ਜਿਹ ਕੋਟਿ ਇੰਦ੍ਰ ਨ੍ਰਿਪਾਰ ॥
jih kott indr nripaar |

He who hath Created millions of king Indras,

ਕਈ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਬਿਸਨ ਬਿਚਾਰ ॥
kee braham bisan bichaar |

He hath Created many Brahmas and Vishnus after consideration.

ਕਈ ਰਾਮ ਕ੍ਰਿਸਨ ਰਸੂਲ ॥
kee raam krisan rasool |

He hath Created many Ramas , Krishnas and Rasuls (Prophets),

ਬਿਨੁ ਭਗਤ ਕੋ ਨ ਕਬੂਲ ॥੮॥੩੮॥
bin bhagat ko na kabool |8|38|

None of them is approved by the Lord without devotion. 8.38.

ਕਈ ਸਿੰਧ ਬਿੰਧ ਨਗਿੰਦ੍ਰ ॥
kee sindh bindh nagindr |

Created many oceans and mountains like Vindhyachal,

ਕਈ ਮਛ ਕਛ ਫਨਿੰਦ੍ਰ ॥
kee machh kachh fanindr |

Tortoise incarnations and Sheshanagas.

ਕਈ ਦੇਵ ਆਦਿ ਕੁਮਾਰ ॥
kee dev aad kumaar |

Created many gods , many fish incarnations and Adi Kumars.,

ਕਈ ਕ੍ਰਿਸਨ ਬਿਸਨ ਅਵਤਾਰ ॥੯॥੩੯॥
kee krisan bisan avataar |9|39|

Sons of Brahma (Sanak Sanandan , Sanatan and Sant Kumar) , many Krishnas and incarnations of Vishnu.9.39.

ਕਈ ਇੰਦ੍ਰ ਬਾਰ ਬੁਹਾਰ ॥
kee indr baar buhaar |

Many Indras sweep at His door,

ਕਈ ਬੇਦ ਅਉ ਮੁਖਚਾਰ ॥
kee bed aau mukhachaar |

Many Vedas and four-headed Brahmas are there.

ਕਈ ਰੁਦ੍ਰ ਛੁਦ੍ਰ ਸਰੂਪ ॥
kee rudr chhudr saroop |

Many Rudras (Shivas) of ghastly appearance are there,

ਕਈ ਰਾਮ ਕ੍ਰਿਸਨ ਅਨੂਪ ॥੧੦॥੪੦॥
kee raam krisan anoop |10|40|

Many unique Ramas and Krishnas are there. 10.40.

ਕਈ ਕੋਕ ਕਾਬ ਭਣੰਤ ॥
kee kok kaab bhanant |

Many poets compose poetry there,

ਕਈ ਬੇਦ ਭੇਦ ਕਹੰਤ ॥
kee bed bhed kahant |

Many speak of the distinction of the knowledge of Vedas.

ਕਈ ਸਾਸਤ੍ਰ ਸਿੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਿ ਬਖਾਨ ॥
kee saasatr sinmrit bakhaan |

Many elucideate Shastras and Smritis,

ਕਹੂੰ ਕਥਤ ਹੀ ਸੁ ਪੁਰਾਨ ॥੧੧॥੪੧॥
kahoon kathat hee su puraan |11|41|

Many hold discourses of Puranas. 11.41.

ਕਈ ਅਗਨ ਹੋਤ੍ਰ ਕਰੰਤ ॥
kee agan hotr karant |

Many perform Agnihotras (fire-worship),

ਕਈ ਉਰਧ ਤਾਪ ਦੁਰੰਤ ॥
kee uradh taap durant |

Many perform arduous austerities while standing.

ਕਈ ਉਰਧ ਬਾਹੁ ਸੰਨਿਆਸ ॥
kee uradh baahu saniaas |

Many are ascetics with raised arms and many are anchorities,

ਕਹੂੰ ਜੋਗ ਭੇਸ ਉਦਾਸ ॥੧੨॥੪੨॥
kahoon jog bhes udaas |12|42|

Many are in the garbs of Yogis and Udasis (stoics). 12.42.
