ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਦ੍ਰਿਸਟਿ ਨਿਵਾਸ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਬਚਨ ਅਨਹਦ ਸਬਦ ।
amrit drisatt nivaas amrit bachan anahad sabad |n the divine glimpse of Guru Amar Das dwells the elixir of life. (On whomsoever he casts his look, he makes him immortal). His elixir-like words are like unstruck music.

amrit bachan anahad sabad amrit drisatt nivaas |Meditating on unstruck melodious Divine Word, the sight and utterances of Guru Amar Das Ji, started showering elixir of life.
ਮਿਲਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਭਏ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਅਮਰ ਪ੍ਰਗਾਸ ।੨।੪।

satigur amar pragaas taas charanaamrat paavai |Satgur Amar Das Ji who is light refulgent, whosoever partakes nectar-like wash of his feet,
ਕਾਮ ਨਾਮ ਨਿਹਿਕਾਮ ਪਰਮਪਦ ਸਹਜ ਸਮਾਵੈ ।
kaam naam nihikaam paramapad sahaj samaavai |Becomes free from all desires is absorbed in high state of spirituality and equipoise.
ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸੰਧਿ ਸੁਗੰਧ ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਨਿਜ ਆਸਨ ।
