ਚੂੰ ਖ਼ੁਦਾ ਹਾਜ਼ਿਰ ਅਸਤ ਦਰ ਹਮਾ ਹਾਲ ।
choon khudaa haazir asat dar hamaa haal |Who has been able to attain (or attach himself to) a perfect Guru. (211)
ਤੂ ਚਿਰਾ ਮੀ ਜ਼ਨੀ ਦਿਗਰ ਪਰੋ ਬਾਲ ।੫੩।੧।
too chiraa mee zanee digar paro baal |53|1|Both the Faith and the world are in complete obedience to the Almighty;
ਹਮਦਿ ਹੱਕ ਗੋ ਦਿਗਰ ਮਗੋ ਐ ਜਾਣ ।
hamad hak go digar mago aai jaan |Both the worlds are equally desirous to get just one glimpse of Him. (212)
ਸਾਹਿਬਿ ਕਾਲ ਬਾਸ਼ ਵ ਬੰਦਾਇ ਹਾਲ ।੫੩।੨।
saahib kaal baash v bandaae haal |53|2|Anyone who has developed deep love for the Naam of Akaalpurakh,
ਗ਼ੈਰ ਯਾਦਿ ਖ਼ੁਦਾ ਦਮੇ ਕਿ ਗੁਜ਼ਸ਼ਤ ।
gair yaad khudaa dame ki guzashat |He becomes a perfect seeker of the divine knowledge in real terms. (213)
ਈਣ ਜ਼ਵਾਲ ਅਸਤ ਪੇਸ਼ਿ ਅਹਿਲਿ ਕਮਾਲ ।੫੩।੩।
een zavaal asat pesh ahil kamaal |53|3|Seekers of Waaheguru are (actively) involved in His meditation;
ਮਾ ਸਿਵਾ ਨੀਸਤ ਹਰ ਕੁਜਾ ਬੀਨੀ ।
maa sivaa neesat har kujaa beenee |Seekers of Waaheguru transform everyone into something very attractive. (214)
ਤੂ ਚਿਰਾ ਗ਼ਾਫ਼ਲੀ ਦਰ ਐਨਿ ਵਸਾਲ ।੫੩।੪।
too chiraa gaafalee dar aain vasaal |53|4|The truth is that you should (always strive to) become a person of God,
ਗ਼ੈਰ ਹਰਫ਼ਿ ਖ਼ੁਦਾ ਮਗੋ ਗੋਯਾ ।
gair haraf khudaa mago goyaa |A disrespectful (apostate/atheist) person is always chagrined and ashamed before Him. (215)
ਕਿ ਦਿਗਰ ਪੂਚ ਹਸਤ ਕੀਲੋ ਕਾਲ ।੫੩।੫।
ki digar pooch hasat keelo kaal |53|5|Only that life is worth living that is spent in remembering Waaheguru,
