chit so churaavat bhoop |96|

Hundreds of kings evaded him, seeing the moonlike beauty of his face.96.

eih bhaat kai badd raaj |

Thus he ruled a great deal

bahu jag dharam samaaj |

In this way, the king ruled like a great sovereign in the world doing religious and social services and performing Yajnas

jau kaho sarab bichaar |

If I say the whole context thoughtfully

eik hot kathaa pasaar |97|

If I narrate all the things associated with him, the story will be greatly increased.97.

tih te su thoreeai baat |

So little talk (says).

sun lehu bhaakho bhraat |

Therefore, I say in brief, O brothers! listen to it

bahu jag dharam samaaj |

(He) performed a lot of sacrifices along with religion and society.

eih bhaat kai aj raaj |98|

The king Aj ruled in this way in various ways in religions and society.98.

Today the king had accepted the world as his own.

He abandoned the idea of considering the whole world as his own and did not care for anyone

Then the Sword of Wrath of Time ('Krwal') (appeared).

aj jaareea madh jvaal |99|

Then the great Death, in great rage, reduced king Aj to ashes in his fire.99.

aj jot jot milaan |

Today the king's flame has merged into the (great) flame.

tab sarab dekh ddaraan |

Seeing the king Aj merging in the supreme Light, all the people became fearful like the passengers of a boat without the sailor

jim naav khevatt heen |

(Their position was as follows) as a boat is without a sailor

jim deh arabal chheen |100|

The people became weak like the individual becoming helpless with the loss of physical strength.100.

jim gaav raav biheen |

Like a village without Rao (Chaudhury),

jim urabaraa kris chheen |

Just as a village becomes helpless without a headman, the earth becomes meaningless without fertility,

jim dirab heen bhanddaar |

As there is treasure without money,

jim saeh heen bipaar |101|

The treasure loses charm without wealth and the trader becomes in low spirit without the trade.101.

jim arath heen kabit |

As a poem devoid of meaning,

bin prem ke jim mit |

Without the king, the people became like poetry without meaning, friend without love,

jim raaj heen su des |

As there is no country without a king,

jim sain heen nares |102|

The country without the king and as the army becomes helpless without the general.102.

jim giaan heen jugeaandr |

As there is a yogi without knowledge,

jim bhoom heen maheaandr |

That state becomes like a Yogi without knowledge, a king without kingdom,

jim arath heen bichaar |

As thought without meaning,

jim darab heen udaar |103|

The idea without the meaning and the donor without the material.103.

jim ankus heen gajes |

Like a big elephant without a bridle,

jim sain heen nares |

The people became like an elephant without a goad, the king without the army,

jim sasatr heen lujhaar |

As a warrior without armour,

jim budh baajh bichaar |104|

The warrior without weapons and the ideas without wiseom.104.

jim naar heen bhataar |

As there is a husband without a woman,

jim kant heen su naar |

They are just like the wife without husband, the woman without beloved,

jim budh heen kabit |

As wisdom is inferior to wisdom,

jim prem heen su mit |105|

The poetry without wisdom and the friend without love.105.

jim des bhoop biheen |

As there is a king without a country,

bin kant naar adheen |

They are just like the country becoming desolate, the women losing their husbands,

jih bhaat bipr abid |

As the uneducated Brahmin is,

jim arath heen sabid |106|

The Brahmins without learning or the men without wealth.106.

te kahe sarab nares |

They are all called kings

je aa ge ih des |

In this way, the kings, who ruled over this country, how can they be described?
