Thou art the Sustainer of all.78.

ROOALL STANZA. BY THY GRACE

ਆਦਿ ਰੂਪ ਅਨਾਦਿ ਮੂਰਤਿ ਅਜੋਨਿ ਪੁਰਖ ਅਪਾਰ ॥

aad roop anaad moorat ajon purakh apaar |

Thou art the Supreme Purush, an Eternal Entity in the beginning and free from birth.

ਸਰਬ ਮਾਨ ਤ੍ਰਿਮਾਨ ਦੇਵ ਅਭੇਵ ਆਦਿ ਉਦਾਰ ॥

sarab maan trimaan dev abhev aad udaar |

Worshipped by all and venerated by three gods, Thou art without difference and art Generous from the very beginning.

ਸਰਬ ਪਾਲਕ ਸਰਬ ਘਾਲਕ ਸਰਬ ਕੋ ਪੁਨਿ ਕਾਲ ॥

sarab paalak sarab ghaalak sarab ko pun kaal |

Thou art the Creator Sustainer, Inspirer and Destroyer of all.

ਜਤ੍ਰ ਤਤ੍ਰ ਬਿਰਾਜਹੀ ਅਵਧੂਤ ਰੂਪ ਰਸਾਲ ॥੭੯॥

jatr tatr biraajahee avadhoot roop rasaal |79|

Thou art present everywhere like an ascetic with a Generous disposition.79.

ਨਾਮ ਠਾਮ ਨ ਜਾਤਿ ਜਾ ਕਰ ਰੂਪ ਰੰਗ ਨ ਰੇਖ ॥

naam tthaam na jaat jaa kar roop rang na rekh |

Thou art Nameless, Placeless, Casteless, Formless, Colourless and Lineless.

ਆਦਿ ਪੁਰਖ ਉਦਾਰ ਮੂਰਤਿ ਅਜੋਨਿ ਆਦਿ ਅਸੇਖ ॥

aad purakh udaar moorat ajon aad asekh |

Thou, the Primal Purusha, art Unborn, Generous Entity and Perfect from the very beginning.

ਦੇਸ ਔਰ ਨ ਭੇਸ ਜਾ ਕਰ ਰੂਪ ਰੇਖ ਨ ਰਾਗ ॥

des aauar na bhes jaa kar roop rekh na raag |

Thou art Countryless, Garbless, Formless, Lineless and Non-attached.

ਜਤ੍ਰ ਤਤ੍ਰ ਦਿਸਾ ਵਿਸਾ ਹੁਇ ਫੈਲਿਓ ਅਨੁਰਾਗ ॥੮੦॥

jatr tatr disaa visaa hue failio anuraag |80|

Thou art present in all direction and conners and Pervadest the Universe as Love.80.

ਨਾਮ ਕਾਮ ਬਿਹੀਨ ਪੇਖਤ ਧਾਮ ਹੂੰ ਨਹਿ ਜਾਹਿ ॥

naam kaam biheen pekhat dhaam hoon neh jaeh |

Thou appearest without name and desire, thou hast no particular Abode.

ਸਰਬ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਬਤ੍ਰ ਮਾਨ ਸਦੈਵ ਮਾਨਤ ਤਾਹਿ ॥

sarab maan sarabatr maan sadaiv maanat taeh |

Thou, being worshipped by all, art the Enjoyer of all.

ਏਕ ਮੂਰਤਿ ਅਨੇਕ ਦਰਸਨ ਕੀਨ ਰੂਪ ਅਨੇਕ ॥

ek moorat anek darasan keen roop anek |

Thou, the One Entity, appearest as Many creating innumerable forms.

ਖੇਲ ਖੇਲ ਅਖੇਲ ਖੇਲਨ ਅੰਤ ਕੋ ਫਿਰਿ ਏਕ ॥੮੧॥

khel khel akhel khelan ant ko fir ek |81|

After playing the world-drama, when Thou wilt stop the play, Thou wilt be the same One again.81.

ਦੇਵ ਭੇਵ ਨ ਜਾਨਹੀ ਜਿਹ ਬੇਦ ਅਉਰ ਕਤੇਬ ॥

dev bhev na jaanahee jih bed aaur kateb |

The gods and the Scriptures of Hindus and Muslims do not know Thy secret.

ਰੂਪ ਰੰਗ ਨ ਜਾਤਿ ਪਾਤਿ ਸੁ ਜਾਨਈ ਕਿਂਹ ਜੇਬ ॥

roop rang na jaat paat su jaanee kinh jeb |

How to know Thee when thou art Formless, Colourless, Casteless and without lineage?

ਤਾਤ ਮਾਤ ਨ ਜਾਤ ਜਾ ਕਰ ਜਨਮ ਮਰਨ ਬਿਹੀਨ ॥

taat maat na jaat jaa kar janam maran biheen |

Thou art without father and mother and art casteless, Thou art without births and deaths.

ਚਕ੍ਰ ਬਕ੍ਰ ਫਿਰੈ ਚਤੁਰ ਚਕ ਮਾਨਹੀ ਪੁਰ ਤੀਨ ॥੮੨॥

chakr bakr firai chatur chak maanahee pur teen |82|

Thou movest fast like the disc in all the four directions and art worshipped by the three worlds. 82.

ਲੋਕ ਚਉਦਹ ਕੇ ਬਿਖੈ ਜਗ ਜਾਪਹੀ ਜਿਂਹ ਜਾਪ ॥

lok chaudah ke bikhai jag jaapahee jinh jaap |

The Name is recited in the fourteen divisions of the universe.
