ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਚਰਨ ਸਰਨਿ ਚਲਿ ਜਾਏ ਸਿਖ ਤਾ ਚਰਨ ਸਰਨਿ ਜਗਤੁ ਚਲਿ ਆਵਈ ।
satigur charan saran chal jaae sikh taa charan saran jagat chal aavee |A Sikh who devotedly goes to the refuge of a True Guru, has the whole world falling at his feet.
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਆਗਿਆ ਸਤਿ ਸਤਿ ਕਰਿ ਮਾਨੈ ਸਿਖ ਆਗਿਆ ਤਾਹਿ ਸਕਲ ਸੰਸਾਰਹਿ ਹਿਤਾਵਈ ।
satigur aagiaa sat sat kar maanai sikh aagiaa taeh sakal sansaareh hitaavee |A Sikh of the Guru who abides by the command of his Guru, accepting it to be true; his command is loved by the whole world.
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਸੇਵਾ ਭਾਇ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਪੂਜਾ ਕਰੈ ਸਿਖ ਸਰਬ ਨਿਧਾਨ ਅਗ੍ਰਭਾਗਿ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਵਈ ।
satigur sevaa bhaae praan poojaa karai sikh sarab nidhaan agrabhaag liv laavee |A Sikh of the Guru who serves his Guru with loving devotion at the cost of his life considering such service as worship, all the treasures are mute attendant before him.
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਸੀਖਿਆ ਦੀਖਿਆ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ ਜਾਹਿ ਤਾ ਕੀ ਸੀਖ ਸੁਨਤ ਪਰਮਪਦ ਪਾਵਈ ।੮੭।
