His now was perfect and the body distinctive he was persistent, vow-observing and like the son of sage Atri.356.
In this way, the arrow-maker is made of jats
The sage Dutt seeing his arrows and meditation, was greatly pleased
Accepted (him) as the fifteenth great Guru in the mind.
Adopting him his fifteenth Guru and leaving all his persistence he accepted him as his redeemer.357.
If one loves God ('nah') in this way,
In this way, whosoever loves the Lord, he crosses this infinite ocean of existence
Put aside the illusions of body and mind.
Removing the illusions of his body ad mind, Dutt fell down at the feet of his Fifteenth Guru in this way.358.

Now begins the description of the adoption of a vulture as the Sixteenth Guru
TOTAK STANZA
(Datta has) a vibhuti on his face.
The sage was alongwith his disciples having smeared his face with ashes and wearing the ochre-coloured clothes
They sing the merits of a Gobind with their mouths.
He was singing the praises of the Lord with his mouth and was moving unattached with all kind of desires.359.
The beautiful-looking sage (Datta) is chanting.
Various sounds were created with the mouth and the sage Dutt’s body was allied with many types of magnificence
He does not speak (anything from his mouth), he is wandering in different countries.
He was moving silently in various countries far and near and was meditating on the Lord in his mind.360.
(He) saw a beautiful radiant eel (Chavad).
There he saw a vulture, who was holding a piece of flesh in his mouth and flying
(That) beautiful eel was seen by another carrying a piece of meat
Seeing it, more powerful four vultures moved forward.361.
Seeing (him) flying in the sky with a piece of meat,
They flew in the sky and there they began to fight with that vulture
Knowing (him) to be strong, the beautiful eel ('chada') cut off a piece of flesh
Whe dropped the pieced of flesh on seeing these powerful vultures and flew away.362.
Seeing that beautiful piece of meat ('palan'),
Seeing those four vulture, even the earth below became stable out of fear seeing them,
Seeing him Muni (Datta) is shocked in his mind.
The sage was startled and adopted them (it) as the Sixteeth Guru.363.
When one gives up all wealth in this way (understanding the cause of suffering).
If anyone getting unattached with all the desires, forsakes all the assets
Then the five senses abandon (the objects) and become motionless.
Then only he can be considered an ascetic make his understanding like these vultures.364.

Now begins the description of the adoption of a Fishing Bird as the Seventeenth Guru
TOTAK STANZA
By making him the sixteenth Guru
After adopting the vulture as the seventeenth Guru with unattached mind, Dutt proceeded again on his path
(His) mouth was filled with a continuous melody of words.
He was producing various types of sounds form his mouth and hearing the same, the gods, Gandharvas, men and women, all were getting pleased.365.
As he went, he approached the bank of the river
who was a stubborn and austere ascetic sage.
(He) saw there a 'Duddhira' bird,
The persistent and ascetic sage reached near a stream, where he saw a flying bird named ‘Mahiggir’ near the jumping fish.366.
(That bird) was fluttering in the sky in a calm state.
