ਨ ਸ਼ਿਕਮੇ ਦਿਗਰ ਦਰ ਦਹਾਨੇ ਦਿਗਰ ॥੫੫॥
n shikame digar dar dahaane digar |55|The speech and action should correspond.55.
ਕਿ ਕਾਜ਼ੀ ਮਰਾ ਗੁਫ਼ਤਹ ਬੇਰੂੰ ਨਯਮ ॥
ki kaazee maraa gufatah beroon nayam |I agree with the words conveyed by the Qazi,
ਅਗਰ ਰਾਸਤੀ ਖ਼ੁਦ ਬਿਯਾਰੀ ਕਦਮ ॥੫੬॥
agar raasatee khud biyaaree kadam |56|but if you promise to come on the right path.56.
ਤੁਰਾ ਗਰ ਬਬਾਯਦ ੳਾਂ ਕਉਲੇ ਕੁਰਾਂ ॥
turaa gar babaayad aan kaule kuraan |If you want to see the letter containing oaths,
ਬਨਿਜ਼ਦੇ ਸ਼ੁਮਾ ਰਾ ਰਸਾਨਮ ਹਮਾ ॥੫੭॥
banizade shumaa raa rasaanam hamaa |57|I can send you the same immediatedly.57.
ਕਿ ਤਸ਼ਰੀਫ ਦਰ ਕਸਬਹ ਕਾਂਗੜ ਕੁਨਦ ॥
ki tashareef dar kasabah kaangarr kunad |If you come yourself in village Kangar,
ਵਜ਼ਾਂ ਪਸ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਬਾਹਮ ਸ਼ਵਦ ॥੫੮॥
vazaan pas mulaakaat baaham shavad |58|we can meet each other.58.
ਨ ਜ਼ੱਰਹ ਦਰੀਂ ਰਾਹਿ ਖ਼ਤਰਾ ਤੁਰਾਸਤ ॥
n zarah dareen raeh khataraa turaasat |Do not bring in your mind the danger of coming there
ਹਮਹ ਕੌਮਿ ਬੈਰਾੜ ਹੁਕਮੇ ਮਰਾਸਤ ॥੫੯॥
hamah kauam bairaarr hukame maraasat |59|Because the Brar community acts according to my orders.59.
ਬਯਾ ਤਾ ਸੁਖ਼ਨ ਖ਼ੁਦ ਜ਼ੁਬਾਨੀ ਕੁਨੇਮ ॥
bayaa taa sukhan khud zubaanee kunem |We can talk to each other in this way
ਬਰੂਇ ਸ਼ੁਮਾ ਮਿਹਰਬਾਨੀ ਕੁਨੇਮ ॥੬੦॥
barooe shumaa miharabaanee kunem |60|Kindly come so that we may have direct talk.60.
ਯਕੇ ਅਸਪ ਸ਼ਾਇਸਤਏ ਯਕ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ॥
yake asap shaaeisate yak hazaar |Your saying that I may bring for you a very fine steed of one thousand rupees and
ਬਯਾ ਤਾ ਬਗੀਰੀ ਬ ਮਨ ਈਂ ਦਯਾਰ ॥੬੧॥
bayaa taa bageeree b man een dayaar |61|Get this area as a feoff (jagir) from you, you may keep this thing in your mind.61.
ਸ਼ਹਿਨਸ਼ਾਹ ਰਾ ਬੰਦਹਏ ਚਾਕਰੇਮ ॥
shahinashaah raa bandahe chaakarem |I am the man of the Sovereign of Sovereign and His slave
ਅਗਰ ਹੁਕਮ ਆਯਦ ਬਜਾਂ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੇਮ ॥੬੨॥
agar hukam aayad bajaan haazarem |62|If He permits me, then I shall present myself there.62.
ਗਰਚਿ ਬਿਆਯਦ ਬ ਫ਼ੁਰਮਾਨਿ ਮਨ ॥
garach biaayad b furamaan man |If He permits me,
ਹਜ਼ੂਰਤੁ ਬਿਆਯਮ ਹਮਹ ਜਾਨੋ ਤਨ ॥੬੩॥
hazoorat biaayam hamah jaano tan |63|then I shall be present there in person.63.
ਅਗਰ ਤੂ ਬਯਜ਼ਦਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਸਤੀ ਕੁਨੀ ॥
agar too bayazadaan prasatee kunee |If you worship One Lord,
ਬ ਕਾਰੇ ਮਰਾ ਈਂ ਨ ਸੁਸਤੀ ਕੁਨੀ ॥੬੪॥
b kaare maraa een na susatee kunee |64|you will not cause any delay in this work of mine.64.
ਬਬਾਯਦ ਕਿ ਯਜ਼ਦਾਂ ਸ਼ਨਾਸੀ ਕੁਨੀ ॥
babaayad ki yazadaan shanaasee kunee |You should recognize the Lord,
ਨ ਗ਼ੁਫ਼ਤਹ ਕਸੇ ਕਸ ਖ਼ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਕੁਨੀ ॥੬੫॥
n gufatah kase kas kharaashee kunee |65|so that you may not talk ill or cause injury to anybody.65.
ਤੂ ਮਸਨਦ ਨਸ਼ੀਂ ਸਰਵਰਿ ਕਾਯਨਾਤ ॥
too masanad nasheen saravar kaayanaat |You are the Sovereign of the world and you sit on the throne,
ਕਿ ਅਜਬਸਤ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਈਂ ਹਮ ਸਿਫ਼ਾਤ ॥੬੬॥
ki ajabasat inasaaf een ham sifaat |66|but I wonder at your ill acts of injustice.66.
ਕਿ ਅਜਬਸਤੁ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ੋ ਦੀਂ ਪਰਵਰੀ ॥
ki ajabasat inasaafo deen paravaree |I wonder at your acts of piety and justice
