ਜੋਈ ਪ੍ਰਿਅ ਭਾਵੈ ਤਾਹਿ ਦੇਖਿ ਅਉ ਦਿਖਾਵੇ ਆਪ ਦ੍ਰਿਸਟਿ ਦਰਸ ਮਿਲਿ ਸੋਭਾ ਦੈ ਸੁਹਾਵਈ ।

joee pria bhaavai taeh dekh aau dikhaave aap drisatt daras mil sobhaa dai suhaavee |

The seeker woman, who is liked by the True Guru Master, is glanced at with a look of clemency by the beloved Master who reveals Himself to her. By His clemency and glimpse, the hapless woman is blessed with goodness making her praiseworthy.

ਜੋਈ ਪ੍ਰਿਅ ਭਾਵੈ ਮੁਖ ਬਚਨ ਸੁਨਾਵੇ ਤਾਹਿ ਸਬਦਿ ਸੁਰਤਿ ਗੁਰ ਗਿਆਨ ਉਪਜਾਵਈ ।

joee pria bhaavai mukh bachan sunaave taeh sabad surat gur giaan upajaavee |

One who is liked by the beloved Master, is blessed with His divine words. By the union of His words and consciousness, He enlightens her with Guru's sermons.

ਜੋਈ ਪ੍ਰਿਅ ਭਾਵੈ ਦਹ ਦਿਸਿ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵੈ ਤਾਹਿ ਸੋਈ ਬਹੁਨਾਇਕ ਕੀ ਨਾਇਕਾ ਕਹਾਵਈ ।

joee pria bhaavai dah dis pragattaavai taeh soee bahunaaeik kee naaeikaa kahaavee |

The seeker woman who is loved by her True Guru, is revealed by Him in all the ten directions of the world. Then she is addressed and known as supreme beloved of the Master who is the master of many more seeker brides.

ਜੋਈ ਪ੍ਰਿਅ ਭਾਵੈ ਸਿਹਜਾਸਨਿ ਮਿਲਾਵੈ ਤਾਹਿ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਰਸ ਬਸ ਕਰਿ ਅਪੀਉ ਪੀਆਵਈ ।੨੦੮।

joee pria bhaavai sihajaasan milaavai taeh prem ras bas kar apeeo peeaavee |208|

The seeker bride who is liked by beloved True Guru, is united with Him on the mind like divine bed. Enamoured by her love, He makes her drink deep the elixir of Naam Amrit. (208)
