ਅਧਿਆਤਮ ਕਰਮ ਪਰਮਾਤਮ ਪਰਮ ਪਦ ਤਤ ਮਿਲਿ ਤਤਹਿ ਪਰਮਤਤ ਵਾਸੀ ਹੈ ।
adhiaatam karam paramaatam param pad tat mil tateh paramatat vaasee hai |A rare Guru-conscious person attains the knowledge of spirituality through spiritual deeds and absorbs himself in Him as truth rejoins with Truth.
ਸਬਦ ਬਿਬੇਕ ਟੇਕ ਏਕ ਹੀ ਅਨੇਕ ਮੇਕ ਜੰਤ੍ਰ ਧੁਨਿ ਰਾਗ ਨਾਦ ਅਨਭੈ ਅਭਿਆਸੀ ਹੈ ।
sabad bibek ttek ek hee anek mek jantr dhun raag naad anabhai abhiaasee hai |As musical instruments produce melodious notes which also represent words in a song, so does a meditation practitioner merges in the fearless Lord who pervades in all and sundry.
ਦਰਸ ਧਿਆਨ ਉਨਮਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਨਪਤਿ ਅਬਿਗਤਿ ਗਤਿ ਅਤਿ ਅਲਖ ਬਿਲਾਸੀ ਹੈ ।
daras dhiaan unamaan praanapat abigat gat at alakh bilaasee hai |As meditation renders all our breaths one with Lord- the granter of life, so would a Guru-conscious man be engrossed in Him by contemplating on Him and becomes capable of enjoying all His bliss by this union with Him.
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਕਟਾਛ ਦਿਬਿ ਦੇਹ ਕੈ ਬਿਦੇਹ ਭਏ ਜੀਵਨ ਮੁਕਤਿ ਕੋਊ ਬਿਰਲੋ ਉਦਾਸੀ ਹੈ ।੧੧੬।
amrit kattaachh dib deh kai bideh bhe jeevan mukat koaoo biralo udaasee hai |116|By the elixir-like divine glance of the True Guru, he becomes unconscious of his body (needs). Such a person with renounced and detached inclination is rare to come by. (116)
