ਲਰਿਯੋ ਆਨਿ ਜੋ ਪੈ ਗਯੋ ਜੂਝਿ ਤੌਨੈ ॥
lariyo aan jo pai gayo joojh tauanai |Whoever came and fought was killed.
ਤਹਾ ਜੋਜਨੰ ਪਾਚ ਭਯੋ ਬੀਰ ਖੇਤੰ ॥
tahaa jojanan paach bhayo beer khetan |There was a war in an area of up to five jojans (twenty kohans).
ਬਿਦਾਰੇ ਪਰੇ ਬੀਰ ਬ੍ਰਿੰਦੇ ਬਿਚੇਤੰ ॥੩੨॥
bidaare pare beer brinde bichetan |32|There, groups of warriors were lying unconscious after being killed. 32.
ਕਹੂੰ ਬੀਰ ਬੈਤਾਲ ਬੀਨਾ ਬਜਾਵੈ ॥
kahoon beer baitaal beenaa bajaavai |Somewhere Bir Baital was playing the Bina
ਕਹੂੰ ਜੋਗਨੀਯੈਂ ਖਰੀ ਗੀਤ ਗਾਵੈ ॥
kahoon joganeeyain kharee geet gaavai |And somewhere Jogans were standing and singing songs.
ਕਹੂੰ ਲੈ ਬਰੰਗਨਿ ਬਰੈਂ ਵੈ ਤਿਸੀ ਕੋ ॥
kahoon lai barangan barain vai tisee ko |Somewhere the storms were raining on them
ਲਹੈ ਸਾਮੁਹੇ ਜੁਧ ਜੁਝੋ ਜਿਸੀ ਕੋ ॥੩੩॥
lahai saamuhe judh jujho jisee ko |33|Those who used to fight and die in front of Ahamos. 33.

ਜਬ ਹੀ ਸੈਨ ਜੂਝਿ ਸਭ ਗਈ ॥
jab hee sain joojh sabh gee |When the whole army was killed,
ਤਬ ਤ੍ਰਿਯ ਸੁਤਹਿ ਪਠਾਵਤ ਭਈ ॥
tab triy suteh patthaavat bhee |Then the woman sent her son.
ਸੋਊ ਜੂਝਿ ਜਬ ਸ੍ਵਰਗ ਸਿਧਾਯੋ ॥
soaoo joojh jab svarag sidhaayo |When he also fought and went to heaven
ਦੁਤਿਯ ਪੁਤ੍ਰ ਤਹ ਔਰ ਪਠਾਯੋ ॥੩੪॥
dutiy putr tah aauar patthaayo |34|So he sent another son there. 34.
ਸੋਊ ਗਿਰਿਯੋ ਜੂਝਿ ਰਨ ਜਬ ਹੀ ॥
soaoo giriyo joojh ran jab hee |When he also fought and died in the battlefield,
ਤੀਜੇ ਸੁਤਹਿ ਪਠਾਯੋ ਤਬ ਹੀ ॥
teeje suteh patthaayo tab hee |Then immediately sent the third son.
ਸੋਊ ਜੂਝਿ ਜਬ ਗਯੋ ਦਿਵਾਲੈ ॥
soaoo joojh jab gayo divaalai |When he also fought and went to Dev Lok,
ਚੌਥੇ ਪੂਤ ਪਠਾਯੋ ਬਾਲੈ ॥੩੫॥
chauathe poot patthaayo baalai |35|So (that) woman sent the fourth son. 35.
ਚਾਰੌ ਗਿਰੇ ਜੂਝਿ ਸੁਤ ਜਬ ਹੀ ॥
chaarau gire joojh sut jab hee |When the four sons fell fighting,
ਅਬਲਾ ਚਲੀ ਜੁਧ ਕੌ ਤਬ ਹੀ ॥
abalaa chalee judh kau tab hee |Then the woman herself went to war.
ਸੂਰ ਬਚੇ ਤੇ ਸਕਲ ਬੁਲਾਇਸਿ ॥
soor bache te sakal bulaaeis |Called all the remaining heroes
ਲਰਨ ਚਲੀ ਦੁੰਦਭੀ ਬਜਾਇਸਿ ॥੩੬॥
laran chalee dundabhee bajaaeis |36|And sounded the alarm to fight. 36.
ਐਸਾ ਕਰਾ ਬਾਲ ਤਹ ਜੁਧਾ ॥
aaisaa karaa baal tah judhaa |That woman fought such a war
ਰਹੀ ਨ ਭਟ ਕਾਹੂ ਮਹਿ ਸੁਧਾ ॥
rahee na bhatt kaahoo meh sudhaa |That there was no pure wisdom left in any warrior.
ਮਾਰੇ ਪਰੇ ਬੀਰ ਬਿਕਰਾਰਾ ॥
maare pare beer bikaraaraa |Many terrible heroes were killed
ਗੋਮੁਖ ਝਾਝਰ ਬਸਤ ਨਗਾਰਾ ॥੩੭॥
gomukh jhaajhar basat nagaaraa |37|And Gomukh (Ran Singhe) was playing cymbals etc. 37.
ਜਾ ਪਰ ਸਿਮਟਿ ਸਰੋਹੀ ਮਾਰਤਿ ॥
jaa par simatt sarohee maarat |On which (the queen) used to attack Sirohi (a sword made in Sirohi town).
ਤਾ ਕੋ ਕਾਟਿ ਭੂਮ ਸਿਰ ਡਾਰਤਿ ॥
taa ko kaatt bhoom sir ddaarat |She would cut off his head and throw it on the ground.
ਜਾ ਕੇ ਹਨੈ ਤਰੁਨਿ ਤਨ ਬਾਨਾ ॥
jaa ke hanai tarun tan baanaa |On whose body the queen shot an arrow,
ਕਰੈ ਸੁਭਟ ਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਲੋਕ ਪਯਾਨਾ ॥੩੮॥
karai subhatt mrit lok payaanaa |38|That warrior (quickly) defeated Jamlok. 38.
ਚੁਨਿ ਚੁਨਿ ਜ੍ਵਾਨ ਪਖਰਿਯਾ ਮਾਰੇ ॥
chun chun jvaan pakhariyaa maare |They killed the horsemen by choice.
ਇਕ ਇਕ ਤੇ ਦ੍ਵੈ ਦ੍ਵੈ ਕਰਿ ਡਾਰੇ ॥
eik ik te dvai dvai kar ddaare |One by one, two pieces were broken.
ਉਠੀ ਧੂਰਿ ਲਾਗੀ ਅਸਮਾਨਾ ॥
autthee dhoor laagee asamaanaa |(From the battlefield) the dust flew up to the sky
ਅਸਿ ਚਮਕੈ ਬਿਜੁਰੀ ਪਰਮਾਨਾ ॥੩੯॥
as chamakai bijuree paramaanaa |39|And the swords began to shine like lightning. 39.
ਕਾਟੇ ਸੁਭਟ ਸਰੋਹਿਨ ਪਰੇ ॥
kaatte subhatt sarohin pare |The heroes, cut off by the Sirohis, lay like this,
ਜਨੁ ਮਾਰੁਤ ਬਰ ਬਿਰਛ ਉਪਰੇ ॥
jan maarut bar birachh upare |As if Jhakhar had dug up a big bridge and fell asleep.
ਗਜ ਜੂਝੇ ਮਾਰੇ ਬਾਜੀ ਰਨ ॥
gaj joojhe maare baajee ran |Elephants and horses were killed in the war.
ਜਨੁ ਕ੍ਰੀੜਾ ਸਿਵ ਕੋ ਯਹ ਹੈ ਬਨ ॥੪੦॥
jan kreerraa siv ko yah hai ban |40|(It looked like a battlefield) as if it were Shiva's playground. 40.
ਰਨ ਐਸੋ ਅਬਲਾ ਤਿਨ ਕੀਯਾ ॥
ran aaiso abalaa tin keeyaa |That queen waged such a war,
ਪਾਛੇ ਭਯੋ ਨ ਆਗੇ ਹੂਆ ॥
paachhe bhayo na aage hooaa |What did not happen before and will not happen again.
ਖੰਡ ਖੰਡ ਹ੍ਵੈ ਗਿਰੀ ਧਰਨਿ ਪਰ ॥
khandd khandd hvai giree dharan par |She fell on the ground in pieces
ਰਨ ਜੂਝੀ ਭਵਸਿੰਧੁ ਗਈ ਤਰਿ ॥੪੧॥
ran joojhee bhavasindh gee tar |41|And after fighting in the battle, the world crossed the ocean. 41.
ਖੰਡ ਖੰਡ ਬਾਜੀ ਪਰ ਭਈ ॥
khandd khandd baajee par bhee |She fell to pieces on the horse,
ਤਊ ਨ ਛੋਰਿ ਅਯੋਧਨ ਗਈ ॥
taoo na chhor ayodhan gee |But even then she did not leave the battlefield.
ਭੂਤ ਪਿਸਾਚ ਗਏ ਭਖਿ ਤਾਮਾ ॥
bhoot pisaach ge bhakh taamaa |His flesh ('tama') was eaten by demons and vampires,
ਬਾਗਿ ਮੋਰਿ ਤਊ ਭਜੀ ਨ ਬਾਮਾ ॥੪੨॥
baag mor taoo bhajee na baamaa |42|But she did not turn the reins (of the horse) and run away (from the desert). 42.
ਪ੍ਰਥਮ ਚਾਰਊ ਪੁਤ੍ਰ ਜੁਝਾਏ ॥
pratham chaaraoo putr jujhaae |First four sons died
ਬਹੁਰਿ ਆਪੁ ਬੈਰੀ ਬਹੁ ਘਾਏ ॥
bahur aap bairee bahu ghaae |And then he killed many enemies.
ਪ੍ਰਥਮ ਬਾਲ ਕੌ ਜਬੈ ਸੰਘਾਰਿਯੋ ॥
pratham baal kau jabai sanghaariyo |When the first queen was killed,
ਤਿਹ ਪਾਛੇ ਬੀਰਮ ਦੇ ਮਾਰਿਯੋ ॥੪੩॥
tih paachhe beeram de maariyo |43|Then he killed Biram Dev after that. 43.
