ਦੀਪਕ ਪੈ ਆਵਤ ਪਤੰਗ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਰੀਤਿ ਲਗਿ ਦੀਪ ਕਰਿ ਮਹਾ ਬਿਪਰੀਤ ਮਿਲੇ ਜਾਰਿ ਹੈ ।
deepak pai aavat patang preet reet lag deep kar mahaa bipareet mile jaar hai |A moth approaches a light out of love but the attitude of a lamp is to the contrary. It singes him to death.
ਅਲਿ ਚਲਿ ਆਵਤ ਕਮਲ ਪੈ ਸਨੇਹ ਕਰਿ ਕਮਲ ਸੰਪਟ ਬਾਂਧਿ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਪਰਹਾਰਿ ਹੈ ।
