ਗਰ ਦਸਤਿ ਮਨ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਪੈਇ ਕਾਰ ਮੀਰਵਦ ।
gar dasat man hameshaa paie kaar meeravad |So that you may begin to savor the taste of romantic tale. (50) (1)
ਮਨ ਚੂੰ ਕੁਨਮ ਕਿ ਦਿਲ ਬਸੂਇ ਯਾਰ ਮੀ ਰਵਦ ।੨੮।੧।
man choon kunam ki dil basooe yaar mee ravad |28|1|Even if the deep love for the Almighty ruins someone's worldly life,
ਆਵਾਜ਼ਿ ਲਨਤਰਾਨੀ ਹਰ ਦਮ ਬੋਗ਼ਸ਼ਿ ਦਿਲ ।
aavaaz lanataraanee har dam bogash dil |He still considers this divine pleasure far superior than anything else. (50) (2)
ਮੂਸਾ ਮਗ਼ਰ ਬਦੀਦਨਿ ਦੀਦਾਰ ਮੀ-ਰਵਦ ।੨੮।੨।
moosaa magar badeedan deedaar mee-ravad |28|2|That moment and breath is blessed that is spent in His remembrance.
ਈਣ ਦੀਦਾ ਨੀਸਤ ਆਣ ਕਿ ਅਜ਼ੋ ਅਸ਼ਕ ਮੀ-ਚਕਦ ।
een deedaa neesat aan ki azo ashak mee-chakad |And only that head is fortunate that dedicates and sacrifices itself to the path of devotion. (50) (3)
ਜਾਮਿ ਮੁਹੱਬਤ ਅਸਤ ਕਿ ਸਰਸ਼ਾਰ ਮੀ-ਰਵਦ ।੨੮।੩।
jaam muhabat asat ki sarashaar mee-ravad |28|3|Thousands of devotees, having risked their lives, are standing and
ਦਿਲਦਾਰ ਵਾ ਦਿਲ ਜ਼ਿ ਬਸਕਿ ਯਕੇ ਅੰਦ ਦਰ ਵਜੂਦ ।
diladaar vaa dil zi basak yake and dar vajood |Reclining against the wall of the passage to His abode. (50) (4)
ਜਾਣ ਦਿਲ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਜਾਨਬਿ ਦਿਲਦਾਰ ਮੀ-ਰਵਦ ।੨੮।੪।
jaan dil hameshaa jaanab diladaar mee-ravad |28|4|Anyone who has been sacrilegious in the Divine path,
ਦਰ ਹਰ ਦੋ ਕੌਨ ਗਰਦਨਿ ਊ ਸਰ-ਬੁਲੰਦ ਸ਼ੁਦ ।
dar har do kauan garadan aoo sara-buland shud |Like Manssor, the crucifix (of love) is the befitting punishment for him. (50) (5)
ਮਨਸੂਰ ਵਾਰ ਹਰ ਕਿ ਸੂਇ ਦਾਰ ਮੀ-ਰਵਦ ।੨੮।੫।
manasoor vaar har ki sooe daar mee-ravad |28|5|Blessed is the heart that is imbued with its love for Akaalpurakh;
ਗੋਯਾ ਜ਼ਿ ਯਾਦਿ ਦੂਸਤ ਹਕੀਕੀ ਹੱਯਾਤ ਯਾਫ਼ਤ ।
goyaa zi yaad doosat hakeekee hayaat yaafat |In fact, it is the (heavy) weight of intense devotion that has bent the back of the heavenly sky. (50) (6)
ਦੀਗ਼ਰ ਚਿਰਾ ਬਕੂਚਾਇ ਖ਼ੁਮਾਰ ਮੀ-ਰਵਦ ।੨੮।੬।
deegar chiraa bakoochaae khumaar mee-ravad |28|6|O kind-hearted person and a person of resolve! If you could listen intently to just one note of the musical instrument (harp) of love and devotion,
