aulatt pavan man meen kee chapal gat satigur parache paramapad paae hai |By practicing Naam Simran (meditation on Lord's name) one can turn the wind-like wayward mind into sharp and swift movement of fish. Developing association with the word of True Guru, one attains noble state.
ਸੂਰ ਸਰ ਸੋਖਿ ਪੋਖਿ ਸੋਮ ਸਰ ਪੂਰਨ ਕੈ ਬੰਧਨ ਦੇ ਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਸਰ ਅਪੀਅ ਪਿਆਏ ਹੈ ।

ਅਜਰਹਿ ਜਾਰਿ ਮਾਰਿ ਅਮਰਹਿ ਭ੍ਰਾਤਿ ਛਾਡਿ ਅਸਥਿਰ ਕੰਧ ਹੰਸ ਅਨਤ ਨ ਧਾਏ ਹੈ ।
