ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸੁਖਫਲ ਅਤਿ ਅਸਚਰਜ ਮੈ ਹੇਰਤ ਹਿਰਾਨੇ ਆਨ ਧਿਆਨ ਬਿਸਰਾਨੇ ਹੈ ।
guramukh sukhafal at asacharaj mai herat hiraane aan dhiaan bisaraane hai |The contentment that a devout Sikh gets from meditating on His name is so mystical that he (Gursikh) forgets all other worldly pleasures.
ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸੁਖਫਲ ਗੰਧ ਰਸ ਬਿਸਮ ਹੁਇ ਅਨ ਰਸ ਬਾਸਨਾ ਬਿਲਾਸ ਨ ਹਿਤਾਨੇ ਹੈ ।

ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸੁਖਫਲ ਅਦਭੁਤ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਮੰਡਲ ਅਸਥਲ ਨ ਲੁਭਾਨੇ ਹੈ ।
guramukh sukhafal adabhut asathaan mrit manddal asathal na lubhaane hai |Those who live in the conscious presence of True Guru live a state of perpetual bliss. The perishable pleasures of the destructible world entice and attract them no more
ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸੁਖਫਲ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਮਿਲਾਪ ਦੇਖ ਆਨ ਗਿਆਨ ਧਿਆਨ ਸਭ ਨਿਰਸ ਕਰਿ ਜਾਨੇ ਹੈ ।੧੯।
