ਲੋਚਨ ਅਨੂਪ ਰੂਪ ਦੇਖਿ ਮੁਰਛਾਤ ਭਏ ਸੇਈ ਮੁਖ ਬਹਿਰਿਓ ਬਿਲੋਕ ਧ੍ਯਾਨ ਧਾਰਿ ਹੈ ।
lochan anoop roop dekh murachhaat bhe seee mukh bahirio bilok dhayaan dhaar hai |O friend! seeing the beautiful form of the beloved, I had become unconscious. Seeing that radiant face again in my inner self, my inner consciousness has anchored on to the stable peace.
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਬਚਨ ਸੁਨਿ ਸ੍ਰਵਨ ਬਿਮੋਹੇ ਆਲੀ ਤਾਹੀ ਮੁਖ ਬੈਨ ਸੁਨ ਸੁਰਤ ਸਮਾਰਿ ਹੈ ।
amrit bachan sun sravan bimohe aalee taahee mukh bain sun surat samaar hai |O friend! hearing whose ambrosial words, my ears had gone into raptures, now with the ambrosial words from the same tongue entering my consciousness, my inner self has become engrossed in His Naam Simran.
ਜਾ ਪੈ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਬਖਾਨਿ ਜਿਹਬਾ ਥਕਤ ਭਈ ਤਾਹੀ ਕੇ ਬੁਲਾਏ ਪੁਨ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਉਚਾਰਿ ਹੈ ।
jaa pai benatee bakhaan jihabaa thakat bhee taahee ke bulaae pun benatee uchaar hai |The beloved Lord praying to whom my tongue had got tired, I am praying non-stop to call that Lord on the bed of my heart.
ਜੈਸੇ ਮਦ ਪੀਏ ਗ੍ਯਾਨ ਧ੍ਯਾਨ ਬਿਸਰਨ ਹੋਇ ਤਾਹੀ ਮਦ ਅਚਵਤ ਚੇਤਨ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਹੈ ।੬੬੬।
jaise mad pee gayaan dhayaan bisaran hoe taahee mad achavat chetan prakaar hai |666|Just as consuming some intoxicating substance, all awareness and consciousness is lost, (a man becomes unconscious), now drinking it in the form of Naam Amrit, it has become a means of inner consciousness. (666)
