ਮਨ ਮ੍ਰਿਗ ਮ੍ਰਿਗਮਦ ਅਛਤ ਅੰਤਰਗਤਿ ਭੂਲਿਓ ਭ੍ਰਮ ਖੋਜਤ ਫਿਰਤ ਬਨ ਮਾਹੀ ਜੀ ।
