ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਮਨ ਬਚ ਕਰਮ ਇਕਤ੍ਰ ਭਏ ਪੂਰਨ ਪਰਮਪਦ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਏ ਹੈ ।
guramukh man bach karam ikatr bhe pooran paramapad prem pragattaae hai |By virtue of the harmonious state of mind, words and actions, a Guru's disciple who is blessed with the loving elixir of Naam Simran, reaches a highly conscious state.
ਲੋਚਨ ਮੈ ਦ੍ਰਿਸਟਿ ਦਰਸ ਰਸ ਗੰਧ ਸੰਧਿ ਸ੍ਰਵਨ ਸਬਦ ਸ੍ਰੁਤਿ ਗੰਧ ਰਸ ਪਾਏ ਹੈ ।
lochan mai drisatt daras ras gandh sandh sravan sabad srut gandh ras paae hai |By virtue of the fragrance of Naam relishment, he is blessed with True Guru-like glimpse. His ears perpetually hear His celestial music.
ਰਸਨਾ ਮੈ ਰਸ ਗੰਧ ਸਬਦ ਸੁਰਤਿ ਮੇਲ
rasanaa mai ras gandh sabad surat melThis harmonious integration of word and consciousness renders his tongue to be sweet and comfort-giving.
ਨਾਸ ਬਾਸੁ ਰਸ ਸ੍ਰੁਤਿ ਸਬਦ ਲਖਾਏ ਹੈ
naas baas ras srut sabad lakhaae haiThe exhaling of his breath too is fragrant and reflects his high state of harmonious relationship between his mental faculties and Naam.
ਰੋਮ ਰੋਮ ਰਸਨਾ ਸ੍ਰਵਨ ਦ੍ਰਿਗ ਨਾਸਾ ਕੋਟਿ ਖੰਡ ਬ੍ਰਹਮੰਡ ਪਿੰਡ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਮੈ ਜਤਾਏ ਹੈ ।੫੩।
rom rom rasanaa sravan drig naasaa kott khandd brahamandd pindd praan mai jataae hai |53|Thus by perpetual meditation on Him, with the relishing fragrance of Lord's name residing on his tongue, eyes, ears and nostrils, a Guru-conscious person realises the presence of Lord who abides in millions cosmoses within himself.
