ਸੋ ਤਰੁਨੀ ਤਿਹ ਰਸ ਰਸਿ ਗਈ ॥
so tarunee tih ras ras gee |That girl became engrossed in his love
ਕਾਢਿ ਸਮਿਗ੍ਰੀ ਸਿਗਰੀ ਦਈ ॥
kaadt samigree sigaree dee |And gave away all the material (brought from home).
ਇਹ ਛਲ ਸਾਥ ਲਹਾ ਮਨ ਭਾਵਨ ॥
eih chhal saath lahaa man bhaavan |By this trick (she) got (a husband) to her heart's content.
ਸਕਾ ਚੀਨ ਕੋਊ ਪੁਰਖ ਉਪਾਵਨ ॥੯॥
sakaa cheen koaoo purakh upaavan |9|No man could understand (his) character ('upava').9.
ਕਾਢਿ ਦਏ ਸਭ ਹੀ ਰਖਵਾਰੇ ॥
kaadt de sabh hee rakhavaare |Removed all custodians.
ਲੋਹ ਕਰਾ ਜਿਨ ਤੇ ਹਨਿ ਡਾਰੇ ॥
loh karaa jin te han ddaare |Those who took up arms, killed them.
ਜਮਲੇਸ੍ਵਰ ਨ੍ਰਿਪ ਸੌ ਯੌ ਭਾਖੀ ॥
jamalesvar nrip sau yau bhaakhee |Sent this message to the king of Jamla Garh
ਤੁਮਰੀ ਛੀਨਿ ਸੁਤਾ ਨ੍ਰਿਪ ਰਾਖੀ ॥੧੦॥

ਜਾ ਕੇ ਤੇਜ ਰੁ ਤ੍ਰਾਸ ਕੌ ਜਾਨਤ ਸਗਰੋ ਦੇਸ ॥੧॥
jaa ke tej ru traas kau jaanat sagaro des |1|Whose speed and fear the whole country knew. 1.

ਰੂਪਵਾਨ ਗੁਨਵਾਨ ਤਿਆਗੀ ॥
roopavaan gunavaan tiaagee |Who was very graceful, virtuous and a recluse.
ਸ੍ਯਾਮ ਦਾਸ ਤਾ ਕੋ ਭਨਿ ਨਾਮਾ ॥

ਨਿਸ ਦਿਨ ਨਿਰਖਿ ਰਹਤ ਤਿਹ ਬਾਮਾ ॥੩॥
nis din nirakh rahat tih baamaa |3|Women used to see him day and night. 3.
ਮਤੀ ਬਿਭਾਸ ਤਵਨ ਰਸ ਰਾਚੀ ॥
matee bibhaas tavan ras raachee |Bibhas Mati was engrossed in his love.
ਕਾਮ ਭੋਗ ਮਿਤਵਾ ਕੇ ਮਾਚੀ ॥
kaam bhog mitavaa ke maachee |She used to enjoy sex with her friend.
ਗਵਨ ਕਰੌ ਤਾ ਸੌ ਮਨ ਭਾਵੈ ॥
gavan karau taa sau man bhaavai |(She) was fond of him.
ਸਵਤਿਨ ਸੋਕ ਹ੍ਰਿਦੈ ਮਹਿ ਆਵੈ ॥੪॥
savatin sok hridai meh aavai |4|The sleepers (by doing this) were very sad in their minds. 4.
ਅਹਿਧੁਜ ਦੇ ਝਖਕੇਤੁ ਮਤੀ ਭਨਿ ॥
ahidhuj de jhakhaket matee bhan |(one of her sighs) Ahidhuja Dei said to (the second sigh) Jhakketu Mati
ਪੁਹਪ ਮੰਜਰੀ ਫੂਲ ਮਤੀ ਗਨਿ ॥
puhap manjaree fool matee gan |And Puhap Manjari said to Fulmati.
ਨਾਗਰਿ ਦੇ ਨਾਗਨਿ ਦੇ ਰਾਨੀ ॥
naagar de naagan de raanee |(There were) also (two) queens named (Dei) of Nagar and (Dei) of Nagan.
ਨ੍ਰਿਤ ਮਤੀ ਸਭ ਹੀ ਜਗ ਜਾਨੀ ॥੫॥
nrit matee sabh hee jag jaanee |5|And the (seventh) dance was known all over the world.5.
ਤਿਨ ਦਿਨ ਏਕ ਕਰੀ ਮਿਜਮਾਨੀ ॥
tin din ek karee mijamaanee |She (Bibhas Mati Rani) had a love meal one day.
ਨਿਵਤਿ ਪਠੀ ਸਭ ਹੀ ਘਰ ਰਾਨੀ ॥
nivat patthee sabh hee ghar raanee |Sent all the queens away.
ਬਿਖੁ ਕੌ ਭੋਜਨ ਸਭਨ ਖਵਾਇ ॥
bikh kau bhojan sabhan khavaae |Everyone was fed the desired food
ਸਕਲ ਦਈ ਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਲੋਕ ਪਠਾਇ ॥੬॥
sakal dee mrit lok patthaae |6|And sent all of them to Jamlok. 6.
ਬਿਖੁ ਕਹ ਖਾਇ ਮਰੀ ਸਵਤੈ ਸਬ ॥
bikh kah khaae maree savatai sab |(When) by eating Vish all the cravings died,
ਰੋਵਤ ਭਈ ਬਿਭਾਸ ਮਤੀ ਤਬ ॥
rovat bhee bibhaas matee tab |Then Bibhas Mati started crying
ਪਾਪ ਕਰਮ ਕੀਨਾ ਮੈ ਭਾਰੋ ॥
paap karam keenaa mai bhaaro |That I have committed a great sin.
ਧੋਖੇ ਲਵਨ ਇਨੈ ਬਿਖੁ ਖ੍ਵਾਰੋ ॥੭॥
dhokhe lavan inai bikh khvaaro |7|The illusion of salt has given them hope. 7.
ਅਬ ਮੈ ਗਰੌ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਜਾਇ ॥
ab mai garau himaachal jaae |Now I will go and get lost in the Himalayas,
ਕੈ ਪਾਵਕ ਮਹਿ ਬਰੌ ਬਨਾਇ ॥
kai paavak meh barau banaae |Or I will burn in the fire.
ਸਹਚਰਿ ਸਹਸ ਹਟਕਿ ਤਿਹ ਰਹੀ ॥
sahachar sahas hattak tih rahee |Thousands of girlfriends stopped him,
ਮਾਨਤ ਭਈ ਨ ਤਿਨ ਕੀ ਕਹੀ ॥੮॥
maanat bhee na tin kee kahee |8|But (he) did not accept their words.8.
ਵਹੈ ਸੰਗ ਬੈਰਾਗੀ ਲੀਨਾ ॥
vahai sang bairaagee leenaa |(He) took the same with Bairagi
ਜਾ ਸੌ ਕਾਮ ਭੋਗ ਕਹ ਕੀਨਾ ॥
jaa sau kaam bhog kah keenaa |With whom he had sexual intercourse.
ਲੋਗ ਲਖੈ ਤ੍ਰਿਯ ਗਰਬੇ ਗਈ ॥
log lakhai triy garabe gee |People think that the woman has gone astray (on the Himalayas).
