ਭਾਗੀਰਥਨੀ ਪਦ ਕੋ ਆਦਿ ਬਖਾਨੀਐ ॥
bhaageerathanee pad ko aad bakhaaneeai |First say the term 'Bhagirathni' (land with the river Ganga brought by Bhagiratha).
ਜਾ ਚਰ ਕਹਿ ਨਾਇਕ ਪਦ ਬਹੁਰੋ ਠਾਨੀਐ ॥
jaa char keh naaeik pad bahuro tthaaneeai |Then add the phrase 'Ja Char Nayak'.
ਸਤ੍ਰੁ ਸਬਦ ਕੋ ਤਾ ਕੇ ਅੰਤਿ ਉਚਾਰੀਐ ॥
satru sabad ko taa ke ant uchaareeai |Consider the 'satru' pada at its end.
ਹੋ ਸਕਲ ਤੁਪਕ ਕੇ ਨਾਮ ਪ੍ਰਬੀਨ ਬਿਚਾਰੀਐ ॥੮੨੨॥
ho sakal tupak ke naam prabeen bichaareeai |822|After firstly uttering the word “Bhaagirthani” and then saying words Jaachar-nayak and shatru at the end, and comprehend all the names of Tupak thoughtfully.822.

naam tupak ke sakal pramaano |823|Utter the words “Jaachar-nayak-shatru” after saying firstly the word “Jatnin” and know all the names of Tupak.823.

naam tufang jaan jeea leejai |824|Saying firstly the word “Nadi-raatnin”, utter the words “Jaachar-pati an shatru” and know the names of Tupak.824.
ਭੀਖਮ ਜਨਨਿਨਿ ਆਦਿ ਬਖਾਨੋ ॥
bheekham jananin aad bakhaano |First say the words 'Bhikham Jannini' (land of the Ganges).
ਜਾ ਚਰ ਕਹਿ ਪਤਿ ਸਬਦ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਨੋ ॥
jaa char keh pat sabad pramaano |Then add the words 'Ja Char Pati'.
ਨਾਮ ਤੁਪਕ ਕੇ ਸਭ ਹੀ ਲਹੀਐ ॥
naam tupak ke sabh hee laheeai |Take (it) as the name of all the drops.
ਯਾ ਮੈ ਕਛੂ ਭੇਦ ਨਹੀ ਕਹੀਐ ॥੮੨੫॥
yaa mai kachhoo bhed nahee kaheeai |825|Saying firstly the word “Bhisham-janani” and then adding the words “Jaachar-pati”, know all the names of Tupak without any discrimination.825.
ਨਦੀ ਈਸ੍ਰਨਿਨਿ ਆਦਿ ਉਚਰੀਐ ॥
nadee eesranin aad uchareeai |First say the word 'Nadi Isranini' (land of the Ganges).
ਜਾ ਚਰ ਕਹਿ ਨਾਇਕ ਪਦ ਡਰੀਐ ॥
jaa char keh naaeik pad ddareeai |(Then) add the term 'Ja Char Nayak'.

naam tupak ke sakal pachhaano |826|Utter firstly the word “Nadi-ishvarni” and then add “Jaachar-nayak-shatru”, then recognize all the names of Tupak.826.
ਨਦੀ ਰਾਜਨਿਨਿ ਆਦਿ ਬਖਾਨੋ ॥
nadee raajanin aad bakhaano |First say 'Nadi Rajnini' (Land of the Ganges).
ਜਾ ਚਰ ਕਹਿ ਪਤਿ ਸਬਦ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਨੋ ॥
jaa char keh pat sabad pramaano |(Then) say the words 'Ja Char Nayak'.
ਸਤ੍ਰੁ ਸਬਦ ਬਹੁਰੋ ਮੁਖਿ ਭਾਖੁ ॥
satru sabad bahuro mukh bhaakh |Then speak the word 'satru' from the mouth.
ਨਾਮ ਤੁਫੰਗ ਚੀਨਿ ਚਿਤਿ ਰਾਖੁ ॥੮੨੭॥
naam tufang cheen chit raakh |827|Utter the words “Jaachar-shatru” after saying the word “Nadiraajanani” and recognize the names of Tupak (Tuphang) in you mind.827.

nad naaeikanin aad bakhaano |First recite the verse 'Nadinayakanini' (Land of Rivers Ganges).

jaa char keh pat sabad pramaano |(Then) add the words 'Ja Char Pati'.

satru sabad bahuro tih deejai |After that recite the word 'Satru'.
ਨਾਮ ਤੁਫੰਗ ਚੀਨਿ ਚਿਤਿ ਲੀਜੈ ॥੮੨੮॥
naam tufang cheen chit leejai |828|Add the words “Jaachar-pati-shatru” after firstly saying the word ‘Nad-naayakni” and know the names of Tupak in your mind.828.
ਸਰਿਤੇਸ੍ਰਨਿਨਿ ਆਦਿ ਭਣਿਜੈ ॥
saritesranin aad bhanijai |First say the words 'Saritesranini' (the land of rivers, Lord Ganges).
ਜਾ ਚਰ ਕਹਿ ਨਾਇਕ ਪਦ ਦਿਜੈ ॥
jaa char keh naaeik pad dijai |(In it) add the term 'Ja Char Nayak'.

jaa char pat keh satru keh naam tupak jeea dhaar |832|Utter firstly the word “Saritaanrapnin” from your mouth and then saying the words “Jaachar-pati-shatru”, know the names of Tupak in your mind.832.
