ਹੱਯਦਾ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਸਿਜਦਾ ਬ-ਸੂਇ ਤੂ ਮੀਕੁਨੰਦ ।
hayadaa hazaar sijadaa ba-sooe too meekunand |

O Guru! Your beautiful smile bestows and instills life to the world,

ਹਰਦਮ ਤਵਾਫ਼ਿ ਕਾਅਬਾ ਕੂਇ ਤੂ ਮੀਕੁਨੰਦ ।੨੨।੧।
haradam tavaaf kaabaa kooe too meekunand |22|1|

And, this gives tranquility and stability to the mystical eyes of the saints and Pirs.” (36) (2)

ਹਰ ਜਾ ਕਿ ਬਿਨਿਗਰੇਦ ਜਮਾਲਿ ਤੂ ਬਿਨਿਗਰੇਦ ।
har jaa ki binigared jamaal too binigared |

There is no ever-lasting love or devotion other than the love of Waaheguru,

ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਿਲਾਣ ਨਜ਼ਾਰਾਇ ਰੂਇ ਤੂ ਮੀਕੁਨੰਦ ।੨੨।੨।
saahib dilaan nazaaraae rooe too meekunand |22|2|

And, one should deem everyone other than the devotees of Waaheguru as destructible. (36) (3)

ਜਾਣ ਰਾ ਨਿਸਾਰਿ ਕਾਮਤਿ ਰਾਅਨਾਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਅੰਦ ।
jaan raa nisaar kaamat raanaat karadaa and |

In whichever direction you look, you bestow and instil new life and spirit,

ਦਿਲ-ਹਾਇ ਮੁਰਦਾ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਾ ਜ਼ਿ ਰੂਇ ਤੂ ਮੀਕੁਨੰਦ ।੨੨।੩।
dila-haae muradaa zindaa zi rooe too meekunand |22|3|

It is your vision only that blesses showers of new life everywhere. (36) (4)

ਆਈਨਾਇ ਖ਼ੁਦਾਇ-ਨੁਮਾ ਹਸਤ ਰੂਇ ਤੂ ।
aaeenaae khudaaei-numaa hasat rooe too |

Akaalpurakh is omnipresent at every place under all circumstances and with everyone all the times,

ਦੀਦਾਰਿ ਹੱਕ ਜ਼ਿ-ਆਈਨਾਇ ਰੂਇ ਤੂ ਮੀਕੁਨੰਦ ।੨੨।੪।
deedaar hak zi-aaeenaae rooe too meekunand |22|4|

However, where is such an eye that is capable of visualizing His presence in every nook and corner? (36) (5)

ਤੀਰਾ ਦਿਲਾਣ ਕਿ ਚਸ਼ਮ ਨਦਾਰੰਦ ਮੁਤਲਿਕ ਅੰਦ ।
teeraa dilaan ki chasham nadaarand mutalik and |

No one other than those dedicated to the love of God has ever been redeemed.

ਖ਼ੁਰਸ਼ੀਦ ਰਾ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਿ ਰੂਇ ਤੂ ਮੀਕੁਨੰਦ ।੨੨।੫।
khurasheed raa mukaabal rooe too meekunand |22|5|

The 'death' has captured both the 'earth' and the 'time' with its sharp beak. (36) (6)

ਮਸਤਾਨਿ ਸ਼ੌਕ ਗ਼ੁਲਗ਼ਲਾ ਦਾਰੰਦ ਦਰ ਜਹਾਣ ।
masataan shauak gulagalaa daarand dar jahaan |

Goyaa says, "A devotee of Akaalpurakh becomes immortal, Because, without his meditation, no one else will ever leave a sign behind in this world." (36) (7)

ਸਦ ਜਾਣ ਫ਼ਿਦਾਇ ਯੱਕ ਸਰ ਮੋਈ ਤੂ ਮੀਕੁਨੰਦ ।੨੨।੬।
sad jaan fidaae yak sar moee too meekunand |22|6|

I became old from young in the lap of the 'age',

ਦਰ ਪਰਦਾਇ ਜਮਾਲਿ ਤੂ ਰੋਸ਼ਨ ਸ਼ਵਦ ਜਹਾਣ ।
dar paradaae jamaal too roshan shavad jahaan |

How beautiful was my life that I spent in Your company! I owe the happiness of this journey to your grace!” (37) (1)

ਦਰ ਹਰ ਤਰਫ਼ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਜ਼ਰਦੀ ਰੂਇ ਤੂ ਮੀ ਕੁਨੰਦ ।੨੨।੭।
dar har taraf ki zikar zaradee rooe too mee kunand |22|7|

Consider the remaining breaths of your life as blessed,

ਆਸ਼ੁਫ਼ਤਗਾਨਿ ਸ਼ੌਕਿ ਤੂ ਗੋਯਾ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ ਮਦਾਮ ।
aashufatagaan shauak too goyaa sifat madaam |

Because, it will be the autumn (old age) that will bring the spring (season of youth) of your life one day. (37) (2)

ਆਵਾਜ਼ਿ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼-ਕਲਾਮ ਜ਼ਿ ਬੂਇ ਤੂ ਮੀਕੁਨੰਦ ।੨੨।੮।
aavaaz khusha-kalaam zi booe too meekunand |22|8|

Yes, consider that moment as blessed that is spent in remembering God,
