ਪੂਜੀਐ ਨ ਸੀਸੁ ਈਸੁ ਊਚੌ ਦੇਹੀ ਮੈ ਕਹਾਵੈ ਪੂਜੀਐ ਨ ਲੋਚਨ ਦ੍ਰਿਸਟਿ ਦ੍ਰਿਸਟਾਂਤ ਕੈ ।
poojeeai na sees ees aoochau dehee mai kahaavai poojeeai na lochan drisatt drisattaant kai |Head is located above all other parts of the body but is not worshipped. Nor are eyes worshipped which see far in the distance.
ਪੂਜੀਐ ਨ ਸ੍ਰਵਨ ਦੁਰਤਿ ਸਨਬੰਧ ਕਰਿ ਪੂਜੀਐ ਨ ਨਾਸਕਾ ਸੁਬਾਸ ਸ੍ਵਾਸ ਕ੍ਰਾਂਤ ਕੈ ।
poojeeai na sravan durat sanabandh kar poojeeai na naasakaa subaas svaas kraant kai |Ears are not worshipped for their power of hearing nor nostrils for their ability to smell and breathe.
ਪੂਜੀਐ ਨ ਮੁਖ ਸ੍ਵਾਦ ਸਬਦ ਸੰਜੁਗਤ ਕੈ ਪੂਜੀਐ ਨ ਹਸਤ ਸਕਲ ਅੰਗ ਪਾਂਤ ਕੈ ।
poojeeai na mukh svaad sabad sanjugat kai poojeeai na hasat sakal ang paant kai |Mouth which enjoys all the tastes and make speech, is not worshipped nor the hands which nourish all other limbs.
ਦ੍ਰਿਸਟਿ ਸਬਦ ਸੁਰਤਿ ਗੰਧ ਰਸ ਰਹਿਤ ਹੁਇ ਪੂਜੀਐ ਪਦਾਰਬਿੰਦ ਨਵਨ ਮਹਾਂਤ ਕੈ ।੨੮੯।
