭੀ ਤਿਹ ਦੇਸ ਨਰੇਸਾ ॥੧੪॥
praapat bhee tih des naresaa |14|They reached the country of that king. 14.
ਜਬ ਕਛੁ ਸੁਧਿ ਸਖਿਯਨ ਤਿਨ ਪਾਈ ॥
jab kachh sudh sakhiyan tin paaee |When those friends came to some sense.
ਨ੍ਰਿਸੰਦੇਹ ਯੌ ਹੀ ਠਹਰਾਈ ॥
nrisandeh yau hee tthaharaaee |They undoubtedly took it
ਮਦ ਸੌ ਭਈ ਜਾਨੁ ਮਤਵਾਰੀ ॥
mad sau bhee jaan matavaaree |That by fainting with alcohol
ਡੂਬਿ ਮੁਈ ਦੋਊ ਰਾਜ ਦੁਲਾਰੀ ॥੧੫॥
ddoob muee doaoo raaj dulaaree |15|Both Raj Kumaris are drowned (in the river).15.

ਵੈ ਦੋਊ ਨ੍ਰਿਪ ਸੰਗ ਗਈ ਅਨਿਕ ਹਿਯੇ ਹਰਖਾਤ ॥
vai doaoo nrip sang gee anik hiye harakhaat |Both of them went with the king with great joy in their hearts.
ਅਜਾ ਚਰਮ ਪਰ ਭੂਪ ਬਰ ਦੁਹੂੰਅਨ ਚਲਾ ਬਜਾਤ ॥੧੬॥
ajaa charam par bhoop bar duhoonan chalaa bajaat |16|By climbing on the goat skin (made of mashka), the king also went away enjoying with them. 16.
ਇਤਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਚਰਿਤ੍ਰ ਪਖ੍ਯਾਨੇ ਤ੍ਰਿਯਾ ਚਰਿਤ੍ਰੇ ਮੰਤ੍ਰੀ ਭੂਪ ਸੰਬਾਦੇ ਤੀਨ ਸੌ ਤ੍ਰਿਤਾਲੀਸ ਚਰਿਤ੍ਰ ਸਮਾਪਤਮ ਸਤੁ ਸੁਭਮ ਸਤੁ ॥੩੪੩॥੬੩੮੭॥ਅਫਜੂੰ॥

ਹਰਿਦ੍ਵਾਰ ਇਕ ਸੁਨ ਨ੍ਰਿਪਾਲਾ ॥

ਜਿਹ ਸਮ ਦੂਸਰਿ ਬਿਧਿ ਨ ਬਨਾਈ ॥੧॥
jih sam doosar bidh na banaaee |1|The one who did not make another like Vidhata. 1.
ਜਬ ਵਹੁ ਤਰੁਨਿ ਤਰੁਨ ਅਤਿ ਭਈ ॥
jab vahu tarun tarun at bhee |When she Raj Kumari Bhar became young
ਭੂਪ ਸੈਨ ਨ੍ਰਿਪ ਕਹਿ ਪਿਤ ਦਈ ॥
bhoop sain nrip keh pit dee |So the father gave (in marriage) that Bhup San to the king.
ਸਿਰੀ ਨਗਰ ਭੀਤਰ ਜਬ ਆਈ ॥
siree nagar bheetar jab aaee |When (Raj Kumari) came to Siri Nagar,
ਲਖਿ ਚੰਡਾਲਿਕ ਅਧਿਕ ਲੁਭਾਈ ॥੨॥
lakh chanddaalik adhik lubhaaee |2|So she was very tempted to see a Chandal. 2.
ਪਠੈ ਸਹਚਰੀ ਲਿਯਾ ਬੁਲਾਈ ॥
patthai sahacharee liyaa bulaaee |Called (her) by sending a friend
ਨ੍ਰਿਪ ਸੌ ਭੋਗ ਕਥਾ ਬਿਸਰਾਈ ॥
nrip sau bhog kathaa bisaraaee |And forgot about having sex with the king.
ਰੈਨਿ ਦਿਵਸ ਤਿਹ ਲੇਤ ਬੁਲਾਈ ॥
