ਚਰਨ ਕਮਲ ਰਜ ਮਸਤਕਿ ਲੇਪਨ ਕੈ ਭਰਮ ਕਰਮ ਲੇਖ ਸਿਆਮਤਾ ਮਿਟਾਈ ਹੈ ।
charan kamal raj masatak lepan kai bharam karam lekh siaamataa mittaaee hai |The application of the holy dust of the lotus-like feet of the true Guru obliterates the dross of all deeds performed in the previous births under the influence of doubts, suspicions and lack of faith.
ਚਰਨ ਕਮਲ ਚਰਨਾਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਮਲੀਨ ਮਨਿ ਕਰਿ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਦੂਤ ਦੁਬਿਧਾ ਮਿਟਾਈ ਹੈ ।
charan kamal charanaamrit maleen man kar niramal doot dubidhaa mittaaee hai |By quaffing the nectar-like elixir of the holy feet of the True Guru, the dross of the mind is dispensed and one becomes clean (of heart). He is also freed from the influence of the five evils and other dualities.
ਚਰਨ ਕਮਲ ਸੁਖ ਸੰਪਟ ਸਹਜ ਘਰਿ ਨਿਹਚਲ ਮਤਿ ਏਕ ਟੇਕ ਠਹਰਾਈ ਹੈ ।
charan kamal sukh sanpatt sahaj ghar nihachal mat ek ttek tthaharaaee hai |Engrossed in the meditation of the holy name, one lives in abode of God. The consciousness becomes stable and in the refuge of the Lord.
ਚਰਨ ਕਮਲ ਗੁਰ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਅਗਾਧਿ ਬੋਧਿ ਸਰਬ ਨਿਧਾਨ ਅਉ ਸਕਲ ਫਲਦਾਈ ਹੈ ।੩੩੭।
charan kamal gur mahimaa agaadh bodh sarab nidhaan aau sakal faladaaee hai |337|The knowledge of the glory of True Guru's holy feet is limitless and vast. He is the store-house of all material goods and a perfect and complete donor. (337)
